We were scheduled for a full mouth extraction and implants for dentures. Had the procedure scheduled three weeks before our appointment. Had to call numerous times to get information and the total cost of the procedure. Where going to call us with the amount before the appointment. No call. We went in for the appointment and they wanted full $16,000 payment before service. We had to reschedule appointment because, based on other information we had the wrong amount. Doctor had received the information but did communicate it to the staff. Staff rude during all interactions. This experience provided us with numerous signs of why you need to go to Houston for medical care. No customer service!

We went to Dr Thomas Carter yesterday for a consult on several extractions. My daughter; Kaitlyn is 9, Dr. Carter was so nice, friendly and took his time to visit with her. He was very personable and explained what it all entailed. He was in no rush; he really put her mind at ease. He chatted with her about different topics. She told him she was concerned about missing her Valentines party, lol...and he assured her she would be fine to attend the party.Well today was when she had the extractions to make room for the adult teeth coming in. The staff was professional, very informative and extremely gentle with my daughter. But what was the most amazing is Dr Carter called us this evening to check on her and see how she was doing. He even asked if she was able to make it to her party! He is so nice and said my daughter is a very sweet girl. He said if we had any questions to call him on his cell phone! I highly recommend Dr Thomas Carter and his staff if you ever need Oral Surgery. Best experience in her!Trina Hernandez

Dr Carter was very kind. He explained everything thoroughly, answered all our questions, and the staff was very nice. Procedure was flawless.

No matter where i am in the country i will travel to Dr. Carter and his staff anytime i need this kind of work. This Man is Amazing and does amazing work. Im 9 hours in to 3 wizdom teeth pulled and am shocked how well my experience was. My mouth is small inside and plated with screws from a previous incident that didnt make this easy , which he had no problem working around and did an amazing job. His nurse was a sweetheart, very professional and funny, his whole team treated me like a family member. They humored me and made me feel very comfortable. That was the first time i was knocked out (anesthetized) and wasnt nervous about it. I trust the and Highly Recommend them. If your looking for a clean, professional and very well trained place to have some work done here is a really good one. Everyone was kind and happy from the lady at the sign in all the way to the surgery. THANK YOU SO MUCH i have been putting that off for many years due to being nervous about it and you and your staff gave me a different perspective! So thankful and blessed for meeting yall.

This office seems more like a used car lot than a doctors office. Not very organized

The person who works the appointment desk is very rude. She was rude to me the day I made the appointment, and was rude to my husband the day of the appointment. The office managers name is Coy and she told me that both of our perceptions of the rudeness were in our minds. When I asked to have the dentist call me, she said he would probably not call me back.

The Best!!! Highly recommended.
