Took our taxes a month before the deadline,never heard from them so I called to check the status on my taxes, and they said, oh yeah we havent forgotten about you we will take care of you ,well on the last day I called them to see what was going on well then they tell me I had to call the IRS and get an extension! I was at work and had no way of doing that and so was my wife, and if I didnt call before 5:00 I was screwed according to the IRS web . My point is if they knew that they couldnt get to my taxes they should have told me

Started off not to bad and ended as the worst tax experience ever. Taxes never got filed because no one knew why? I was told they have over 15 years of experience but forgot to file an easy tax return? To make matters worse I had to constantly reach out to them to get answers. Over all huge head ache and I love to support small business but sadly this is one I refuse to support but rather notify the IRS of this wrong doing!! If you’re in this business then do it right or not at all, it’s that simple!
