Had eyelash extensions put on a few weeks ago and they didn’t last very long. Some fell off the day after I got them done. I took care of them like they said to. So I went back to get them filled. I don’t think they were put on very good. Got tired of them because they didn’t look very good and kept falling off so I went back to get them removed and waited for 2 HOURS. They removed them and I left. Got in the car just to see that I still had an eyelash that wasn’t removed. Shouldn’t of even paid to have them removed because I waited so long. Never going back.

I got my eyebrows threaded and my full face waxed by Tina & she’s one of the best I’ve gone to in Victoria. I’ve gotten services done there before by other people & the women are so knowledgeable. The new manager Elda really knows what she’s talking about, she knows her stuff! Every time I go in they’re so sweet, even when they’re busy.Would definitely recommend, for any beauty service!

I went to go get my eyebrows and eyelash extensions.Honestly the price was great and affordable for both. I even loved the eyelash extensions. However didn’t love the brows and ended up fixing them at home.Another issue was I never had eyelash extensions so it would have been helpful for them to give me advice on the care of them.Which I have seen them give previous customers.Also one eyelash did fall off but I was able to put them back on with the help of tweezers. It may have been my fault however since like I said I was unaware of the care for them, and not only that but one eyelash in the corner is barley hanging and I’ve tried fixing it but I’m afraid it won’t budge.Besides those few minor inconveniences I loved them and would go again just maybe a different person.

Meant to put a review a while back lol but the girls are amazing! I cannot say enough about them. They’re always so nice and aren’t rough with my brows like other threading places. I’ve been to places in Houston when I get my eyelashes done and so far no one is as careful as the ladies at Bonita. None of them have ever messed up my brows. They’ve definitely earned my trust with my brows. Haven’t tried the lashes yet. Might try it next time I get thread

I would give 0 stars if I could. Ive came twice to this place and the woman are rude! They refuse to take clients after 830. It only takes like 10 min to do eyebrows. I got there once at 835. And once at 840 and they refused to help me! Your business hours say 9 ladies. Maybe change that. Especially when people are driving an hour to get here.

You have to tell them what you want eye threading good lashes for temporary usually 1 week then they dont last

This place was nice, well priced and clean. My only scruple was that the beautician that threaded my brows pinched me and made me bleed. However, that said my brows looked pretty good. Would recommend for waxing not threading.

Ive been in here twice so far, both times my brows turned out great. My first appointment was perfect, the lady that threaded my brows was nice and professional and did a wonderful job, the second time was not so great. I was in yesterday and as I walked in one of the women took a personal call and left me waiting for about 10 or 15 minutes. She comes out ranting and raving about her divorce and how horrible her ex husband is. She then proceeded to talk to me about the divorce, her coworker, and just basically everyone in the room. Then when I walked up to pay, instead of her immediately hopping on the computer/register to ring me up she gets on her phone to check her text messages! I just couldnt believe it. I totally get that she is going through a hard time, and I feel sad for her, but Ive always understood that when youre at work you drop your baggage at the door. It was extremely unprofessional. Although my brows turned out great, I dont think Ill be back in after that experience.

I had a great experience. I told the worker Destiny that my skin is very sensitive, she assured me that she would be gentle. Destiny was very pleasant. I had threading done to my eyebrows, with minimal discomfort! Did not break out as I have in the past.She gave great customer service and will be sure to request her at my next visit.

Visited a few days ago, very clean business. Staff was very friendly and attentive to my requests. I’m very picky when it comes to my eyebrows but the girl who did them was exceptional. Don’t remember her name, but will be back soon!

Destiny is wonderful! Dont just let anyone do your eyebrows. Certain people are good and certain people are not.

This was my second visit here my first visit was very good nice friendly staff the wait wasnt long at all the ladys work very fast and I loved my lashes!! My second visit wasnt so good there wasnt a wait at all walk in signed in and I was called that wasnt bad but when they called me the girl that was to do my lashes asked me what I wanted strips are clusters I said ok I take strips so she told me to pick out my lashes well I went to pick them out but discovered all they had was long dragon like ones I dont wear that I like my lashes short and natural looking so I said nevermind Ill take the cluster ones she then says Im sorry but we cant actually do clusters on you because you have to many gaps?? What? Ive never heard of that and have not ever had anyone tell me that in all the years Ive been getting them done NEVER!! Needless to say I wont be going back there and will not recommend this place to others!! I think she just did not want to do my lashes which is fine Ill stick to Houston on my lashes and brows!!!

I i could i would give a zero, ive been going to this place for the past year but recently the girls working there right now are so rude. On friday i did my eyebrows wich was just a clean up well the girl that called me was soo rude and kept making comments to another lady (i guess she doesnt like her job) she then CUT me with the thread thats when i got mad told her you need to be careful she then said well stop moving your eyes. My eyebrows were not cleaned and beside that i had a cut, as i was paying she got the machine dropped it and a lady asked her if she could do her lashes and she raised her voice so everyone in the room can hear her and said I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DO LASHES. I paid and left, and like i said this has been my place for over a year now, but i wont be going back.

This place is great when it comes to customer service and service just in general, all the employees are nice and helpful and there work that they provide is above average and the reason why a couple people I know go back time and time again
