Meta is such a kind, caring, and compassionate provider. I am thankful for the care I have received from her, and the team. Thank you!

Do not come to this practice. They do not care about their pts. I had an ongoing medical issue, the nurse couldn’t properly diagnose me. Was given different meds. & it was only making the condition worse! I did not feel they were confident in their ability to diagnose & treat. When calling w major concerns , the nurse was never available, never in the office. Never returned phone calls& my imagining was cancelled. I did not receive proper care! Since dr. Turner left, this practice went to sh**! I would not recommend Annie Walker as your nurse! I will be going elsewhere & hopefully my possible tumor& other issues will receive proper care & prompt attention! If you want a dr or nurse who doesn’t take your concerns & health problems serious, then by all means come here. I will be reporting further & receiving proper treatment elsewhere.

Crossroads is a thoughtful and caring place that Im happy about continuing going to after the practice moved across the street. All of the girls Ive met are great. Two I already knew. I quickly became comfortable and familiar with my nurse practitioner, Meta, who I just love. Annie, her assistant is great too.

The staff at Crossroads Medical always greet me with a smile. They are extremely helpful, going above and beyond each time Ive had an issue. The difference between them and everyone else Ive been to is they actually care. I highly recommend Crossroads Medical if you are looking for a family physician.

This office is truley a hidden Gem, with a caring staff. I never feel rushed out, or just another number in the books. Nice to talk face to face with your provider rather than the back of their head while they type on a computer.

I am afraid many have confused The new Crossroads Medical with Rick Gebhart’s practice who is now with Kettering. I switched to the new practice across the street because I received extremely lax care; when I met Meta Howard and her staff for the first time I knew I had found my permanent medical home. The staff is amazingly competent and caring. Meta takes the time to listen and then offers sound treatment options. She is low key yet sure in her knowledge. I must Repeat: do not confuse this practice with that of Dr Rick Gebhart. These folks are far more proficient and caring than those in his practice.Give this practice a try. You will be pleasantly surprised.

I suffered from depression and anxiety for years. Tried different doctors because they seemed to just push me on through. I met Wendy Wolf when she worked at premier, by the way premier is horrible and are liars. She was the first person in almost a decade to actually CARE. She takes her time and is polite and listens and is also pretty. Wendy helped me through alot of hard times even after hours when I would message her. You could say she saved me many times. I highly recommend her. You rarely see people like her. She is a 40 min drive for me since she moved to this office and I would drive double that for her care.

I just found out that the doctor would not complete the paperwork for a severely autistic guy to get admitted into a workshop because the Dr did not know him well enough. Incompetence is not acceptable.

Wendy Wolfe is by far the most caring and respectful docter along with the entire staff at crossroads ..dr Wolfe goes above and beyond the call of duty ...a year and a half ago she didnt like what one of my specialist was telling me so she sent me for a second opinion and that saved my life I had to lose part of a kidney due to cancer but she made that call to send me to get proper treatment..i trust my life my husbands life and my daughters life with her she is a true blessing and so is the entire staff at crossroads ..

Dr Gebhart was the first dr to listen to me and genuinely help me. The office might have an issue with long wait times but its because Dr G takes the time necessary to resolve issues and really talk to the patients. I would rather have my appointment run an hour behind and get the care I need than get in an out and be no better off when I leave. Dr G is worth the wait

Donna V is a monster. I was on my xanax for over a year and she took me off cold turkey. Right after she had a stoke. Knowing the xanax was the only thing that helped the anxiety that I have suffered for my entire life I thought I finally found some help. Do not go here Donna v tries to kill people by making them wothdrawl I will be suing her when I have to go to the hospital because of her.

Great practice.Dr. Rick Gebhart is amazing, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. He is kind, compassionate, and has a way of putting me at ease the instant he walks into the room.Sandy Anderson, CNP, is one of the best of the best medical practitioners -- including both doctors and nurse practitioners -- Ive ever met. Sandy has more knowledge than the majority of the doctors Ive known. She is both empathetic and brilliant.Donna Vogel, NP, is wonderful, as well. She is patient, listens extremely closely and remembers details from prior visits that most NPs and doctors would have long forgotten. Shes very polite, sweet, funny, and extremely bright. Even a short visit with her is more than enough to know youre health is being taken seriously and that she will make sure to follow up on any issue in the future. The nursing staff is amazing; they work seamlessly as a team and are a huge asset to this practice. Even the receptionist and other staff make this a wonderful place to have as my family doctor/GP practice. Im glad they are there! Waiting times can vary, of course, but are generally much shorter than those at other medical offices. And, when there is a longer wait, the staff actually apologizes, even when the delay is through no fault of their own.The one drawback to this practice lies not with the staff or the care, but with the building itself: the waiting room is extremely small! I get very claustrophobic in it and very quickly, and I usually dont have any problems with claustrophobia at all. Its a small downside when compared to all the great things about this practice though, and Im glad I found it!
