I had an amazing experience with TMS Northwest! I was at the lowest point in my life, and when I did my intake assessment I was offered another view on my diagnoses and with the encouragement of Julia, I sought out help to get to the truth around my mental illness. I truly believe my life was saved through my experience with TMS northwest.

It is apparent that my clinical provider was in over his head in addressing my mental health issues including wrong dx, months of medication treatment for the wrong condition that exacerbated my symptoms and ultimately setting me back many months on the road to recovery. Adding to the bad care, the recent mass exodus of providers at the same time resulted in no one to refill my prescriptions despite multiple attempts by myself and my pharmacy to contact them. Luckily my PCP was able to fill the care gap.

They absolutely do not care.

This treatment was a lifesaver for me. Anyone who truly suffers from depression long-term knows how hopeless it can become. Other treatments helped to merely cope with it over two decades, but never solved it. When I was done with treatment at TMW NW, I felt like there was an absence of depression, which was an incredible feeling. I had to be patient since it took towards the end of the treatment for me to feel the changes, but it was worth the wait. Since then (its been 6 months since I finished), it has only gotten better—it was explained to me that the brain continues rewiring after treatment ends, which Ive experienced.The staff was empathetic, non-judgmental, knowledgeable, and encouraging. The workbooks/activities provided to help retrain thought patterns were helpful as well.

As a licensed mental health counselor, I often work with clients that have tried (and tried) different treatment options for their depression but dont get the results they are needing. I feel so grateful to have encountered TMS NW! Clients are having positive responses and remission of symptoms that they didnt know were possible. Piper from the TMS NW team spoke with our counseling team and shared research about why TMS works to rewire the brain. I will continue to refer clients to them for this safe, evidenced-based, and (most importantly) effective treatment!

I have not yet undergone TMS therapy, however I just scheduled my first appointment and I will say that employees at TMS NW are so kind and caring. They are genuine people who want to help, and are very committed to doing so. I requested that they text instead of call due to my social anxiety and fear of speaking on the phone and they were very willing to do so! Wonderful people, and I know going forward with TMS therapy will be a wonderful change in my life!

After experienceing moderate to severe depression for half of my life, even with countless medications, I turned to TMS NW for relief. My experience with TMS was supportive, friendly, and effective. It is certainly a serious commitment, but it was absolutely worth it for me. Julia, Brendan, Piper, and the techs at TMW NW all clearly cared about my mental and physical wellbeing. I would absolutely recommend TMS NW for anyone struggling with long-term, medication resistant depression.
