We have recently been approved for an auto loan, to buy out our lease, through Unitus. Omar A. helped us through the process, which can be a little tricky. He explained everything in detail and what we needed to do for a smooth process. Omar was professional, courteous and on top of it in a timely matter, all with a sense of humor, which is much needed these days.I would highly recommend Unitus, we have been a member for over 15 years, and if you can,and can be so lucky, ask to work with Omar, you will not be disappointed.

Since opening my account with Unitus, I have discovered the value in having a financial institution that works for you. No fees for every little thing you do, excellent fraud protection, and stellar customer service. They have done so well that even though I recently moved over halfway across the country, I have kept them as my primary financial institution. I highly recommend.

The building on 192nd has a Great staff, with a great experience every time you enter into the building,I have been banking with them since the early 80s, this was back in the days of Oregon Telco Community Credit Union, I was working in the Early days of the Cable TV industry here in the Portland area,This credit union has always been my go to for all my banking needs.Great service, always greeted with a Hello and a smile.I would recommend Unitus Community Credit Union for all your banking needs.Robert.

Left BofA over 10 years ago and never looked back. Friendly people who care for their members. We now have multiple business and personal accounts and couldnt be happier. Location is ideal as well, on the way to and from everything. Only reason for 4 vs. 5 stars is outdated ATM that seems to give us problems every other time we use it and online banking/app could be better but isnt horrible. Given all the other fantastic things about them, I would recommend Unitus to anyone and do!

I have been a member for probably 20 years or more and have always had good luck with them. Friendly, helpful, and always available for advice.

I’ve been attempting to reach out for help with my account from the safety of my home. I have provided my information to both the online services as well as the bank representative when I have called. Neither one recognize me no matter how much information I give. I then was told to leave my residence, which my government has said not to do, in order to prove I am in fact myself and need help to access my account. I am not happy with having to risk my sons health as well as my own. The rep said someone would call me back however that did not happen. Very discouraged and disappointed.

This is an amazing Credit Union! They are very friendly and easy to work with. They handled all the paperwork needed to transfer our accounts for us and did it efficiently. They listened well to what we needed and how we wanted to set up our new accounts and made everything work out as we wanted. Great rates also.

My family and I have been with Unitus for MANY years and really enjoy their way of making you feel taken care of, instead of taken advantage of like the big banks do. Their app and website are simple to use (both android & ios), and if your a busy bee like me youll appreciate how quickly you get to a LIVE human on the phone if you ever need to call them! Theyre also SUPER friendly at EVERY branch location - extra extra bonus!!

Not good. Car loan from dealership. Misscommunicated insurance coverage. Doubled billed insurance at $1,100 for 10 days of coverage!Very impersonal policies. And unempowered staff to address reasonable concerns.Low end money lender hiding under community credit union name.Paid off the loan and the automated loan fee of $1100 rather than deal with this mismanaged financial institution.

Omar made coordinating a refinance between the car dealership and the credit union a stress free experience; he went out of his way to prioritize the process in a timely and friendly manner. It is great to know that transactions like these don’t have to be strictly business, they can also have a human element that makes the process both professional and enjoyable, and Omar exemplifies that.
