We just started using this office with our 6 kids but I so far can’t speak highly enough for the amazing g nursing staff, secretaries, and doctors. Dr. Collins was amazing! I am so happy to find a doctor we like! Thank you for all you do!

I ahve 3 girls my oldest is 14 and has been here since she was 2 my others went right behind her and I love love this place.. Dr Kara is so sweet and she listens and o3ays attention

The receptionist are nice, but my children’s NP, Onama Collins is where the problem is. Let’s start with how terrible they are with calling me back. It started with my son’s ear infections. He had 2 within two months and that was my concerned as to it being so close together. The 1st time they called me back at 3:30pm. Mind you they closed around 4pm. So I couldn’t bring my son in. I had to go to urgent care. They diagnosed him w/an ear infection. So after my son finished his antibiotic I called the office to see if Mrs. Collins wanted to see my son. Her nurse said no. Okay fast forward to the sec. ear infection. I called first thing when they opened. Never heard back from them. So I brought my son back to urgent care. I decided he should see a specialist bc his infections was happening so close together. I just wanted a second opinion. I called the office several times bc the first time there was no call back and later on they told me no on the referral. I needed one to see an ENT in Oneida. Requested to speak to Mrs. Collins and she called me back the next day. She proceeded to explain why she said no on the referral. Her rules are 4 ear infections, before she decides to refer to a specialist. Then she went on to say she never diagnosed him so it might just be teething. She said urgent care are known to always diagnose Children with ear infections. It is hard to know if my son really did have one. She also said how I can open a phone book up and find any ENT in there and i do not need a referral from her. I knew that, but there was a specific one i wanted my son to see and that Dr. requested a referral. By the end of that convo. I was not happy at all. Unprofessional to even say that about another medical facility. Fast forward a month later once again my son has another ear infection. I called Collins up first thing and they called me back right before they closed to tell me to bring my son to urgent care, in which I said why? According to Collins they misdiagnosed so shouldn’t she take a look at it herself? The nurse proceeded to ask me a few more questions and pretty much tried telling me it’s most likely teething. I went to urgent care and it was another ear infection. By now it was 3 infections in less than 3 months. Antibiotic isn’t good for the immune system and now my son has been on it every single month. He was only 7 months at the time. Now they decided to refer me. by now I was beyond frustrated and was in the process of finding another primary. One that would listen to the parent and not just made her feel like she’s dramatic and has no clue what she’s talking about. What’s the point of having a primary when they’re only good for check ups?? They won’t even mark it as urgent bc according to them it isn’t and it’s probably teething (once again that’s what they told me). By now my son has had his 4th ear infection. I decided that he can’t wait on the other specialist so I went and found another one. Dr. Chafe saw him immediately and now he needs tubes. He didn’t tell me this on my son’s first visit, but his second when his fluids weren’t draining. As a mother we know our children’s best so don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. I would never recommend anyone to see Onama Collins, especially if you have babies. They are much more needy and when you need to see her. You’d be lucky if they called you back.

No. Just no. The worst!!!! My “doctor” came in eating a sandwich and he told me it was “too late” For the down syndrome test because his staff FORGOT TO FILE THE PAPERWORK!!! Then told me, there was another test I could take “IF IT REALLY MATTERED TO ME”. On top of that, they switched my doctor the day before my c-section and tried to reschedule two times ! when I went for my post check up after I had my son they forgot to take my staples out. Just the worst!!!! They literally do not care about their patients at all, they are simply there for a check. Period.

So far so good. nice staff ,very polite. They have a nice waiting room with Cartoons on tv for kids and some toys.

Staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. Zero care or respect for their patients.
