Wow! This is definitely a hidden gem!! The people that work there are amazing!!! Especially the young lady in the front! She was taking phone orders, taking customers orders while making drinks and serving the food to the tables....shes worth her weight in gold!! Very professional and friendly!!! The food was amazing!!!! The prices are good. (You get what you pay for) they go along with the portions. The decor is great...lots of light and inviting!! If youre in the area and are in the mood for something different this is the place to go. Korean fried chicken or if you want a refreshing bubble tea or a real frappuccino...all in one spot and they take there time not too long or to fast. Remember good food takes time especially when made to order with fresh ingredients. I definitely recommend this restaurant and I was surprised that it wasnt as busy when it should be ; )

Delicious dried chicken and bubble tea and slushy. We ate chicken box with waffles, chicken sandwich, mac and cheese, mango bubble tea, strawberry bubble tea and acai slushy which was the best one. Recommend trying out the Honey Soy chicken box! Prices affordable and portions big.

Ordered “Crispy” chicken, fries and Mac & cheese.I’m not known as a picky eater… At All (or someone to write a review). But this was some of the worst food I’ve had In a while. Fries were cold. Chicken looked undercooked and was definitely not crispy. I’d rather not speak about the Mac & cheese. Maybe it’s worth trying once for some folks… I’d recommend just stopping at McDonald’s if you’re looking for a quick bite.

Very slow, they talk a lot and waste their time, they gave me my order wrong and there were only two bubble tea, I asked for a coconut with mango and they gave me tapioca. to other people they put fruits in the exact order as the one that I did less to mine. the girl was talking to a person and to her cell phone while she was working 👎🏼👎🏼

Raw chicken , the staff was completely disorganized , I placed two orders first one came out and I then waited 20 minutes for the second but the second was missing food. Got back to work took 3 bites of my chicken sandwich and realized it was raw , not maybe its raw but bloody raw. Lousy lunchtime experience and you only get one chance during the day. Done with this place...

This rating is based off the fact that I was just turned away at 7:39 when there was another couple being served right before me. “The last customer.” I asked if the store closed at 8 or if it closed at 7:39. She said yes. The website should be updated then! I wish I got to try this place out, I love boba.

This is one of my favorite place. The workers are very nice and accommodating. They work very fast. I recommend this place.

The owner and staff were incredibly helpful. we had so many questions and they had so many answers while being patient with us. they let us have some samples and recommended their favorite dishes and flavors. there are sooo many worthy options. it’s so hard to choose because everything sounds delicious. we finally decided to go with the honey soy chicken waffle cone, sweet pepper waffle box, vegetable fried dumplings, blue lemonade with passion fruit tapioca, and passion fruit lemonade with regular tapioca. we enjoyed our food very much and had leftovers. everything was so flavorful. i would come back here a million times. if i can rate 10/5 stars i would. service and food were beyond amazing.

50 minutes wait to get 2 bubble teas, the waitress forgot about us until I when to the cashier to express my thoughts. She rushed to do the order and gave me a dirty cup. First and last experience with this place.And their kitchen vent doesnt work, the place smells oily and you keep it on your clothes. I dont recommend it.

I came in for a pick up. The food was okay. I enjoyed the waffle more than anything. Their bubble tea was nice yet too sweet for me. Although there wasnt a, how much sugar do you want option Ill ask for it next time.

Really impressed with this place! Unique food for the area, very clean and cool decor, and the staff was very welcoming. Both the steak and pepper chicken were great, waffle was delicious, and I also really enjoyed the shoestring style fries. There were a ton of different drink options that all looked good-the pink lemonade I decided on was really tasty. I am definitely planning to visit again.

Called an hour before closing — no one answered. Called a few more times on the drive over thinking they were just busy. Nope. Got to the restaurant and saw that they were open and approached the counter and tell said they were closed. I really like the fact that they offer korean-style Fried Chicken in this area, and theres slushies are delicious, however, their food can be hit-or-miss sometimes its prepared amazingly sometimes it seems to have Hazard, be stuff for the most part its friendly, but distracted.

My husband and son get their haircuts by Jochy on 23rd street. They stumbled to this place by accident and Im so happy they did. I love Asian and this food is a Fusion mix. Everything from their meats, waffles to the bubble tea are on point. I look forward to when my husband and son get their monthly haircuts so I can grab a box of goodness.

People are nice. Food is prepared well but it clearly came from a freezer and the portion sizes are small. The bubble tea drinks are mostly filled with ice and the powder they use is pretty fake tasting. The honeydew is a highlighter green and the strawberry is a highlighter pink.

The food is extremely greasy. The whole place has a strong and overbearing smell. I thought it’d be fine since I got used to it. Once I left the place the stench had seeped into my clothes and hair. I smelled like they had deep fried me instead. First time going and never coming back.

Went here for the for the first time and never seen any menu like it, needless to say they fry their chicken with batter sent straight from heaven, and the combination of flavors in the boxes are unbelievable. Anyway I’ve eaten here 6 out of the past 7 days.

Ever had rubber chicken and old flimsy waffles? I just did, my first time eating here and my last. Chicken was either full of fat or extremely stale and rubbery. Over fried and no taste. Waffles were definitely microwaved and just disgusting. Definitely dont recommend 👎

Food is eh, prices are up there, and the drinks arent that good the amount of syrup used varied from time to time and they mess up the drinks every now and then however they fix it right after. Xlarge fries equals small everywhere else and came with one small cherry tomato for reasons unknown. Possibly garnish?

My experience Waffle & Bubble was amazing. Partnered with great service, the culinary blend of dinner food and Bubble tea makes a deadly combination. The Chipotle Mayo Waffle Box was easily one of the best meals I’ve had this year. The menu is extensive and makes sure that customers have a waide range of variety, while still guarenteeing great quality. I will definetly make Waffle & Bubble my go to restuarunt from now on.

Matcha taste like milk and sugar no matcha flavor what so ever they put way to much ice and barely any bubbles also the bubbles arent sweet enough they taste like paper lol the wait time was horrible i was really hopefull and excited to see a bubble tea spot so close to home but i guess im going to have to go out of town if i want bubble tea again -__- the food is pretty good though so i give it 1 star.
