Very efficient. The phlebotomist was stellar! No bruising even though I take blood thinners!

I’ve had labs drawn here several times over the last few years, and it has ALWAYS been a pleasant experience. The lady drawing my blood was very general and caring.

So far all the workers are sick and snotty. None of them are staying at home and this is during a pandemic. That’s So bad for customers! Especially my brother who had multiple problems these workers are putting him in danger coming to work sick.

I had to have blood drawn for a food sensitivity test and the phlebotomist was wonderful as was the supervisor when I couldnt produce enough blood for the 4 vials I thought I needed. He contacted the lab and they said 3 would be sufficient. I thought he went above and beyond...especially comparing with another lab where they couldnt even find my vein after 5 attempts! (I even offered my hand where I have huge veins.)

Experience was rough here. Everyone seemed very dreary, like they really didnt want to be here. The receptionist made it very hard to find the right lab order. She kept telling me it was my fault that my name wasnt in the system, and that I would just have to take it up with my care provider. As it turned out, the name was misspelled by a single letter. Same date of birth, same provider, submitted on the day I told her, and she still argued that it was someone else. I had to get a supervisor involved to tell her it was the right file, and to just fix the spelling. The phlebotomist took a blind stab at my arm, and just started wiggling the needle around in there, and that was not the least bit fun. So again, the supervisor had to get involved, and he came over, and found the vein immediately. I should have gotten that supervisors name, since he saved the day twice in a row. Poor guy seems to be pulling everyones weight.
