I went to the gym to do laps. It was nice and quiet when I got there. It was lap time and only one other person was there. A little after 8a several people came in, turned on the radio and were not doing laps. Will try to get there earlier next week.

Its a great gym. They keep clean/new equipment and have a super nice pool. The people there are great. Logan runs the office and she is always very helpful. If you come to swim on the weekend, bring your own towel. Pick up a schedule and try out their morning spin classes. I also go here (to the clinic side) when Im sick. They are always great and get me in and out quickly.

This morning, I was experiencing flu like symptoms along with my mother and sister. We chose this clinic because we have been using the CHRISTUS Mother Francis System for years. Our experience has been stellar until today. This particular facility is relatively new, maybe a couple years old. When we arrived, there was a line to get COVID tested and things were moving at a moderate pace.HOWEVER, the staff checking us in were not only unhelpful but totally unprofessional. My recommendation is to go somewhere else. 1 star is even too much. The original nurse that checked us in was welcoming and the nurse that administered my test was fabulous, in fact she was a blessing and couldn’t have been better. The Provider, on the other hand couldn’t have been more unpleasant. This is the individual who you speak with prior to getting the test. I was originally going to let it go until I read the notes that accompanied my negative test results. She listed my mother as my “wife” and said that she [my mother] “refused to get tested” when we clearly stated to her that we would likely go somewhere else due in part to my moms irrational fear of getting stuff stuck up her nose. Further evidence of just how uninterested she was in helping us. It was like we were a bother to her the moment I rolled down the window. I will likely call tomorrow to get this cleared up, but Suffice to say I will, Godwilling, never step foot in that clinic again. This was my first time being tested and we were already fearful of getting the test and this didn’t make things easier.UPDATE: I just called to clear things up in regard to the incorrect notes. I spoke with Jennifer who was most helpful in assisting me. I have adjusted my review to register as 3 stars instead of 1.

I am very upset with this clinic. I arrived with my son at 3:45 pm for him to get a flu shot. After waiting 15 min for them to check him in I was told that they do not do flu shots after 3:50 pm. I explained to them how hard it was for me to get him there, with school and work, and I was technically there by 3:50 pm. No exceptions were made. When I asked where I could take him, that was more convenient for my work schedule and his school schedule, I was simply told “I don’t know”.

Always courteous and friendly staff. Fast and well trained to not waste your time. Attention to your personal issues and providing a safe environment.

I would not recommend anyone to this clinic. Because when a doctor tells you. that shes DOESNT have a life. because of the work they put on her. shes lets someone go. Because they stay to sick. Then that tells me that they need to be doing something else. Dr. Brown do not ever use her

The Physical Therapy group is a wonderful staff. Very knowledgeable and professional. Physical Therapy can be very challenging but these guys do a great job helping you get through it. I’ve had a nice experience with this fun group.

Brought my 5 year old in running a temperature of 104 ....APRIL at the front desk rolled her eyes at my wife several times because she didnt know how to do her job another staff member was constantly helping her train your staff before letting them work with Ill people she was rude to my wife myself and my child before we finally walked out and went to Hospitality Id rather have doctors and office personnel who at least act like they care then the opposite which is exactly what youll get at this location. Oh and if you think youll be seeing a doctor nope only a nurses practitioner which is NOT a doctor but you and your insurance will be charged as if you saw a doctor Should be illegal. Go to a real hospital and if you like to wait around and be treated badly when youre Ill this is the place for you.

Needed my daughter seen with possible flu, the office manager Courtney helped us get seen fast. She went above and beyond and I am so thankful! Everyone who worked with us was quick and kind. It was a great experience!

Im not sure I can technically leave a review since I have not actually used the facilities. This is is more like constructive criticism for the person in charge of memberships. So Logan if youre reading this, you may want to work on responding to your potential members. After filling out the initial email to get information, I received your email stating that I can try the gym for 7 days. However, I am a mom of 2 (a toddler and a newborn) which makes it a little hard to just go checkout the gym. Your email said you wanted to answer any questions I had, but when I asked you didnt answer. I sent my first email and waited a couple of weeks with no response. So I sent another email and after a week of no response, I made a phone call and left a message. Big surprise, no call back.

I was barely able to walk and sit because of an abcess that needed to be lanced. I had came here checked in didnt wait long at all everyone was super nice and very professional!! I was very pleased with the care I recieved. I will be coming here from now on!! 👍🏻

The gym is great. Good equipment and plenty of it! Just a couple of concerns in the womens locker room. Not enough outlets by the sinks, poor lighting above the sinks and no shelf in the ante-shower area to put towels, shampoo, etc.

I seen Dr. OKelley today and I highly recommend him. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and caring. Also all the ladies at the front desk as well as the nurse Sam were very kind and personable. Overall very good experience.

The doctors here are all very warm and friendly. They genuinely listen to you as a patient and show respect and compassion with every interaction. Highly recommend.

My son had an appointment at 10:45a.mWe got there at 10:30a.m We are still sitting here at almost 12 waiting to be seen due to one of the nurses checking my son out WITHOUT HIM BEING LOOKED AT I will not come back to this place this is the 2nd time this has happened this is absolutely ridiculous.

Had an emergency, almost lost two fingers to a chainsaw ‼️We Had previously stopped by another facility, waited bleeding everywhere to be told after 30 minutes, that they could not accommodate me⁉️⁉️⁉️ Came to the Christus, Herrington-Ornelas clinic , on a Sunday; they got me right in, cleaned & stitched me up. They were very friendly, efficient, caring and professional ‼️👍👍👍👍👍They saved my fingers‼️‼️ Will be coming here again!! And will definitely be recommending them to other....matter fact I already have‼️😉

Took my one-year old baby in for severe constipation on a Saturday. The doctor did not fully evaluate my child based on the information we were providing. He told us he could not treat the constipation and just recommended an x-ray which put our child in more distress. We were sent home with basic over-the-counter remedies (i.e. suppository, prune juice).Based on the lack of assistance, we ended up having to go into an Emergency clinic. We will not be returning to this urgent care facility in the future.

Quick, competent service outside of normal business hours. Almost no wait time.

Very disappointed in the service I received here. I arrived right before closing to be seen. Was advised my blood pressure was at stroke level and I needed to go to the hospital. The staff there rushed me out as if I was an inconvenience to them for leaving to go home. All of them lined up at the desk looking at me. Upon my arrival to the ER I was advised my BP was not at stroke level and that this location does this a lot. Thanks ladies for your professional opinion on my BP and the additional money I have to pay. I will be going to UT from now on..

As a type 1 diabetic insulin is a necessity in my life. I have repeatedly struggled to get refills here. If your children are type 1, take them elsewhere. Insulin is non negotiable, we need it to live and can’t wait till the next day or later.

Always been treated good since the day I was born at M.F. sixty two years ago.

My son went in to have his 15 month check. Thought it was odd that urgent care and pediatrics had to check in at the same place. The next day he came down with a rash all over. Took him back in 2 days later and he was diagnosed with strep. I really wish they would separate urgent care and pediatrics

I went here the day after Christmas for strep throat. I was absolutely miserable at this point since I was sick on Christmas Eve and Christmas day.After I walked out I checked the sheet and realized they sent my antibiotics into the wrong CVS on the other side of town, so I drove all the way over there only to be told there was no prescription for me there or at any CVS. I tried to call their number, but it just rang and rang and rang. I had to drive all the way back to the office. I asked about the phone, and they said they leave it that way on purpose on holidays. Then why are you even open?!The nurse never called my prescription in, just recorded that she had, so I had to wait in the lobby for another half hour while they did that, then wait again at CVS.Worst experience Ive ever had in an urgent care type setting.

Nice gym, no Towles if you go early or late. Even when the staff is hear they seem reluctant to put out Towles.
