This service is 100% a joke. I’ve never in my life experienced so many issues with an at home service. They constantly mess up paperwork and then tell you to start the process all over. I’ve been to my primary care 3 times trying to get basic services, and all 3 times my insurance has called me back and told me the paperwork was filled out improperly. And their response is always to start the entire process over. I would give zero stars if I could. Do not recommend this service. Look elsewhere.

I have, unfortunately, needed the seevices of a licensed Prof Nurse, recentlt. Also now i need domestic help to do clothes, cleaning etc... At Home has been VERY GOOD & reliable. I brought my own provider. Love this company... Use them. Wont be unhappy

Omg!😱, they are wreckless in payroll...unprofessional & knows nothing about how to run a sufficient payroll staffing...do NOT use this company if you are using provider services, you will regret it at the expense of your love one needing the care1). Lies2). Unprofessional3). Not consistent with each other4). Payroll hours incorrect5). Employee gossiping about provider employees, calling them stupid and ignorant...I overheard the payroll employee conversation6). Horrific experiences7). Terrible customer service8). My girlfriend works here!! She always complaining about how at home healthcare payroll lady Judy! Never return your calls until close to the end of the day! Like who does business like that! My girlfriend only wanted to know if she was gone get paid and The lady Judy whoever she is in payroll told my girlfriend that she wont get paid until another 2 weeks!! BullS***! I hope my girlfriend quits this job its ridiculous!
