You really dont want my opinion. I have used Affordable Dentures in Shreveport for about 15 or 20 years, never had a bad experience. One time here with you and leaves a bad taste in my mouth. First , had to wait to go in for adjustments, was told to use more adhesive. I have never since I was 16 years old have I had to use adhesive. Then I finally got to see a dentist, who talked like he had good sense, and he gave the techs instructions on how to fix them. Was told to come back in two weeks to pick up my teeth. Got there yesterday and was told that they were closing at noon( Oct. 22,2021) for. training.and I would have to wait another two weeks to pick up my teeth. Needless to say, I was not and am not a happy camper. This will be my last time to come to Tyler Affordable Dentures. I will drive back to Shreveport,LA to get my next ones.From June13 , 2021 until November 4,2021 to get my next day dentures. RIDICULOUS. I AM NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!!!!.

Dr. Sinclair and his entire staff could have not been more helpful, friendly, and competent. Although, they could not make the extraction of four teeth (3 were some what more difficult) a pleasant experience; it was painless, and only took 30 minutes total. This is the day after having those 4 teeth extracted and my new dentures fitted. They fit well and I am able to chew some foods. I am a retired State employee; Dr. Sinclair and Staff have made quality dentures Affordable for me. Thank you Dr. Sinclair and Staff

I needed dentures but thought I couldnt afford them. Affordable Dentures & Implants proved me wrong. The dentures I received from them are quality dentures. They look realistic. The color of the teeth is perfect and they did adjustments for a year before creating my permanent plates. The Dr was awesome and the staff was professional, courteous and super friendly. We went to Affordable Dentures for my wife to see about first time dentures. Our regular dentist and our endodontist both knew Dr. Sinclair and highly recommended Affordable Dentures. Everyone was so polite and made us feel welcome and important. Dr. Sinclair and Heather explained everything about their dentures and helped us understand what to expect with wearing dentures. They explained the new patient packages with information about the styles of dentures they offered. They provided us with prices, which were about half of what our regular dentist could offer. We chose a package, they made the prints and said the dentures would be ready in a couple of days. We were very apprehensive when we went for our appointment but left feeling more at ease with the whole process. We highly recommend Affordable Dentures!

The front office seamed to have a minor problem with scheduling but that was quickly resolved. They are very courteous, straight forward all in a very clean environment. This is what I got from taking my significant other to her FREE consultation. Something that helps in this day and age.

If I could give a negative star rating I would! It took me almost a year to get an appointment for my permanent dentures! My appointment was at 2 and I didnt get called back until 3:15. My permanent dentures were so horrible looking! With my mouth completely closed there was a gap between my upper and lower dentures. They were uneven and looked ridiculous. I demanded a refund and I was told they didnt have the cash to refund me and I would have to wait for a check in the mail. I would not return here for any reason whatsoever!

I got my first set of dentures about 12 years ago at this place and they were fantastic. Fast forward to this year not only did I go back for a new set, I also got the best set they sell which is the ultimate fit. I had to go back for 3 wax mold fittings before they got it right, each time having to wait 2 weeks to go back. Even though it was frustrating to go through all of that I am very pleased with my new smile and I know I saved a lot of money! It is worth it.

Kudos to Dr. Sinclair and Heather- they are awesome. I had only one tooth removed, but Dr. Sinclair made sure there was zero pain. And Heather took great care of me. Both made me very comfortable throughout the procedure. I highly recommend Affordable Dentures!!!

First visit on June 25,2021 impressions for metal partial. They were supposed to call me to come back for fitting in 1 week to 10 days and impressions for upper plate. I attempted to talk to someone after the 8th of July to find out why no one had contacted me. Long story short. After numerous calls with no return calls. Went to Tyler today. And after quite a discussion I did receive a refund for full payment made in advance. If you cant get a call back from them or talk to anyone. I sure dont trust them to do my dental work. This is supposed to be a fast place to get dentures. Well dont count on it!!!!!! Would not recommend them at all.

I my top denture broke on a Saturday. The office was closed Monday. I showed up at 8am on Tuesday and was told I had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment. I was horrified... I asked if I could hang out in the hope someone would cancel.. and I was seen that day. So so very happy. But the teeth werent exactly right so I had to return the next day hoping to get in for another wax fitting.. I did. But some of the gum area needed to be flattened... so I cant have my denture until Monday.Its a super long drawn out process. I feel like I should have been able to get my denture today, Wednesday.. monday is a long way off.Im pleased with the staff doing the actual denture work, and the dentist. The front office staff can be a tab bit rude. But I guess they are over worked.

This place is a joke. Never have I ever seen any type of business that will not answer the phone or return your phone call to make an appointment. It’s a good thing not all medical offices operate this way! Well my lawyers office certainly answers the phone. I guess after a year of waiting and trying to get my husband’s final teeth, the 100 day Guarantee is a joke too. We will be filling a civil lawsuit. There is no reason this place should even be open.

I am not pleased with my experience at all. Thier customer service is terrible. It seems as though they are concerned only with the sell. I had to call several times before someone actually answered the phone. I left a message but never got a return call. After forgetting an appointment, which is my fault, I had to wait another 5 weeks for another appointment. It just feels like youre herded through like cattle at an auction.

Very clean and efficient, the Dr. That actually removes teeth is awesome. I havent gotten my permanent dentures yet,so Im not real happy with the fit, but Im hopeful they will look as good as my spousss do. Definitely recommend for quality of work and care credit made it affordable. Update. Im not happy with the receptionist that doesnt give accurate information to clients that drive libg distances , and be told i was to check in at certain time. They dont answer their phone and they dont seem to care that we are inconvenienced and now have to take off work again for a reschedule appointment that shouldnt be needed.

I have been scheduled 2 times to have procedure tonhave teeth extracted and get dentures be cancelled at the last moment and reschedule a month later. Do they even know the mental and emotional tole this puts on someone? Like Im so drained. 5 grand and have nothing to show for it but tears. Oh now they want to reschedule me 3 days before I go on vacation. Very unprofessional I never would have given them my money if I knew I would be going thru this.

I am new to this place but so far the staff has been very helpful. The extraction process was superbly performed. Dr. Sinclair was the best stick I have ever had. I wish others would learn from him.There are a couple of reasons i did not rate a five star. The biggest issue is contacting them. I was on hold for 30 min before someone even picked up the phone. The other reason is my initial wait time to see the dentist. If they were to fix those two issues then I would gladly give them a five star rating

I have never been comfortable going to the dentist ,but when I showed up for my appt at affordable dentures I was greeted with a warm smile. The assistant was awesome and the dentists made me feel comfortable about the whole process .I was given a straight price with no add ins that made my choices easy.when it came to check out the lady was so helpful in payment options we paid in full.Thank you affordable dentures ! I would not recommend this place to anyone. At first, they were pretty good. When I got my permanent denture, I told they were too narrow. The older dentest/doctor acted like it upset him because they were too narrow. Needless to say, they wont return my calls, wont put a soft liner in my temporary dentures and wont fix my permanent dentures. They even have my top denture with holes drilled for posts, and I do not even have posts, which makes them even more uncomfortable and food gets under them because I can not glue them in and they cut them too short so they try to fall out all the time. A day has not went by without my mouth feeling like I have been chewing on glass.

Even under staffed and under pressure, great service and inviting atmosphere.

I am going back on the 2nd to have my dentures made. They are very busy there and it takes time to go back and see the dentist.

I went to affordable dentures to get my new smile. The staff are very helpful and friendly. My wait time was maybe 10 minutes. The doctors are great and the technicians are super nice. They are very attentive to what you want and how you want your new smile to look. I will definitely be going back for any adjustments and for my partials.

Great place to get ur teeth pulled but they made my teeth to big and then one of the assisants messed up my bottom denture and couldnt wear them because it hurt to wear them and sometimes can hardly get ahold of them

Absolutely the best doctor and staff anywhere in the east Texas area. They do stand behind their work if it’s not right they will work with you until the issue is resolved and corrected.

Doctors nurses were great Doctor was good office staff were good. Some reason though we had to do a lot of waiting. What we thought was going to be One day ended up being two days of sitting in the parking lot. Don’t know who dropped the ball but they didn’t have any reason to delay us like that. They could have told us to back at a certain time and we would have been there. Also the cost was about a $150 dollars more than I was quoted at initial rate.

My appointment was March 12, 2020, at 1:30 pm at the Tyler, Texas location on Hwy 31. I was greeted and welcomed by the Ladies in reception very warmly as they set me up with the necessary paperwork for a first visit to include a cup of coffee. The Consult was equally cordial and informative, as was the visit with Dr Jack. I return this Monday for a fitting and later in the day to pick up my plate. Based on my research, the examples I saw and the discussion during the visit, am certain that Affordable Denture was the right choice. Very straight forward and down to earth experience!

I had really bad teeth, and it was getting to be very bad for my self esteem. Affordable Dentures staff was very professional and made me feel at ease from the beginning. They try really hard to get things right and as painless as possible.

Very personable. Excellent care... so far. Only things they could do better (and that were aggravating) were: (1) The pricing explanations online. For example, the “secure” implant cost is PER screw not per denture set, but I didn’t know that until I got to their office. Also, one package says “starting at” and on a different web page the same package says “and not a penny more”. Also (2) When I received their email, after accepting the $100 off coupon, it wouldn’t load the coupon picture or print correctly. So... In summary...great staff! Shane, Dr. Jack and front desk staff were AWESOME, but website and email definitely need work.

Very professional and caring. Dr Sinclair did a good job pulling my teeth and was very concerned about my pain during the procedure, but I did not have any pain. I will recommend affordable dentures to anyone and everybody because the cost is the lowest in the area.

I had a very good experience everyone was helpful and friendly.

Told me to come pick up and had me waiting from 10 A.m. to 4 PM and when I called to check if they were ready they said that they don’t have a time limit they’re on their own time the front desk does not answer the phone and the person at the front is VERY rude. Bad all around.

The website is not a same as as you go in person they say you need to pay all money up front and they do not take insurance that your insurance company would have to give you your money back which you know no insurance company does that.

Dentures, even the little bitty valspar part for lower denture both added up to over $1700.00There is a very thin spot on my upper denture.I will take them in to get more adjustments. The very tops are rubbing my inner jaw. But that thin spot on top denture? No. It will have to be redone. The 5 yr old denture I already have has a thin spot, almost broken. So the new ones need to be done over again

I have not been pleased with Affordable dentures. It is hard to get an appointment, most of the time the wait is over an hour to get back on appointment day. I did not get the bridge I paid for and am not happy with the bridge they made me take. Would not have finished with them but money was paid up front. I feel that I should have a full refund on bridge. The one they made me take makes my mouth bleed.

Why schedule an appointment 3 weeks in advance and than find out, in a text message that it was changed the day before your original scheduled appointment. No email, no text message, not even a phone call that the appointment was changed. Im sure someone knew it changed, long before the day before.People were nice on the phone when I called early to confirm what was going on, sure enough it was changed....Said thanks and hung up.What else can they mess up on???

I cant say enough good about this company. Ive had many problems with my teeth. Do to mixed martial arts, Rock climbing, skating and the normal things life throws at you. From the moment I walked in everyone was friendly and helpful. They gave me a full detail on how the process works and what worked for me with my budget. I could not believe how much I was gonna be saving. I went to several places in Texas and across the United States and one could do what they did for the money. Thank you so much.

I visited this office years ago. I was very pleased with quality of work, professional care of staff n how they made sure you were happy and comfortable before you left. Now here i am again. Affordable is the answer,especially for older folks like me.. They gave me the same friendly atmosphere, quality work, and comfort again. I drove nearly two hours to come back and would do it again if needed. Thank you Affordable dentistry for making me smile again! Great job!

I was satisfied until I was told I couldn’t get my teeth after paying for them Friday when appointment was at 9 am and after checking the plastic ones it was after noon so now I have to go all the way back to Tyler Monday at 3 to get my teeth my old ones are cracked in half I got on 5/7/17 . Staff was all great! Now I’m back on Monday with appointments and still sitting here a hour after signing in . Ok I had to go back for readjust my upper dentures and I’m truly satisfied went on 7/22/2020 they are so much better now

I am so thankful I found it. I had gone to numerous dentists and received outrageous prices for extractions and full dentures. Affordable Dentures and Implants in Tyler has been WONDERFUL. Everyone is helpful and the dentures fit and look great. I am still in the process of getting my permanent set, cant wait. Wish I had known about them when my wife got hers. I truly am blessed that I was able to have Dr. Sinclair!! He is gentle and truly a great man. The first time I went in I had 3 extractions at once. I have always been fearful of dentists and they truly made me feel comfortable! He explained EVERYTHING he was doing step by step and showed me compassion. I even returned a second time for a single extraction.. I developed complications and Dr. Sinclair has done everything he is able to do to help me get through this to be able to fully heal! In all of my experience with the medical profession Dr. Sinclair has truly been an Angel and renewed my faith in the medical field with his genuine compassion, kindness, all around personable attitude and dedication to providing his patients with the best care he is able to give!! The most caring dentist office I have ever experienced. These people give excellent care, their work is phenomenal. They believe in not only providing low cost dentures, but making sure its affordable for anyone . They also provide services as a part of a ministry opportunity in our community. I absolutely LOVE this place! The staff is amazing and the doctor is very gentle and breaks things down to where you can understand whats about to be done and why. Im doing this on a budget and theyre very reasonable and will work with you. And apparently its a very well known and well liked place because they were always busy but it didnt take forever to be seen. Two very enthusiastic thumbs up from me!! 👍👍👏👏

Extractions were the best part, which is sad! I literally had the best experience with Dr. Sinclair! I had 28 extractions & immediate dentures placed. He is hands down the most gentle, kind, & caring dentist I have ever seen. But my immediates are God awful & now broken by the tech. They thinned them so much in attempt to make it where I could close my mouth. The dentist said my permanent ones would be better & I would just have to wait another 8 months to be able to close my mouth. They have been huge from the start but they refused to remake them & kept insisting there was nothing to be done. This on top of the condescending & unprofessional manner in which I was spoken to, led me to ask for my money back. Still waiting on the check too! However, I went elsewhere & got a wonderful set of dentures made & yes, I can actually close my mouth & chew! They are perfectly pleasant until you disagree with them, beware.

Well I will be better when they get me teeth to fix right. Because right now I cant hardly eat an I cant wear my teeth very long because they hurt my mouth. The top ones flars out an i bite my gums an it hurts an the bottom ones hurts me.

Best extremely gentle painless dental extractions I’ve ever received from a dentist. And I’ve been to 3 other dental places. I would recommend Dr. Sinclair for extractions. I completely understand that you get what you pay for but as far as getting your permanent dentures it takes time. At first I waited and waited, long after the swelling of my gums. They told me that my partials were ready so I called and told them I would be in on a Friday to pick them up. Arrived that Friday only to find a note tapped to the door saying the office was closed. I had to take time off work just to pick up my partials. I’m sure I felt like the many other customers that arrived that day to find a note tapped to the door. This office is located over an hour away. Maybe they should look into a texting or automated call system that lets people know when they have appointments that day that the office will be closed to not drive over just to see a note saying the office was closed.

The staff was very nice. I was very nervous about having my teeth pulled but the dentist that did my surgery was very gentle and kind. If you need dentures this is the place to go. They also accept care credit.

I Hatte Alexander arrived at Affordable denture around 7:30 doors open at 7:45 . After signing in I was called to the back within an hour. When I was called back it was like red carpet everyone was so nice. I was there all day and everyone was nice to me from the time I came til I left. My dentures are beautiful very satisfying thank you Affordable Dentures:-)

This place is very busy for a reason! Dr. Sinclair and his staff are great! They are hard working Americans and it shows. I got to go back twice because they never stop until you are happy. One word AMAZING ! I have had very bad experience with a rude dentist so i was a nervous wreck ...but not for long. They are all the kindest most friendly people you could ever meet. They treated me like family. Best experience ever !
