I love this place! So happy to have found a hair stylist that isnt afraid of reds. Ive always had trouble getting what I want at a salon but Stephanie is a PHENOMENAL communicator and makes my hair goals an easy collaboration. She gives great professional advice and delivers an amazing end result. Not to mention the boutique is so so cute! Love it!!

I booked appointments at this spa the day of my wedding and for the most part it was a great experience. My hair and make-up was done by Kayla and it was perfect. My swedish massage was heaven...We were a bridal party of 8 and the ONLY good part of this day was our hair and the massages. When it came to nails and pedicures they were horrible. I had an american manicure and the only thing she did was paint the off white across the tip and NOTHING else, not top coat no other color nothing... the girls who had manicures actually had to ask for their nails to be cleaned up because there was polish on their fingers.Upon checking out, the lady at the desk charged people for services that were already paid for and when told they were paid for refused to even look it up to find the gift card that was in the computer (thanks to Kayla for finding and fixing this for us). The $40 polish change for my flower girl was dreadful as well.I tried to call and talk to the managers and have left three messages with a promise each time that someone would return my call. After a week of no response, I figured this (if it is ever read) would maybe save a bride and her bridal party from the same stress on their day.If you want a great pedicure and manicure, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE...If you want a great massage and a beautiful hair do, see Kayla and the massage girls.

Expensive and overrated. Went in for just a wash and style (due to a broken arm); my hair didnt feel clean when she was done and the style was sloppy. She was nice enough but all I needed was clean and presentable hair, and this failed to deliver. First pic is what my regular hairdresser did just 4 days ago; the other pic is from today.

Been goin to get waxed for over 2 years now, and they have been giving me the best results so far. Dont know what I would do without them!

Dont waste your money. Im fairly new to Tyler and i heard good things about this place so i was excited to try it out. I booked facial and mani&pedi. The facial was fairly good. No complaining there but that was only good part of my experience. After the facial, i was expected to get mani&pedi but there was a mix-up which i understand it could happen. Anyway, i waited about 15 mins until they find someone for me. But it was absolutely the worse mani&pedi experience i ever had. My cuticles are remained, the color i picked was old and it started to crack and create air pockets. I asked the girl to remove it and i didnt even bother to color the toes. On top of it, such unfriendly staff did not make the experience any better.
