Great staff for childcare while parents work out! The staff are COMPASSIONATE AND OUTSTANDING. The gym equipment is great. I love the Zumba with the Filipina woman who leads it. I can’t remember her name. My only suggestion is an indoor playground equipment INSIDE the YMCA for rainy days for kids to run around and play tag and climb (fit families is the goal after all). YOGA = Highly suggest their yoga here. Thanks, YMCA, for being on top of it!

Worst gym in town. Ya mca has really gone down hill.

Did the swim exercise class with Candy, it was awesome! Candy was very welcoming and the other participants were so friendly.😊👍

It looks amazing. More amazingly bigger than the Idaho Falls location. Wow. I wonder if I can use my membership at twin falls location as well as the Idaho Falls. That would be awesome.

I came to visit, and just wanted to get my swim on while i was in town (i’m a commercial diver). the front desk lady was super rude and looked at me like i didn’t belong. do not recommend for new comers, not friendly and welcoming at all !

The YMCA of Twin Falls is a big supporter of a family oriented gym. You can be sure to find Amazing workout equipment, Great classes, Wonderful child care services and many other programs. Not to mention how fantastic all the fitness instructors, youth staff and all other employees are.

Great weightlifting area with a Olympic platform, free weights and machines. This Y recently under went a management change and is starting to include community events! Randy is running the place great and Laura is so kind and accommodating at the front desk! Get a membership here!

Very disappointed with the YMCA. We have been members for months but have never once used it. I went in to cancel our membership and they charge us the very next day. This place is just about money. They had to physically go into the account to charge me in the middle of the month. This ruined our daughters birthday. No one would help us either.

Never go here ever. They think its ok to pile 10 yoga mats on children. And they hire teens to cause unnecessary drama with the people who working out and still blame their customers with the proof on the phone. They have 1 good employee out of everyone there, god bless her, Leslie is great. Only her though.

Just joined yesterday. I am disabled and joined to use the pool for exercise. I informed the staff this was why I joined with my family. Was not informed only time I can use pool is from 12 to 4. Week days. And thats if the lifeguard decides to keep it open. And hardly more on weekends. Getting my money back till this policy changes. Pool needs to be open if the front doors are open like it used to be. Until then will take my money elsewhere.

Its too much work trying to go to the gym when your under the age of 18. You first need to fill some pappers called the independence pass which is very complicated and really annoying, you also have to pay while all this is going on, then go to an 1 hr and 30 min class which isnt needed because what they teach you is common sense and the rules are very disagreeable

I spend an average of 2 to 3 hours a day here. And i enjoy all the employees and the people who go there.

Love the staff!! Enjoy using the equipment and my youngest loves the kids zone

The staff always gave me false information, and it was always dirty and the gym is not even big. I dont like the gym and it isnt worth the 5 nonths it took me to finnaly recive the letter to get inside the gym.

It’s really good gym, also they are so friendly, but the problem is bussiness hours it’s really bad.

I hate this gym, it took me 3 months to finnaly get this letter to notify me when i was accepted, and when i finnally got it, they made me refill the papper and resubmit even though all of the info wad correct

Monthly fee is a little high for the poor condition of the facilities. Equiptment is decent and atmosphere is good but the staff lacks in knowledge and desire to perform.

Its an average YMCA. Several of the treadmills either dont work or dont work correctly.

This school does not care about the kids. Doesnt warn parents if there has been a child abduction. Ignores a childs needs for an education. Locks children out of the school building during the winter time when temperatures are near freezing!

Have been a member for four years and YMCA offers everything you could possibly need for a healthy lifestyle
