I am the type of person that doesn’t complaint, I tipped her and left and I am seating down in my car as I write this review. The lady that is half white and half Vietnamese did my nails. She seemed to be in such a rush and her attitude was so blunt. Her work was so sloppy. My nails look bumpy and not smooth and the gel was just horrible. She wasn’t cleaning it with the acetone like other manicurist do. You can see the pictures. $38.00 + $6.00 Tip for a refill for this sloppy work was not worth it for me. Now I’ll have to go and pay somewhere else to fix them. I should have read the other reviews before coming to this place.

Great job on my 4th of July nails but also VERY expensive, cost was double the regular price for fill and color.

I get the dipped nail polish and I LOVE it! It last a long time and is easier to get off than gel. All the manicurists are great and the prices are reasonable.

The salon is great! Vicky is a great nail designer! But, it looks like they use the same towel from the same customer. 🤢

More like 2.5 stars. I come from Irvine, and when Im in a pinch for time, I to go to this place because its cheap. Service is typical compared to nail salons in the area.If you make an appointment, come earlier than your appointment, especially during the weekends because you will still need to wait. Example: my appointment was at 11:45 am and now its 12:10 and Im still waiting. Id still highly recommend an appointment on the weekend since it gets SUPER busy, and the wait would be much longer. Walk-ins are welcome, just based on your luck.Quality is pretty consistent. I never ask for a particular girl; after trying multiple girls, they all seem to be pretty decent and consistent. The only difference is some will take longer than others.

Lena is amazing and has always done amazing work on my nails! She’s so kind and detailed I’ve been coming here for years.

Staff was very polite and friendly. I would definitely visit again. The manager was really nice. Definitely the best nail shop I have been to.

Do not recommend this place my wife got a nail infection. and on the downside they always change their prices when theyre done doing your nails or toes they never give you the exact price that they tell you in the beginning.

My first experience was really good and I went back for a fill but it wasn’t the lady who did it before. I asked for a holographic fade nails but they charged me so much more than a regular full set. But like an hour after they nail polish was peeling off!!! So I went BACK again the week after asking if they can fix it. BUT the lady who gave me the fill fixed the polish, really badly. They had bubbles and it was bumpy the color wasn’t what it was supposed to me. And it just looks like they use the same towels from another customer. It was so gross and unsanitary. If you’re okay with same towels go for it.

I come every 2 weeks to get my fill.I go to Lena but all of the employees are very friendly and accommodating!!The salon is clean and there are a ton of regular and gel colors to choose from.

I cant say enough wonderful things about this place! The prices are a little more that the average nail shop, but completely affordable. I am always surprised by how clean this shop is- they use an autoclave to disinfect all implements!! If youre in tustin looking to have your nails done this is the place to go.

When I walked in I asked if I could pick a color and I was told rudely to sit, sit, sit. I then asked if I may pick a color. As soon as I picked the color, they told me sit sit sit. Then they clipped down into my toe with the clippers and I had to jerk my foot back quickly because it felt like I was cut. Never going back.

Worst place to go.....please dont go to this place. I was sooo unhappy. I asked for pedi.....they cleaned only my nails not my foot......did not even clean back of my foot......I will not even give one star. Stupid service......employees talk in the language you dont understand make fun and laugh at you. This was my first worst nail spa experience in USA....shame on you guys.

Awful customer service, awful pedicure, and they charge extra for certain polish! The manager hung up on me, yelled at me (she said she couldnt hear me so I began to talk louder, and she said I was yelling at her), all because her staff cant do a pedicure well. Specifically, they went very quickly removing callouses and didnt even get some places at all, and they didnt clean under the nails well. I asked her to match the polish I had, and she was way off, and then didnt change it when I politely mentioned it. We paid $71 plus tip (though not sure why we even tipped!) for two pedicures, and the products werent in original containers, so who knows if they were legit. Before the manager hung up on me, she also said she didnt believe me and wanted to see the callouses that werent removed! I will never go back and will tell everyone to avoid this place!

I went in a few weeks ago for a pedi and acrylic nails. Service then was decent. Acrylic nails were okay. Bases were bad.My review is more about todays service. I came in to get the acrylic nails removed. I also wanted a mani with clear polish. Lina just ripped off the acrylics. Then just half assd filing and buffing. Threw on the top coat and I was done. That was $19!! What! I couldve done all that myself.Needless to say, I will not be returning here.

They took my last minute appointment. Very nice and helpful. Clean!!

Ive actually caught one manicurist who was saying mean things about another customer in her language , a message to the staff, Google translate works in real time and its very uncomfortable to return to a place like this, so before you give your customers dirty looks for not tipping, please make sure the conversation in your language is appropriate, you never know who might be listening.
