I’ve been seeing Dr. Ruffing for years and wouldn’t trust my life in any other doctors hands. He listens when you speak and doesn’t “brush off” symptoms like some doctors. He’s also up to speed with the newest medical practices. I would recommend Dr. Ruffing and have to many people.

Excellent Dr, he actually listens to you and makes you feel welcome each time.

I had a great experience with Dr. Ruffing and his team earlier this year. He had a hilarious and dry sense of humor. This made the appointment much more enjoyable. He made me feel so comfortable. He sat next to me during the appointment and made me feel like he was really listening to what was wrong. His front desk ladies were so sweet as well. I definitely would recommend his practice.

I have seen Dr. Ruffing a couple times now. Service has gone downhill over the past couple years. I booked an appointment at the front desk to only be referred to another provider once in the office, when I could have been there on my day off instead. I will give him credit, he did order a lab in the meantime. I received the results online a couple days later, but no call from him or the nurse. Getting his nurse to return the calls is next to impossible. I even sent a message through the new electronic records and nothing! If you need something simple and no follow-up this is your place. Otherwise I highly recommend seeking out another doctor-which I will be doing.

I really like Dr. Ruffing. Any time i need something its easy to let him know and easy to get if fixed. He listens to all your concerns.

Dr Ruffing is an excellent doctor. He actually takes the time to really listen and care. Referrals are quick and he always checks back on you.

Was primary for yrs. last 21/2 yrs many hospitalization & surgeries he knows all. I called Dec 26 to see if I could make appointment. Was told he dropped me. No letter nothing. Quite disappointed with his receptionist & him. When a dr is needed he drops you?? Got it. Not cool.

He’s an excellent Dr. I’m never left waiting and he really listens.

Ive been with Dr. Ruffing for about 13 years.Hes always listened, and found what Ive asked.He is an amazing dr surrounded in a city by a bunch of moronic drs.I very highly recommend him! My husband, my dad , and many friends see him.
