I had foot injuryI saw him for a year for a foot injury that never healed. He did his best trying help it heal.

I had a blister on my left big toe and Dr. Applegate wanted to do an x-ray AND an MRI......for a blister!!! Needless to say I went to a different foot doctor and he took care of the blister in 10 minutes. By the way, the MRI was going to be $1400 so obviously Dr. Applegate will make some money off of that and thats why he wanted me to get it. Save your time and money and dont go to this guy.

I had a simple fracture (in my fibula) and he refused to heal by cast, or minimal surgery. Instead he placed mesh, 10 screws, and a rod! Less than a year later the screws started coming back out! I had to go in for another surgery to remove the hardware! The 2nd surgery I ended up with a keloid scar! And he didnt even take all the hardware out (5 years later its still giving me problems)! So disappointed!!! Please dont use this doctor!!!

Dr Applegate was very nice and efficient. The problem was with the staff when I called back with a medication issue. I left at least 3 messages in 2 days, voicemail and with receptionist and still have yet to receive a call back from a nurse!

My son wanted me to write a review. My son loved that his 1st option was not surgery and he wants to try and fix what is causing the problem.

Very efficient. Did what he could to help me avoid surgery.

My bunion surgery performed by Dr Applegrate had to corrected by another podiatrist in Oregon. The initial surgery did not correct the initial problem but complicated the corrective surgery.

Although I didn’t care for his bedside manner, his diagnosis & treatment plan thus far is working.
