Love this place. I’ve been a patient for 5 years now never had a problem. The ladies up front are sweet and treat you like family. Dr. Shahrzad explains everything has she is examining your eyes. Urban helped me pick out my glasses and sunglasses which I appreciated. Plus he help get the best deals with my insurance.

I called to see if they accepted my insurance. For starters, I was put on hold and then hung up on. So I called back and they asked who my insurance sends their information too basically so I stated I’d find out and call back. I call back literally less than a minute later because I wanted to know specifically what I needed to ask for and somehow the line is now forwarding calls to their automated recording. I could tell the lady taking calls was rude and not wanting to answer the phone the minute I told her I was hung up on and instead of apologizing or even saying why all she did was say “oh ok and how can I help you?” Like my time is no big deal. Super annoyed and looking somewhere else now. I only called this place because it was in the top 3 of 5 star reviews in my area and it does not deserve that. Maybe 2 or 3.

Have been a patient since Dr first began her practice in Tulare. I will continue my eye care at Infinity Vision Optometry. Due to Dr Shahrzad Shahriary’s thorough examinations, kind lay-term explanation of my concerns, and quality of my glasses for my visual needs, these 73 year old eyes will definitely only be evaluated at Infinity Vision Optometry.

Have been with Dr since she was at Wal-Mart a very long time ago. Great staff and great service. Recommended some amazing eye drops for my dry eyes to ease contact lens wearing. Highly recommend for everyone including kids.

The Dr. is really nice but the staff is very rude to children and they dont send reminders when you are do for a check up. Will not be going back there.

Be careful and ask for and about return policy .was ripped off .....i do not recommend and i will spread the news by word of mouth about my bad experiance
