Ive recently had an opportunity to transfer into the clinical side of things at work and had absolutely NO idea what size scrub pants I wore. Lisa was in that day and exceeded any expatiations I had on service! I didnt realize there were so many styles and fits of scrub pants and it was slightly overwhelming but Lisa was very knowledgeable on everything and very helpful in grabbing different pants for me. She was also very funny and lighthearted which made the whole experience fun and I was able to find a style that I liked and fit great! I will definitely be back!

This was my first visit to a Scrubs & Beyond store and it was a good one. I needed scrubs for a new nursing job in a hurry. They are in a good location and easy to find. Big, beautiful store. But Im a man, so they had a liimited supply of styles & colors in my small size. The salesperson was very helpful, so I was able to get some good scrubs to wear, very comfortable & stylish.Thanks for the good service!

I came into Scrubs and Beyond Thursday morning when they had just opened and Lisa immediately greeted me as I entered the store and asked what she could help me find. I am attending esthetician school next month and needed a specific style of scrubs and Lisa knew exactly what I was talking about. Lisa made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire visit and was EXTREMELY helpful when it came to finding the correct sizes. Lisas demeanor was very pleasant and made my visit enjoyable, thanks so much!

When one of the pants in my size where not in store, they helped me with placing a special order I can pick up.Overall terrific experience! Will come back again for future purchases!

This is the first time I went to buy scrubs for my new job. I was so confused with so many options to choose from.The associate Catherine helped me choose best pants. She even helped met to find scrubs which needs no ironing.it was helpful I get to try them on.It was great shopping experience

I stopped into the store for the first time to check out their selection. I was greeted and helped by Lisa who was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant with the different options that were available in pants. I intend on returning to the store to purchase more items and I hope to see her there. Great customer service all around.

GREAT EXPERIENCE. SHOUTOUT TO JULIE! She was amazing and greeted me at the door and helped me find the perfect sets of scrubs for me and helped me pick out a few pairs to try on and ultimately made my experience there very positive and quick and easy. They have a great selection with different colors and brands such as greys anatomy, Vince Camuto, Cherokee, etc. I ended up going with a few pairs of greys anatomy scrubs. It was awesome. They scrub tops are anywhere from 20 to 45+ Dollars as are the bottoms. I had a great experience. Thank you scrubs and beyond! I can’t wait to wear these at work!Oh make sure you bring your hospital badge so you can prove you’re a healthcare worker! :)

This store and its employees Julie and Zoee were amazing. I manage a small medical office that needed scrubs for the reopening after being closed do to Covid. They went above and beyond as they usually only go to and fit larger clinics or hospitals. They were professional, listened to all of our needs (as everyone wanted something different)and delivered it quickly and with a smile. I have never had to buy scrubs before and as a plus size girl i was pretty nervous. They were super helpful and even though they didnt have a lot to try on, they helped me order some and told me about a discount i would get for where i will work. Overall really great experience .

Exceptional Service. I was there on 4/3/19. The sales person quickly acknowledged me, provided quality service by listening to what I was looking for and offered suggestions that fit my style. The $350 dollars I spent was well worth it. 3 uniform sets, beautiful aqua stethoscope suggestions (definitely bought it) and extras. I am ready to strut my professional self on my first day at my new assignment. First uniform shop that actually had the sizes and choices I was looking for. Thank You. I entered this store a bit wary due to the negative reviews, but was beyond surprised. This store has an excellent selection of scrubs for all work types; from heavy to light fabric. I was greeted very quickly and offered a changing room, shown several varieites and colors of what I asked for. Cathie was an awesome sales woman, she was helpful and genuinely kind. I got two pairs of dreamy soft scrubs and had the best customer service in a long time. Ill be back for more scrubs!Thanks, Cathie!

I went in looking for a specific item. I have never stepped foot in this store before, and I never will go back. Im usually one for giving second chances, but this store does not care about customer service. I walked in with my husband and nobody greeted us. We were looking at the shoes and were probably trying several on for over 15 minutes. Not once did anyone say hello or ask if we were okay. Im not sure if this is a common thing here, but it was very discouraging. There were two sales associates and about 5 customers. None of the customers were being helped, and when one of them asked for assistance, the associate seemed less than pleased. Such a disappointment.

This was the worst shopping experience I have ever had.I went into the store and asked where the mens section is. I was brought over to two racks of scrubs that consisted of only three brands. In this entire store, less than 5% of their entire visible stock was for men or unisex. I asked where the Carhartt scrubs were since I didnt see any. The attendant stated that the brand I wanted wasnt carried any more. I told her this was not possible because I checked online before I came in. She stated that she didnt know what I was talking about and these were the only scrubs they had.This is not acceptable because the company I work for has a partnership with Scrubs and Beyond. Eventually the attendant begrudgingly was willing to check online, to which she found the exact scrubs I was talking about. However, even though she could find them, she was not capable of figuring out how to order them. I got on my phone and within 2 minutes I was able to place my order online. I then asked her how I was supposed to get the discount our companies had agreed upon and she said that I couldnt get it online....yet she couldnt provide them in store either.Long story short, I had to pay the overpriced amount for scrubs because of a poorly trained attendant and the terrible selection in store. I will not be buying from here again. And just so its been said, should I get an auto generated response to this review, I have no desire to waste any further time with this organization especially if the efforts are insincere.

I like this store! The saleslady helped me find my size in petite pants so I dont have to worry about the dreaded hemming. For a small store they have a great selection too!

Never coming back here. Walked in today at 1pm, the only employee there was on her head set at the front and talking to someone about her booboo and how her vampire bandaid is working. Throughout my visit, I was looking around the store, she continued to talk about the weather and about her personal life while another customer and I were clearly needing assistance looking for something. They didnt have much selection and nor did they have any sizes besides petites, extra small, and extra large. I spent 20 minutes in the store, and she was on her phone the whole time. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Will never been here and I probably wont ever need to go here but from the looks of it it looks like a nice store to get scrubs at LOL.
