I had my carpal tunnel release surgery here last month and wanted to commend the center and wonderful staff for a great experience. They are caring and nice people! The nurses, Bertha and Kathleen, took good care of me. They are very sweet and loving, I can feel that they love what theyre doing. My surgeon Dr. Beer is amazing! He did a great job and I am recovering beyond what I expected. Same with my anesthesiologist, Dr. Sherma (not too sure), I had the best sleep, though short, in years! I really felt taken care of and was so happy with my experience with them.

Today, my wife was denied surgery, because she refused to pay the full $3,000 upfront before her surgery. She tried to comprise and offer $1,000 upfront, but was still denied treatment. This surgery center is not only greedy, but unethical. Stay away!

I have to compliment Dr. Kelly Favres surgical team and the staff at Tucson Surgery Center. Every step of the way, from the check-in to pre-op and post-op, every one was attentive, caring, pleasant and friendly and highly professional. I felt comfortable and in good hands at all times.

The entire staff here is excellent. From the receptionist that greets you as you walk in, the admin that registers you, the prep nurse Dana is so sweet and professional. I wish I could remember everyone’s names because I’d like to give an individual shout out to each person. All the nurses, the anesthesiologist, the doctor, all wonderful people who genuinely care about making their patients comfortable. Best hospital experience I’ve ever had. And they even called me the next day to see how I’m feeling. Great place to have surgery.

My wife had a shoulder procedure yesterday. I can not comment on the surgeon and results because I dont know them yet, however, I can speak about the experience. My wife was very rushed. She did not feel comfortable at all and was quickly separated from loved ones and left alone, scared. After the procedure, I was contacted to pick her up. The nurse was short with very little information to me at all, I never heard from the surgeon and I received Zero instructions afterwards. During recovery, the story I am told from my wife is that upon regaining consciousness she was quickly ushered towards the door. In fact, I am told, she was dry heaving / trying to throw up and at the same time the nurse was dressing her, providing her clothes bag to throw up in and preparing her to leave. She didnt go to the bathroom ONCE at the facility. She was sick and disoriented when she entered my care. She also tells me that they invaded her privacy (Asked her to change her shirt in front of a male) on top of operational difficulties.Due to COVID-19 I was unable to communicate as I usually would and upon retrieving my wife I fully expected detailed instructions that I requested in the brief phone call with the nurse. I received 1 page instruction that included very basic 1 page instructions that overall were so basic that Google was much more informative for basic surgery care.Despite all of this, I feel fortunate that I am able to maintain the proper level of care required for her to recover... no help whatsoever from the surgery center though. She showed up early to her procedure at 1:30 PM and went in to pre-OP around 3 PM. I was explicitly instructed to be AT the facility waiting at 5 PM during my only phone conversation with the staff which was at 4:15 PM. Great recovery program (DRIPPING SARCASM).

Best staff ever!! I had two lumpectomys performed here and everyone was so friendly and compassionate. All of the nurses both times tended to my every need and answered all my questions. The girls at the front desk and billing were fun as well and really made this experience as perfect as it could be. Thank you all so much!!

Fantastic, swift, quality, affordable service. I was greeted, checked in, and prepped for surgery in a very short time. All of the staff and nurses were wonderful and worked so well together. My doctor and anesthesiologist explained everything to me and the whole experience went very smoothly. My total time from walking in the door to out the door was 1.75 hours. Remarkable! Good job to the entire team. Youll likely have a good experience here if you show up prepared, on time, pay your more than reasonable bill, have a good attitude, and are not drug seeking. Ive had about Eight procedures done here in my lifetime and my experience with all of them has been very good.

They are set up for your safety. They take your temp on entering and facemasks are required. Only the patient may enter. Felt safe and well cared for.

This is a clean place with nice staff, BUT their billing office is HORRIBLE. They do not allow you to make payments. Even though we paid what they had told us was the entire amount of over $1100 they ended up billing us for more they would not allow us to make a payment arrangement the lady kept telling me I must pay it in full. She did say that I could pay whatever I could and that way they when they send it to collections the amount would not be as much but there was no way of stopping it from going to collections.

I cannot begin to explain how fantastic my entire UCL repair experience was. Every single person with whom I interacted — Dr. Butler, Dr. Barrett, the utterly delightful phlebotomist/nurse who has been making people LOVE SURGERY PREP for 38 years (28?) — made me laugh AND radiated the calm confidence only born of years of fruitful teamwork aimed at giving people back their lives. This is my third surgery repairing various ligaments torn over 30 years of unintended stunt nonsense, and while the others were interesting and life affirming and thank God unbelievably, unexpectedly successful, this one was genuinely *fun*! (Im only 3 days out, so an addendum is likely forthcoming.) I LOVE THESE BAD ARSES!

This should actually be no stars at all. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. If you do, please be aware of their billing because they will rip you off and bill both your insurance and yourself. The staff was absolutely horrible. I did not receive any help or received any explanations on my surgery nor my billing. Stay away if you can. They will never have my business again.

I had a colonoscopy done here in December and nobody will answer the phone to let me pay my bill. I have the time in the summer to spam call, but every line expects you to leave a message. I dont want to wait around until it is convenient for a business to collect my money, they should be available when I call to pay my debt. The care/procedure itself was fine, but the administration has been awful.

Only place I’ve dealt with that won’t do payment plan. Not everyone has $1200 to fork out, but if someone has $400 to start, why can’t you help your patients? When you that money hungry and only worry about your bottom line and not your patients, says volumes about your admiration. So now I’ll have to be in pain still I come up with $1200... you all suck big time!

Worst care I have ever received in my life. I had surgery and was sent home with nothing for pain all because I use pain management. I have a letter stating I no longer had a pain doctor but all the nurses except one Anna, was protesting giving me anything for pain, even in my IV. I would never go to this center again in my life. Im reporting the center and the doctor to every place I can. Ridiculous, they made me walk to my car instead of a wheel chair because Im in pain management... Total discrimination.

Absurd way of doing business. They tell everyone they must be there at 6:00 a.m. and then you wait for hours. These Morons should be out of business!! Run as far away from this center.
