I was impressed by how friendly and efficient everyone was. The team immediately set me up with x-rays and used that information for my doctor’s visit. I also appreciated that everyone followed CDC guidelines for COVID safety.

The staff was very friendly and efficient. My discussion with Dr. Alicia was very informative, and he took all the time necessary. Explained everything in great detail, and assured that I had a full understanding of what my next steps would be. Would highly recommend.

It was refreshing to be seen by Dr. Norris. He was honest in his assessment and conservative in the treatment plan for my knee, and did not recommend surgery at this time for my right knee. He also is referring me to a specialist who handles botched jobs on knee replacements, which hopefully will help me with my left knee, after the Dr. at the VA screwed up my left knee. I have been in terrible pain from that surgery done at the VA, so I am looking forward to seeing the new Dr. and hopefully the new Dr. will be able to help me. Thank you Dr. Norris!

Dr. Norris is the first doctor after years of tendinitis and pain to actually recommend a plan and ease slowly away from the pain I have felt for years!! I really am so appreciative and happy with him.

Cant say enough about Tucson orthopedic institute in May I broke both my bones in my ankle which required quite a few pins and surgery the doctors there took great care of me. There are many very gifted surgeons at Tucson Orthopedics. Ive had three surgeries ( one 3 months ago. 2 several yrs ago ) by 2 of these amazing surgeons. I would highly recommended them to anyone that is in need of surgery.Unfortunately my last 2 calls to the after care NP of my surgeon ( on most recent surgery) were left unanswered. I found this quite disturbing as I was still waiting on a referral . She was very nice but obviously to busy to return a phone call.

Great doctor, very kind and professional. Staff nice to except for the fact that I was stuck in the lobby for about 10 minutes unable to get out. Myself and another lady ( she was there for 20 minutes!!!) Staff was to walks us to the exit door, as it was a different exit door for us to be able to leave, but they didnt, they do apologized for it thou. As with this COVID19 staff takes the necessary precautions. But there was no one in the Lobby area to lets us out!! Until they finally heard my screaming hahaha. Other than that its a very nice pleasant clean place, staff nice. Thank you.

I was extremely pleased with how efficient the TOI office was run. I was seen at exactly my appointment time, moments later received x-rays, and within a few minutes I was getting my exam with Dr. Norris. I was extremely impressed with how professional and knowledgeable he was. I have a lot of confidence in him.

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Suezie Kim, with her knowledge in answering all of my medical needs she has an excellent bedside manner.

I have been there for an ankle that I twisted quite badly and a severely arthritic knee. Treatment was great and both resolved to pre-injury. They don’t make you wait. Good medical office.

Everyone here is always kind and courteous. I met Dr Taduran for the first time and I was a little nervous, he explained everything first, he was gentle, and it was over before I knew it. My hip felt better almost instantaneously..its been 24 hrs and I feel so much better!

Ive been very pleased with Dr. Norris & his staff since I first became a patient earlier this year. Dr. Norris is quick to assess the situation & explain different options. I would recommend him to anybody. His Medical Assistant, Kim Gilbertson, is extremely good. Great experience all the way around.

I met with Dr Taduran I found him and all staff members who helped him to be very personable and customer service oriented. He is very knowledgeable in his field of expertise and very helpful. I have dealt with Tucson Orthopedic over many years and Ive always found all personnel there to be very customer service oriented and professional.

This review is based on the poor communication the front desk has. If you choose to come to this office, do not expect the front desk to answer the phone, or send paperwork required for you to get payed during the leave from work. Getting them to co-operate with your benefits representative will take several calls to ensure you get payed. Dr. Norris did a great job with my surgery but due to the lack of sense of urgency from the front office I will not be going back to this institute again. If you are a representative of this institute reading my review, skip getting in contact with me and go straight to the front desk employees and re-train them on the urgency they must have to contact their patients (who pay thousands) in order to keep their business running and ensure they have a job tomorrow. I saw at least 2 other people in the office come in aggravated at the front desk ppl for similar situations.

Dr. Bradley Norris is great. He listens to you, and he does his examination, makes his diagnosis, and makes his plan. His plan gives you choices. He will recommend a treatment plan for you. His treatment plan is tailored to your symptoms. He is an excellent Doctor. He is a 5 star Doctor ( He would get more stars, but 5 stars is the highest). I have complete confidence in him. I have had 16 major surgeries in my 70 years, so I have seen a few Doctors. Dr. Norris is the kind of Doctor that most patients want, but have a hard time finding. Kurt R. Lowman, O.D.

These days when you go to anything that is big, you can expect to be treated as a faceless, nameless cast of thousands,.ie Walmart. They may be good at what they do but Dont expect to be more than a number. My visit to TOI was a rare orchid in the bouquet of life. I got lost and was late but the receptionist didnt reprimand me. He was gracious and understanding, letting me know they understood and not to stress. I immediately relaxed. When I was called back everyone I encountered displayed the.same gracious hospitality. And this is a Drs office! Each person was incredibly professional and appeared to be genuinely pleased that I had chosen this office. The X-ray tech was informative and positive. Dr. Norris was wonderful. With his polite manners and confidence, I knew I had made the right choice. Honestly, I had great apprehension about having surgery during a pandemic. But I no longer am concerned. These folks are good and they make the patient feel good about the choice theyve made. I dont know why I was worried...it was such a relief. I KNOW Im in good hands!

This review is strictly on the communication skills and communication procedures they have. Not the quality of their surgeries or diagnosis’s.This place could improve by giving some attention and consideration on how to better their communication systems. The inability for a patient to be able to call and confirm an appointment time (or get any other information they may need from this hospital) can be rather frustrating. If anybody has ever been in a situation where timing is important and communication can’t be reached, this can be an unsettling and sometimes upsetting experience. I do hope they can better their communication experience for the patients they’ll continue to see.Thanks

Saw Dr. Kim. Would strongly recommend seeing someone else. She did not give me the impression that she cared at all about what was going on. She was in and out of the office within minutes and would hardly let me get a word in. *Update* She also did not provide adequate information to the department of labor for my workers comp claim. Despite condescendingly telling me this wasn’t her first worker’s comp case when I was trying to give her the information she needed to provide. Because of this I’m having issues getting coverage. Luckily I’ve found another doctor in Tucson who is very thorough and seems to genuinely enjoy interacting with patients. Look elsewhere if you can!!!**2nd Update** After going through the entire fire season with continued knee pain I received a second MRI recently and had a different doctor go over the report. The knee that Dr. Kim insisted was fine actually has two tears in the medial meniscus and requires surgery. I’ve been an athlete all my life and worked on a hotshot crew in wildland fire for 10 years now...I know my body. I insisted something wasn’t right with my knee during my initial visit with her. She claimed I wouldn’t have been able to be running the miles I had been or hiking as much at work if I indeed had a torn meniscus. She seemed to think she knew what I was capable of better than I did. Because I came off light duty and worked through the fire season, my worker’s compensation claim was closed. I am now stuck paying for this surgery and rehab with my own insurance. I feel that if Dr. Kim would have listened to me and been more thorough in the beginning, the issue would have been caught with my initial worker’s Comp claim.

Dr. Kim has a great disposition and will assess and listen to her patient’s needs without compromising care. Yubenice, Dr. Kim’s assistant, listens and goes out of her way to assists patient’s concerns and communicates them directly with the doctor. The staff at both the St. Mary’s location and the Physical Therapy location on Wyatt are consistently friendly, helpful, and professional.
