Seen at our appointment time exactly, no wait at all. The office is bright and clean. Our hygienist Ally was very friendly and patient with my 18 month old son - this was his first ever experience with a dentist. Dr. Baird is efficient and professional but friendly, too. She makes strong, age appropriate recommendations and explains everything simply. Theyre in network for Cigna.

We had a great experience here. Took my son here for his second ever dentist appointment. Was a little wary because his last dentist was excellent and I wasn’t sure that anyone could be as great as him, but I was pleasantly surprised. We were greeted by name when we walked in. It was very clean, everyone was wearing their masks properly, the front desk staff were extremely kind and helpful. The dentist and staff were great and very kind toward myself and my son and made the appointment as comfortable for us as possible. I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a new dentist for their kids of all ages, but especially so for the little ones.

We just moved to Tucson and I was in need of a good pediatric dental clinic for my two kids. I brought my children in for the first time today and was absolutely blown away by how friendly and enthusiastic the entire team was. My 5 year old son was a bit nervous about his check up, but they made it an absolute breeze and walked him through each step during his cleaning. I cannot recommend this team enough, and will be returning!Update: we came in for our second appointment this morning and our experience was just as wonderful as the first time. Much appreciation for this wonderful team!

We absolutely love Dr. Sophie and her Staff. She is always listening careful to our concerns. She is very honest, and her happy and kind ways make it easy for the kids to come here. Very friendly staff! My son (3 years old) was so scared to go to the dentist for the first time and they made him feel very comfortable. They took the time to talk with him, showed him tools and how they work so he wouldn’t freak out, and even gave him a goodie bag! I highly recommend them! Thank you for giving my son a good first experience at the dentist! :)

My daughter was seen by dr Sophie at this location two years ago she was two years old at the time she was put under general anesthesia to have her front teeth removed. But dr sophie did a root canal and placed a crown on a baby tooth and now 2 years later my daughter has to be put back to sleep and have that tooth removed my daughter has a hole in her heart and I am devastated she has to go through this whole ordeal again when you couldve just removed that tooth two years ago its a baby tooth!!!

I can’t remember that I ever enjoyed going to the dentist when I was a kid, as much as she does. We’ve been coming here for four years and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

They are out to make money here not properly care for your little ones got a second opinion and my son did not have to have root canal especially on baby teeth

Dr Sophie and her staff are great with kids! She truly is a pediatric dentist in the way that she provides the nurturing care so that your childs dentist experience is not a traumatic one. All the staff at Pima Pediatric Dentistry make sure that your child is comfortable and if theres anything they can do to go above and beyond they make sure they do it. Weve been coming here for years my son is 3 and we wont be changing dentist until we absolutely have to!

I absolutely love Dr. Sophie and her staff! My youngest child is not a “people person” and they made her feel so comfortable. She’s not afraid of going to the dentist at all and actually gets excited about it! I recommend Dr. Sophie to everyone I know who has kids, she’s awesome!

Dr. Sophie Baird is the best pediatric dentist in southern Arizona. Her knowledge in pediatric dentistry is second to none and her staff goes above and beyond to make sure we are all comfortable at our daughters appointments. She and her staff are thorough in their explanations and delivery of care. Scheduling is easy and the entire experience is pleasant and efficient. Whenever someone asks for a good pediatric dentist I always refer them to Dr. Sophie!

Such a fantastic staff! Not only did they help my children relax and become comfortable with their first visit to the dentist, they made it fun as well! Such a kid friendly environment, which is exactly what i was looking for for my children! Colorful dental chairs, stuffed animal pillows to lay on, character tooth brushes, toys, a treat bag..loved it there. Highly recommended this place.

Extremely rude staff poor customer service and comments that are unprofessional

Dr. Sophie is kind and was great with my daughter. However, I was quoted $4,000 worth of dental work on my 4 year old. I was told she’d need 1 root canal, 4 crowns, and 4 fillings. That seems outrageous for baby teeth. Getting a second opinion. :/

We ABSOLUTELY LOVE Dr. Sophie and her staff! The office is clean, staff is very patient and professional and most importantly everyone is caring and willing to work with the kids if theyre nervous or uncomfortable. Took my 1 1/2 year old son for his first dental visit and we had a great experience. Everyone was friendly, patient and caring. Cant wait to go back in 6 months!! Definitely recommend this office :)

My son had an appointment and when the day came he was sick. Let them know he was sick and they said that from now on they wouldn’t schedule an appointment for him. It had to be me calling everyday to see if there was space lol. Who has time to do that? Poor service!!

Dr. Sophie is amazing with all three of my kids. She works well with my nervous 5 year old, my crazy 1 year old and my 4 year old who has cerebral palsy and is very difficult to get to open his mouth. She is very patient and obviously loves kids and what she does. I highly recommend her.

I went there and dr sophie told me my son has few cavities she has put him in sleep and clean them and fill them with white filling but after she was dine with my son 4 big ugly crowns like black walls painted white on one side were in his mouth . so disappointed of trusting her and her team . me and my husband filing the lawsuit agaibs them . is a worth dr i ever seen .. Do not trust what they say dont ruin ur kids teeth . all they do is to get more money from u or ur insurance providers ..

Sophia is very nice . The kids arent afraid of her because she makes them laugh and takes their minds off of something that might make them nervous.
