Worst clinic ever! They never return call/messages, even about getting prescription refills. The doctor wont spend any time with you - if she shows up at all. There is no medical care going on, just perfunctory conversations with nurses then youre out the door.

I had four visits to Territory Neurology but never saw Dr. Wendt despite the fact that when I made my last appointment I did so on the condition that Dr. Wendt actually see me. They missed my eventual correct diagnosis from another Doctor - Neurological Lyme Disease - and when I had to see them again about continuing symptoms I got a dismissive theres nothing to do about that and some sense of in-credulousness as to whether or not I had the symptoms. Ive since been treated at the Mayo Clinic with a Dr. that spent 1.5 hours consulting with me, ordered the right tests, found the problem and Im recovering. Jason is a nice guy, but he didnt seem qualified to diagnose me in this particular case and there was an air of dismissiveness to the whole experience.

-FORCED INTO EMERGENCY SITUATIONS: Twice in the past year I had to call the after hours emergency number to get meds because the office staff didnt pass along messages that I was out of refills. The ONLY way I could get that information to the nurse was to to call their after hours emergency number. And, the after hours people refuse to connect patients with a nurse (forget about talking to a doctor!) if it is with regard to needing a prescription because they say that isnt and emergency. So both times I claimed I was having a seizure because that is what they had to hear to connect me to a nurse. My health was seriously jeopardized because of incompetent office staff and having to play games simply to get my medicine. Amazing.-UNETHICAL: If you want to be placed on $800/month anti-seizure meds (thats the price WITH insurance) and not be told in advance that they are expensive - this is your place! Youll be forced into being out of meds (going cold turkey off off seizure meds=VERY bad idea), or, pay $800 to get more. I have no doubt there were some hefty kickbacks for prescribing that med.-INCOMPETENCE: The assistant to the nurse I saw there (I never saw the doctor in the three years I was their patient, only a nurse) did not EVER pass along messages from me, even when the nurse TOLD me to call and let him know about this or that. I would do so, but not once, though I have left many, many messages over the years, did one of my messages get passed along - or so they tell me.-YOUR HEALTH WILL BE PUT AT RISK: Messages regarding depleted prescriptions are not passed along, so meds are not refilled, unless there are refills remaining. But if you are out of refills it is a major event to get more.-UNRESPONSIVE: If you want to call your doctors office for HOURS and no one picks up the phone or returns messages - this is the place.-LIERS: The staff referred to the person I always saw at the office as a Physicians Assistant, a couple years later I look into this individual and find out he is NOT a PA, hes a nurse.-WHAT DOCTOR??: I went here for three years and never once got to speak to the doctor I was under the care of, only a nurse.THEY DONT CARE ABOUT PATIENTS IN THE LEAST.

After 3 months an MRI and an EEG, the nurse practitioner still doesnt know what ails my husband. They werent even willing to try another medication to see if it could help with the awful tremors my husband suffers from. Instead, he says he has no idea what my husbands issue is and we need to order yet another type of EEG. In the meantime, money is flooding out to them. They charge for everything. A phone call discussing test results is $3, to fill out an iFMLA (improperly) is $25, and of course the usual fee for office copay. If you call over a weekend, you are told to go to the ER where the staff will be directed to give 3 x the amount of the drug that STILL is not working to control the neuro isse.
