Desert Milagros is an amazing program. It has helped me more that words can say. The therapists are all caring, knowledgeable and experienced in treating eating disorders, and is expanding their program to assist people with other disorders as well.

This place changed my life. This isnt another weightloss gimick or quick fix. If you take it seriously and do the work, internally and out, you will get the results. After struggling with obesity for all of my young adult life, I lost 120 lbs. using the tools I learned here. But I gained a lot more than I lost. It starts with changing your attitude. I couldnt recommend this place enough, I had tried everything. Now, Im living the life I always dreamed and knew I was capable of having.

This place deserves no stars! If you want your spouse to leave you then this place is for you. My husband started going here for treatment on his weight and while in treatment his counselor, Rami, pointed all the negativity on me. Like I was the cause of his childhood issues. Everything became my fault. He met women that disrespected our marriage. This place is one big JOKE! For all the focus to be as if I was the root of his disorder is just sickening! For a therapist Rami to insinuate for my husband not to work on our marriage and leave me is sickening. To encourage late night talks with random woman (because they are in his group) is disgusting! Rami, shame on you! I hope your husband doesnt do to you what you encouraged mine to do to me!! You should be ashamed of yourself because you are disgusting!

Desert Milagros was absolutely terrible! All the therapists except rami and Phil were unconsiderate and uncaring. They yelled at us and said we were ruining everyones recovery. They did NOT care about our feelings and recovery I came out worse than when I went in! The therapy was awful and barely helped it wasnt working on the core issues of Ed or other stuff it was a joke and miserable. The old nutritionist wanted me to gain all my unhealthy weight back and be very unhealthy. Thats coming from reality not my eating disorder I wouldve been very obsessed. The group therapy was a big JOKE. They didnt watch over us people where easily hiding food and doing eat disorder behaviors. So the only nice, caring, fun, awesomeness and supporting staff members there where Rami, Phile and Ashley!

It allows me to be authentic and figure out why i have an Eating Disorder (ED) :-)
