Ordered thru VA a portable concentrator for travel on a Monday. Supposed to have been delivered on a Thursday. Didnt happen. Then, they told me delivery would be Friday. Never happened. Thankfully, I found another provider for my oxygen needs.

Literally the worst company in the universe. They are the reason social workers have nightmares about their job I am sure. Literally called today to verify a walker was ready for pickup and took the 20 minute drive to do a favor for the patient, she failed to tell me they are closed from 12-1 for lunch on the phone when I said I would come get it now. One of the woman then proceed to open the door at (12:48) simply to tell me that they are closed till 1. Ummm its 98 degrees outside and the time it took you to open the door and tell me your hours would have been equal to just letting me grab the walker and be on my way. Zero customer service skills I swear and their follow up is GARBAGE. I cant wait till they lose Medicare contract.

If there was a zero for rating thats what I would put. If They did not have the medicare contract for DME I would go elsewhere. I feel bad for Medicare patients. I have sent orders to this company for DME products for my patients and 3 months later pts still have not gotten them. I have called ther multiple times and spoke with Nancy who is the worst and lies about them having orders and working on them. I am now resending the order for my patient for the 3rd time and now will be calling daily to find the status. This is the worst company to deal with.

Incompetent, unprofessional and indifferent. I have logged hours of my time to correct their mistakes from the very beginning. And now my first supply order is over a week late and they are blaming everyone internally sending me back and forth..They take no responsibility for their mistakes, have terrible customer service and wont do the right thing despite my insurance company calling them too! Save time and your sanity! Chose another vendor for your medical supplies.. and Farrah is the most incompetent of all

I have a hospital bed that needs replaced. For the last two or three weeks I have been expecting delivery. I called several times. First and Second Times, they could not find the paperwork or the bed. The third time, they asked if I still wanted the bed. I said yes, I still want the bed. They replied that they would try and find the bed and/or paperwork. The fourth time they said that they had to schedule a delivery. The fifth time they set up a delivery Monday, January 29th, 2019. They did not show up, so I called and they set up a delivery time for Thursday January 31st, 2019. When Icalled to check on where the delivery people were, they said that delivery was scheduled for Friday, February 1st, 2019 at 2:30PM. When I called at 1:00 PM they said that they could NOT deliver the bed until AFTER 8:00PM. After my wife and I complained, they have set a time for Saturday, February 2, 2019 for 11:00 AM. That is what has happened UP to now. THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS!
