My dear wife has had the incredible experience of Dr Kusman who in my opinion is the Van Gogh of facial artistry. His ability to visualize structure, facial symmetry and construct a treatment plan is nothing short of brilliantDr kusman is very gentle with virtually no pain with treatment. His calm and soothing voice is reassuring for even the most anxious patient. Dr Kusman always calls the pt in the evening to allay any concerns and verify the clients wellbeing.Also , as a physician myself I can vow that Dr Kusman is not a Go To Midas and get a Muffler practioner. The treatment plans are honest and clients are apprised of all fees prior. In my Wifes case no additional fluff treatments were considered.Dr Kusman is a kind and caring physician.

Literally the best place to get filler. The best results minimal pain (it seriously isn’t bad at all) and the doctor makes you feel so comfortable and even checks up on you afterwards. The office is beautiful and super boujee. And the prices aren’t ridiculous they’re pretty much the same everywhere else. I totally recommend I love my lips!!!! I will be coming back

I went to Facial Artistry for an IV drip after seeing their post on Instagram. I had never had an IV before but have heard a lot about the benefits so I wanted to give it a try. I wasnt sure what to expect but the friendly staff and the calming office space put me at ease right away. The nurse Amy was very kind and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. She set me up in a room they call the IV Haven which was quiet and relaxing. The whole process only took about 45 minutes and I left feeling great. In the following days I noticed a difference in my energy level and mental clarity. I will definitely be returning soon.

I have had a clarifying facial and a chemical peel facial done. My skin has never been better, I have had SO many facials done but my skin looks best when going to Facial Artistry!!! I absolutely love Dr. Kusman. He has done my lip injections, nasal reconstruction, Botox in forehead and frown lines. I am so happy with the results! He uses more than double strength Botox so it lasts a long time. I never really liked my nose and always wanted a rhinoplasty but didnt want to go through the recovery time needed. Went in for Botox and cheek filler (2 syringes of Voluma) and absolutely looooved the results I got from Dr. Kusman. It was definitely a noticable improvement, like I got a good makeover. Very very happy with the results!Ive gotten injections before and always left with bruises and red injection sites. But with Dr. Kusman there was absolutely no bruising or redness!Also his injection skills are amazing! When he did the botox, it felt like really quick teeny-tiny shallow pinches to the top of my skin but absolutely nothing painful. For the Voluma, the injection took a little bit longer than the Botox (which was expected) but again the way he makes the actual injection, you barely feel a thing. Also he uses a cannula for this one so there were only two poke instead of the four or five that Im used to.I currently live and work in Seattle but all my family is in Tucson. Ice already mentally decided that I will definitely be seeing Dr. Kusman whenever I am back in town visiting for touch-ups!
