Though the name states Womens Clinic, they do take care of men. My wife and I started seeing Cheryl about 7 months ago as our primary PCM in order to continue the hormone therapy treatments and primary care we had previously been getting from another provider in town. Cheryl takes her time with the patients and listens. Yes, this can cause a delay for the next patient, but you dont feel rushed in/out.She knows when a problem is beyond her scope and refers to top specialists in the area. Cheryl is always responsive to prescription and referral requests. Some of our prescriptions that we used to get locally from our previous provider, since they are compounded, Cheryl sends to alternate pharmacies and this has saved us a considerable amount of money. We feel her fees are very reasonable compared to other providers we have seen.Her staff is very friendly, but limited, which I will agree with previous comments that it can be hard to reach someone on the phone, but she is very responsive to emails.

Cheryl is very professional and caring!She’s genuinely vested in providing the BEST care to her patients. She takes the time needed to properly manage and actively listens to her patient’s health care concerns. She has a very busy practice because she is that good at being a great Provider!!Her Staff are great as well. They’re very conscientious about answering the Office Phone and returning calls promptly.

This place is a haven for women. They are compassionate, funny and fantastic. Maria is super nice. Cheryl is the most approachable person, in a medical field, I have experienced. They abide by their mission, compassion with big smiles. I recommend you invest in yourself and give this amazing ladies a chance, you wont regret it. I cant wait to be healthier and happier, thanks to investing in outstanding women and myself.

Ive never had a doctor that I liked or felt comfortable talking to about my health until I found Cheryl and her team at New Creation. She is extremely personable and kind and she has helped me to be healthier, her office has always been extremely helpful and kind. On top of all of that, this is a small business being run by a woman, for women.

Waiting an hour past your appointment time is unacceptable! All the while the staff is dancing around the office singing and discussing what they are having for lunch.After waiting over a week for an appointment, arriving the suggested 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time to fill out paperwork, then waiting more than an hour PAST your scheduled time is disrespectful and inconsiderate of my time.I scheduled time around work to make this NEEDED appointment. Saved money to pay for the appointment and lost money due to the inconsideration of my time.I can appreciate a physician who takes their time caring for a patients needs however, if you know your average time with a patient will take over two hours then adjust your freaking schedule accordingly!!!!! If I’m prescheduled for a certain time and date I expect to be accommodated at that time especially if I am paying YOU for a service.I used to love this place but now since Sharon is gone you can definitely see the change in it with the less than professional behavior in the office staff, the unapologetic attitude and the blatant disregard for my time.I will never go back. I will also remove my 3 daughters from that office. Thanks for wasting my time Cheryl!

Wow what an amazing place the nurse practitioner Cheryl spent so much time with me and helped me on a lot of the issues that I was having! I feel so listened to-I can tell that she really cares and Im so happy to have found this fantastic clinic..ive been to see other doctors and my issues are shrugged off or they will only deal with one issue at a time Cheryl was able to work with me on multiple items and really spent the time to help me figure out what was going on Im really excited to be coming to this practice and I highly recommend this clinic and she even does hormone replacement too!

Love this clinic, I have seen all providers but recently Cheryl Abraham. She goes above an beyond. I love that no matter what they are able to get me in pretty quick when Im not feeling well. I just love the atmosphere of the office and the staff.

After reading some of the reviews Im not the only one that was inconvenienced. Two trips and two appts later to be told they did not take my ins. The girl at the front desk has no business working there. I sure miss Sharon Campbell my NP for 8 yrs. Margaret Havelis was great also.

As a patient I have been seeing Cheryl. I think she great. She takes time with the patient. Most doctors are in to big of a hurry. She is very concerned about you. I think she is great. I think. The office makes you feel. Welcome. I have told my friends about her.🌈❤

Front desk person need a new job somewhere not working with the public, she is LAZYI heard good things about this clinic and stopped in to make an appt, she was dismissive, told me she could not tell me anything about insurance but did not offer anyone else in the clinic who could and then told me they are not taking new clientsTheir website says they are always taking new clients???? A friend made a new client appt 2 days agoAfter reading these reviews I see there are some problems here and will find another clinic to work with , very disappointing

I love the ladies here. I have been a patient here for a decade now and I have never felt rushed or ignored by any of the NPs (Sharon Campbell (who has since retired), Marguerite Havlis (moved out of state) and Cheryl Abraham - new owner) I have had the pleasure of seeing over the years. I have always felt that they listen to what Im telling them and address my concerns with compassion, knowledge, respect and open-mindedness - not everything has to be solved with a pill. I also like that I dont have to deal with men or children in the office & waiting room. When dealing with womens health issues it is a bit easier to explain whats happening to another woman. There have been some missteps with some of the staff, but that also seems to be getting addressed as it is brought to Cheryls attention.

Note that several of the other reviews were written by staff members. Cheryl Abraham was the Nurse Practitioner with whom I met. I had been ill for several days and as soon as I described my symptoms, she made an opinion without an examination. She then Googled my symptoms to confirm. She prescribed three different medications and directed me to proceed directly to the emergency room. My symptoms were quite dramatically misdiagnosed. Here it becomes relevant that this office cannot actually run any tests. They have zero facilities or qualifications to perform even the simplest fluid examination. Their only capabilities are giving you an opinion and prescribing (some) medications. In my case, this opinion cost me thousands of dollars and a lengthy trip to the emergency room. A few weeks later I recieved another bill for $150.00 for my office visit that had an already expired due date. Despite assurances I would not be charged an additional late fee, I was. It is amazing how extensively dehydration can be aggrandized. Just think twice about taking advice found at New Creation...

The front desk woman Leah is always so sweet , helpful . She and the rest of the staff always are always pleasant.

You guys really should hire someone to just answer the phone. Ive called several times to make an appointment after hearing good reviews. However, Ive call about 4 times, left 2 messages and still never received a call back. Now I have to go to another provider because I cant get through to you guys. Very frustrating!

I have been a patient of New Creation Womens Clinic for over 10 years. I loved Sharon Campbell NP as a provider, and was sad to see her retire last year. Though I was at first a little apprehensive about a new provider, I was very pleased to discover that Cheryl Abraham continues Sharon Campbells relational care - of truly listening you as a patient, in an atmosphere of mutual respect.I have had several procedures done over the years at NCWC including uterine biopsy, and UTI testing, and they have been quick to refer me to a specialist if needed, so must disagree with another reviewer that only opinions and prescriptions are provided here.If someone is looking for a large clinic with its own labs and testing facilities, then they are not looking for the type of personal care that a smaller clinic such as NCWC is able to provide.

On my first visit at this clinic I was having issues with what I can hear from the reception desk while I was sitting in the waiting room. I heard the receptionist reading my paperwork that I had filled out to the medical assistant. That kind of bothered me but I was the only one in the waiting room to hear it. My second visit I was sitting in the waiting room and again could hear everything the receptionist was saying. She was on the phone talking with the pharmacy to see if Laura P. Medication (Lexapro) was ready. Then she called Laura P. To tell her that her medication (Lexapro) was ready. Then the discussion changed to the medication that Laura P. Was taking now (Wellbutrin). I am not using Laura’s last name but the receptionist was using her last name. When I saw the NP Judy, I informed her about the HIPPA violations going on at the reception area and what I heard. I informed her this would be my last visit there and that I would look elsewhere for my health care needs. There is a sliding glass door over the reception area that has been open the two times I’ve been there. Even if they close those glass doors , the receptionist talks very loud and I’m sure you could hear her. I feel very badly that Laura P medical privacy was violated. I will be reporting this to the state.

My wife is frustrated by the lack of customer service. She cant just call in and speak to someone. She has to leave a message and then doesnt get a call back. Shes is waiting for a prescription and suffering because the office is non-responsive. The NP may be good but the business experience is lousy. She will be seeking a new primary care provider.

I love Sharon Campbell. Shes great!

Called to see if they took new patients. Was told unless you already take pellets, she wont see you. The woman on the phone was rude and wouldnt even discuss exactly what I was looking for. After this first call, I certainly wouldnt seek services at this clinic.
