If I could give this place a 0 I would! I had set up an appointment a few months ago (that’s the soonest they had) after being on the phone the person took my info and gave me an appointment time of 11. Today when I got to the appointment Theresa at the front desk was very rude stating I was marked as no show since my apt was at 10, she then asked if I received the notifications and call to confirm my appointments which I did not, she read out the number on file and it was to my job! Very unprofessional! Theresa then said she doubted they would still see me and walked away to ask the “Dr” came back and said she needed to send a message. She he proceeded to tell me I was wrong about the time and the time slots are preset, when I tried to explain the conversation I had when I scheduled my appointment she just kept saying “aha okay” “aha well I wasn’t there” I left and have left a voicemail to the manager because I did not want to cause a scene! See if they even call 🙄🙄

Arrived early for my early morning appointment. Over an hour later and still waiting to be seen. Someone must have slept through their alarm. Ive even asked the receptionist and she keeps lying saying they will call me back shortly. Horrible after care from surgery. NP Finley.

I worked there. I was on phones & moved to referrals within 1 month. They had 3 referral coordinators that all quit when current manager started. Set up for fail. Pits coworkers against each other. Does not care about your home life or if your child is sick.

Not an office for you if you mind waiting on hold when you call in. Never less than 15 minutes, average wait time is 30 minutes. Last visit with labs culminated in referral to new doctor for blood abnormality without any notification of lab results to me first!

Dr Nicoletti is awesome and her staff does the best they can with the large flow of patients they see. Highly recommended

Ive been a patient of Dr. Bessette for decades, along with my entire family. The waiting times are ridiculous, waiting at least 30 minutes to get back into a room, followed by another 10-30 minute wait in the exam room. Im never called with lab results, I have to get on my portal and look at them myself. Ill be going to a new office where my time will be respected and I wont have to chase down my own results.

Yeah I should have done a better job looking at these reviews instead of just looking at the provider reviews. They dont know how to bill insurance, make health record errors and are slow to respond to questions. Moving to another practice now.

Terrible experience. If you want red tape and no humanity by all means go here.

Visit with Primary was great. Office staff is HORRENDOUS! GO anywhere but CARONDELET! Docs may be great, but with an incompetent and total lack of customer service with office staff, you are left hanging out to dry! .

I was in a panic to get an issue resolved and the person on the other side of the phone, Kelly, was wonderful. She understood my dilemma and tried to make a resolution for me. She also sounded very caring. Thank you! And just to add. I have always loved my Dr, Bessette, been with him since I was a teenager.

Do not go here!! The staff is horrible! The office manager is very unprofessional. They do not know anything about running a medical facility or how help their patients. I waited 2 months to get in as a new patient when I asked how this appt would be charged the staff didnt know. I wanted to make sure my insurance would cover this appt so I needed to how the bill would be coded. They asked me rescheduled my appt and would not allow me to see the doctor! They were very condescending

A date with Beelzebub: Had misfortune of seeing a doctor here that was my PCP. First encounter with her, she was hostiletoward me regarding a previous visit with a Nurse Practitioner, whom she thought i slighted by not making a future appt with. I told her i saw the NP because she was unavailable at the time. This failed to appease her, and her manner became very disdainful and curt. i was also not impressed with her diagnostic prowess, and felt that i would rather endure countless water-boardings than suffer another visit with her and be subjected to her angry visageand sour disposition.

I will never go back to this office, coding department does not know how to code or the Dr I had does not know how to put a correct diagnosis on a claim. People be aware of your claims and the balances you are paying, question them!!!

I drove across town to pick up a prescription while the office was open. This prescription was ready and could not be called in. I left work early to pick it up. I was told they only give out prescriptions until 4:30pm., 1/2 hour before closing.I asked for their help in a professional manner. I was told to come back at 7:30am the next day.This customer service is discraceful.

I’ve now called 2x a day for 3 days and each time I’ve waited about 7 minutes without anyone answering before I finally gave up and hung up. If they can’t answer their phone what else are they doing wrong. Terrible impression already and I’ve never set foot in the place let alone even talked to anyone. Very disappointing.

I hate hate hate this fkn place! I brought my mom for her three month follow appointment,. The appt was for 10:40am and we’re taken in to the exam room an hour later. If the appointment is at 10:40, shouldn’t you be seen at 10:40??????? My elderly mother was saying that sometimes she has to wait up to two hours!!!! That’s insane!! Horrible place! I will be calling Medicare and the BBB! This is wrong! I’ll also be looking for another place to take her!

I had blood work done on the 8th of December to check my hormone levels. My Dr told me the test results would be in Monday or Tuesday. I called on Wednesday the 13th left a message no call. Called again on Friday a week later the 15th left a message and was told they had no access to my tests. I received a call this morning and the message was normal and negative. Im really confused because it makes no sense. Normal and negative? I have been having a lot of problems with the office staff and billing dept. Ive been going to Dr Bessette for 9 years now and Im not very happy with the bedside manner Im getting. I understand Drs get busy but the message I received is not acceptable. This is my health and that explanation is not appropriate or acceptable. Also when I make an appointment for 11 i usually dont get in to the back for about 4 or 5 hours. My husband and I are looking for a new Dr after the first of the year.

Great place! Love my doctor and the conveniences at this location.
