I have been a caregiver for a year with AdultCare Assistance and it has been the most rewarding job. The families I have met and helped are so sweet and loved having me around. I enjoy having the schedule I want/need and the office is always just a phone call away.

Lies, lies, lies and more lies. I was hoping for so much more after the in-home assessment. If you give them feedback they fire you as a client. They will respond using every buzz word in the caregiving field to justify their actions.

They may be great once you are involved with them, who knows? I didnt appreciate the lack of concern for my time.In my case, we talked back and forth about what I was looking for in a job, including scheduling. Its literally one of the questions they ask in pre-screening. They again verified this with me after pre-screening, then scheduled an interview for five days later based on these discussions.When the interview rolled around, I was told that they were only actually hiring PRN and as needed staff. So, basically no guarantee of actual work. They had days to let me know not to waste my time, but didnt bother.I guess its a good thing I found out about the lack of respect now instead of getting hired and finding out then.

Adultcare Assistance Homecare is the most positive organization I have ever worked for. The staff in Management are thoughtful in giving the caregivers opportunities to increase their education. They match their caregivers with clients that are perfect in personalities and the skill levels of the caregivers are perfect for the clients needs. These are just a few of the staff members that make working in home healthcare an extreme joy Jolee, Matt, Bree, Joan, Gabriel, Erin, Krystal and Im sure I missed many more that help make everything work so smoothly. As a care giver here is really nice to work for a company that loves not only their clients but also their employees! It’s a great company to work for and everyone in the office is very sweet and compassionate and Krystal, the Head Boss Lady, is very hands on and one of the best bosses I’ve ever had!

My wife works for Adultcare Assistance Homecare everytime she has interaction with the staff she will come home raving about how great the owners are to work for and how much she enjoys the interaction with the office staff. All I can say is her job and the people she works for make my wife very happy.

Terrible place to work for. Turnover rate is extremely high and they simply do not care about their employees or clients. Sean is the biggest embarrassment as he thinks he’s actually decent at sales meanwhile, leads naturally come to Phoenix and sun city and still would be without him. Hilarious.

I have used Adultcare Assistance Homecare for aprox. 4 years now first for my wife and then for me. They are easy to work with and any advice i have ever had was taken into account. They are all very professional and know their jobs very well. All the caregivers are extremely polite and helpful.. To me they are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
