Went in for a chakra healing session not knowing what to expect. What I received was far beyond what I paid for! The atmosphere was soothing and absolutely gorgeous. The practitioner was sweet and knowledgeable. She gave me advice that was easy to digest, and even sent me home with tools to help me continue forward. The actual session was unlike anything I had ever experienced, and helped me to feel a sense of complete peacefulness. I definitely recommend this business to anyone in search of true holistic healing. I have already booked my next session!

Had a Groupon, called to schedule but they never answered. I finally sent an email to schedule only for them to tell me the Groupons can only be used Mon-Fri (not even evening hours). That is not stated on their Groupon deal. Plus, they didnt tell me upfront, they waited until I specifically asked for a weekend to tell me I couldnt book.

I am so incredibly grateful I came across this soul aligned business. I have been there twice and will continue to go back on a regular basis. The massage I received was 10/10, but I gained so much more than just an incredible massage. Dela is so intentional with her clients. Long story short don’t waste your time. There are much nicer people you can pay to get this service from.Jim or Rhonda at DesignLines are amazing.But if you want the long story, here you go...I purchased a 60 minute massage through Groupon. I saw Inner Chi is an independent business, all the more reason to try it out.... Right?!I called to schedule (as per the instructions on Groupon) no answer, I left a voicemail.A couple days later, I called again. No answer, left a voicemail.The next week I received a return call.Let me tell you, I’ve never had a business (especially one providing a service) be so frustrated and rude over being called instead of emailed. So I asked her “should I just hang up and email you?” The way she was making such a big deal about wanting to be emailed, I legitimately thought she wanted me to email her instead. Well, that was the wrong question to ask apparently.Because she then tells me “you just need to go get a refund, I’m refusing service” all snotty.Naturally I was stunned “what?! Why?!” I exclaimed.To which I was condescendingly told;“Listen, energy is really important. If you come in here with bad energy, well that’s not good for either of us.”(What?! I’m calling to schedule a massage! I’m actually excited! Bad energy?! Where is this coming from?!)So, after haggling and explaining the miscommunication, I scheduled my massage.She told me to email or text if I need to change or cancel the appointment.A week before the massage I emailed asking to move my appointment (my babysitter cancelled).No response.So I traded in my voucher and went to DesignLines on Swan and Fort Lowell. Best choice I ever made. I’ll be going there regularly now.

Ive called several times and left messages. No one has ever contacted me. Message on their end doesnt say anything about not being open...

This was my first visit and was pleasantly surprised! I had not only the best massage ever, but the time we spent sharing and talking was healing as well. Dela is amazing and we connected immediately! Her insight and honesty was what I needed during the most difficult time of my life. I cant stress enough the importance of healing the WHOLE self, not just the body. Going to join for membership. Thats how fantastic my experience was....check this business out!!

A complete healing experience! The complimentary consultation made a big difference for me. I was able to talk about things that had been bothering me for a long time and that helped to relax me. Ive never had a massage that included so much, she does take her time though, so you should allow for extra time. I was a little late getting out but I will definitely return.
