I had received a gift card for spa services set to expire at the end of August. Due to COVID-19 the spa closed for 3 months and no services were offered. When I called the office on August 21st to make an appointment I was notified that there were no openings before the end of August and no exceptions would be made to honor the gift card. I even offered to pay for a full service with a slight discount as a good-will gesture. The manager refused to do anything and acted unprofessionally. I would not trust these people to perform serious procedures on faces if they can’t even treat potential customers with decency.

I have been patient of NP Burtman when I was diagnosed with pre-diabetes. There were various things wrong with my blood work, my cholesterol was out of control, and I had almost zero testosterone. I was 44 and exercised regularly but weighed 270. In less than 6 months, I lost 70 Lbs, changed my cholesterol ratio from 5/10 to 2/8, and increased my testosterone to 800. I did one round of pellets and then had to go on injectables because as I lost weight, my body started to function properly. I definitely had a metabolic syndrome. I had lived a moderate healthy American lifestyle; however after years of ingesting non-nutritionally dense food and plenty of processed foods, my body started to change in a way I could not correct without medical health. Ive been receiving medical treatment from Svetlana for around two years now for a variety of things like low testosterone, depression, and weight loss. At 48 years old I was diagnosed with ED. My doctor prescribed Viagra and that worked until about six months ago (Im 63 now). I heard about Renewed Medical on the radio and decided to give it a try. My first visit was on September 1st and consisted of a blood draw much more comprehensive than any I received through a traditional MD over the years. Renewed Medical Health is a fantastic team. They are always working hard to get to the bottom line to help patients with their health issues. Svetlana will not turn anyone done and get you in and have an appointment ASAP. I recommend this place because I promise you they will make you feel like if you were a teenager.

Very comprehensive. I am so encouraged by the fact that there are health care providers out there that look at their patients as a whole, not just a disease or condition. N.P. Svetlana Burtman is definitely one of these providers. The office staff is very friendly and appointments are very accommodating. Very happy that I have found this place.I came into the office, falling asleep, no energy, dragging my way through my work day. Svetlana and her staff in Green Valley are great! She spends time getting to know you. Other Drs told me I could expect to feel tired at my age. I feel better than I have in twenty years! I sleep well and my energy level is outstanding. So happy to have found her.

With everything going on, it is difficult to find a place that is taking new patients. Svetlana and her team are still chugging along to get everybody in and cared for with a smile. I came in as a new patient because I really needed to check my hormone levels and they were able to get me in on the next day and take me in as one of their many patients. I am so excited about having Svetlana as my primary care physician. She has given me a sorts of vitamins and supplements to help me keep my levels at a good range. At first I thought that the supplements were over priced but the medical assistant explained that these are higher grade and work better than over the counter supplements and vitamins. I would HIGHLY recommend!!!

I have been taking care of by this amazing Nurse Practitioner by a few years now .My health in The optimum condition and I have never felt better ,I even took my dad to see her.She is very detailed oriented and takes her time while explaining what is going on with the body as well as solutions to the problems available.They have innovative equipment used ..everything is up today. I have never felt rashed or just a number I feel important to her as she remembers my blood values when I see her for my appointment.she is knowledgeable and easy to talk to . Its all about choices and I am glad I chose Renewed Medical Health as they really equipped to take are of you!
