I’m not happy with the receptionist, I had an appointment and when I got there she said it was canceled and no body ever called me to cancel, so I rescheduled and the day of the appointment, AGAIN I WAS CANCELED and no body ever called me to cancel, she didn’t even apologize she just wanted to reschedule again..... How many times is this going to happen? Just do your job and call to cancel don’t be making people come all the way for nothing... 😖👎 It’s not like I live next to the clinic, I live all the way on the East side on pantano.

My appointment was at 4pm, though I was asked to be there 15 minutes early. I arrived early, as instructed. I waited 1 hr. just to get my blood pressure taken. Then was asked to go back to the lobby, then back to a room, the was asked to go back to lobby. Then back to a room. 2 hours later, the doctor came to have a 3 minute conversation with me and send me off to do lab work at a later date.... Absolutely ridiculous service. If I can help it, I will NOT be back. Horrible.

UPDATE 10/30/2021: Maria was very helpful, she went above and beyond to make sure that everything was scheduled accordingly, even the MRI with the radiologist....Also, after the review below, I was contacted by the Director to follow-up on what happen so that they can improve training, and prevent things like this happening again. I appreciated the attention given to this issue, and their willingness to do better for future patients and us......................................................................................................................10/27/2021: If I could, I give them zero stars, their customer service is horrible both in person and on the phone. They are incompetent when it cones to basic medical office administration. The doctor order an MRI, but for more that we contacted the office to get the order properly submitted to radiology they couldn’t do that, the most basic of their tasks. When it came time for our appointment, we get there only for them to tell us that they “left” a voicemail indicating reschedule needs, a week before the appointment, with no follow-up? Needless to say, no such voicemail exist, again failed to do the most basic part of their jobs.
