Do not trust a word out of any employees at the Grant office. I spoke with Cynthia last Monday, she said she would call the Tucson VA and request MRI be done there before my appt. Said she would call me back on Tuesday. It is Friday and she is insisting I talked with someone else after her but no notes were put in my record. Hipaa violation or employee lie? Also a Bri tried to take over the situation but didnt want the particulars. Medical care here is trying and the fact that Cynthia said she could see my VA records and the doctor who has 8 years of schooling says he cant, makes a person wonder if this clinic can be trusted at all.
