Tricia Caldwell is an excellent PCP! She is a through diagnostician, willing to look outside of the box to help the individual. I appreciate that she takes my multiple diagnoses into consideration before any treatment and listens to my concerns. Because I have multiple practitioners her willing collaboration and guidance is priceless!

Tricia is an outstanding Nurse Practitioner! She delivers great family care. For my 2nd annual check up I was greeted somewhat at the front desk. I get it was very early 7:30 am. But there no excuse for the M.A. that tended to me telling me i needed to reschedule because I was supposed to be there 15 minutes earlier. I told her it wasnt possible to reschedule due to me having this appointment 6 months earlier. She acted very unprofessional by saying well then your visit will be cut short with her because you have paperwork to fill out n sign. I told her the person who called did not tell me to arrive early or i could have done so. MY Paperwork was completed before she called me back to the room. And Tricia showed no concerns at all she took care of me with no worries! She takes her time and really has good patient care when it comes to visits! Being so early in the morning the MA couldve made things a little more easier just by understanding and not jumping and showing out so early! Patience!

I love the Trica and think she’s excellent but the nurse was extremely rude to me my entire visit. Not sure what her problem was but I left feeling horrible and frustrated. She was irritated with me trying to make my appointments because I could only come after work as I told her I just started a new job and I asked her to print out the 4 appointment times and she said she didn’t know how. I even said what should I do? I had to take a picture of her screen with my phone. She finally printed it and gave me a copy then my dates were wrong. I have never been treated so rudely at any doctors office by a nurse. Very upsetting

Tricia is always thorough and goes over lab results in detail. She answers questions well and has kept up with my health needs.

I have seen many doctors and they were always like yeah yea yea, but she actually took the time and sat with me and listened that was so important to me. she did not judge me for my condition and for my medical needs she just listened she is the best doctor Ive ever had and im 52 years old

My son just turned 19 and needed to find a new Provider because taking a 6’ tall man to see his Pediatrician just didn’t feel right anymore ;) We were referred to Tricia Caldwell by a friend and are so glad to have found her! She’s very patient, easy to talk to and he DREADS going to the Doctor, but seemed to immediately feel comfortable with her. She took over his prescriptions and even offered to handle genetic testing to see if his meds were the appropriate ones for him. I will be changing to her as my primary as well and highly recommending her to friends!

Trisha is WONDERFUL! She takes time to listen to you, she is kind and helpful and caring. These days it isnt easy to find a provider who really makes you feel like you arent being rushed or just a number and Tricia has never made me feel like that. So, I have struggled with multiple different issues for the past couple years only being 24 years old and have had no direction on what to do. Doctors always assume I have arthritis or some way have misdiagnosed me and never gave the time to dig deep on the issues I experience. Dr. Caldwell has gone above and beyond so far and listens to all of the concerns I have! Her and Alicia are just so sweet every time I go in to see them. Nothing but smiles and all ears.
