Dr. Mack is a terrific doctor. He is thorough, empathetic and knowledgeable. I also appreciate the office staff who make sure you are seen on a timely basis and all precautions are taken to prevent the spread of COVID 19.

Dr. Mack is an excellent doctor. I understand hes retiring soon and Im going to miss his outstanding care. I wish you all the best in the future.

I had phenomena and Dr Mack would not see me until I got a Covid test, which I did at an urgent care, which came back negative. The urgent care gave me antibiotics. A week later my phenomena got worse and again Mack would not see me until I got another Covid test, which I did at an urgent care, which came back negative. The urgent care gave me a different antibiotic. The 3rd week into my phenomena I still wanted to see my primary care Dr because I was getting worse, but he still would not see me. I ended up in the hospital due to Dr Macks patient neglect. If I could have seen a real doctor, in the beginning, I never would have been hospitalized.The Doctor oath is to do no harm, Jeffrey Mack did a great deal of harm to me by neglecting me in my biggest time of need.
