Dr Grund is an excellent doctor. I have full faith in her.

Dr. Grund goes out of her way to ensure that you receive the attention and care that you need. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

I have been going to Dr. Katie Grunds office for 4 years now since I first moved to Tucson . I have two children that have also been going to DR . Grunds office as well , but unfortunately to get in to see Dr. Grund is close to impossible unless you can schedule and appointment weeks out, with having kids , making plans two weeks out does not work, I understand there are N.P that can see the kids and am fine with doing that ,as these illnesses come up unplanned or expected to be able to see Dr, Grund. I honestly can say I have not had one plesent experience with any of the NP in Grunds office, my kids and my self are treated rudely, I feel like I am a complete bother to everyone in the office including the ladies at the front desk, which is confusing because Im sure these are their jobs to be doing ? I have had to wait for prescriptions for my children for over 32 hours after the visit because the nurse completely wrote the wrong dosage on the prescription for my son and the pharmacist couldnt fill it until she called back to correct the dosage, like I said 32 hours, I also have had important calls not returned for a good full day and a half, which has also caused me to go else where for care. I dont see smiles when I walk in the door or greeted when walking up to the desk to sign in,honestly everyone seems misrable . I am a hairstylist and in no way comparing my job to theirs except customers service, its so frustrating to be treated badly as a patient , my kids despise going to this office , we have spent much more money than we have needed to going to a minute clinic, were treated well and have a different person every time my kids ask to go there. I have now found another doctor for our family of 5 patients who Grund has now lost because of the staff at the office. I kept going back for 4 years and giving it a try , but its clear we needed to go somewhere where we are treated better. I really like Dr . Grund I have no complaints about her specifically, but because of all the treatment from unprofessional staff , I had to leave this review . Hopefully things change in her office , she doesnt deserve to loose her patients because of this! 5-19-2018

Dr. Grund is knowledgeable, easy to talk to and very helpful. Great doctor!
