She didn’t show up twice!

What i thought I was purchasing was a Groupon for a 2-pack for a facial with microdermabrasion. What I got was a big scab on my face. Not a facial, more like the microderm w/ a brightener, a moisturizing mask from an envelope & some more moisturizer? All of 30 mins. And my appt was rescheduled twice. I contacted Groupon & received a partial refund.

Great atmosphere, felt totally comfortable. Extremely happy with the results for a Brazilian and eyebrow shaping. Thank you so much for the good experience, i will definitely be returning, with my boyfriend! He wants one too now. ( Says Kat, my gf ) reviewed on my phone.

So my Brazilian wax was beyond amazing. But she also did my eye brows, and that my friends is when i had a problem. She told me she knew how to do eyes brows i kid you not when i say i wish i would have kept my eyebrows looking like they belong on a 12 year old boy, i really mean it. They looked 20 times better before she touched them. And thats what made my rating go down. She has a great personality and brazilian is affordable and she does a good job BUT DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT LET THIS WOMAN FO YOUR EYES BROWSAnd a side note she doesnt pick up her phone to save her life and the location is really weird

Im SUPER happy with the results I got on reducing the melasma on my face from the Glow Peel. Stephanie really knows what shes talking about. I recommend working with her.

I had a great experience here. I was seen on time and treated with kindness and respect me whole visit. The woman who waxed me helped to keep my 10 month old calm and entertained while I was laying on the waxing table and she also evened out my crooked brows from a previous was experience at European Wax Center. I will be coming back here, they have earned my business.

It takes having a bad experience to know what a good experience feels like. This has been by far the most comfortable eyelash extension service Ive ever had, thanks to Stephanie. I liked how she had the sticky pad under one eye at a time, rather than both. My eyes get a bit twitchy with both sticky pads under my eyes sometimes. Stephanie was really gentle at applying my lashes, and it was clear within the first 5 minutes of talking to her that she was way more knowledgeable than other beauticians Ive been with in the past.

My daughter and I have been looking for a nice place to get some well needed attention. So we looke online at a few places and read some reviews and decided to come check out wink and wax. We arrived with no appointment booked and glad we didn’t have one because this place looks ran down and dirty! No cars in there tiny parking lot and a homeless guy asking us for money!!! Not a place I want to bring my daughter for a relaxing visit!

I went to Stephanie today for lash extensions. I wanted something natural looking to make my eyes pop (and dont want to have to wear mascara as the weather gets warmer). Im thrilled with the results - wispy, natural looking lashes - and at a great price. Highly recommend!

A bunch of these reviews are fake.., don’t trust this place! There was no one in the parking lot and the front door was locked when we got there. Not to mention the price! We paid for a 50$ facial treatment (which had a 125$ value) and she pulls out a face mask that you could get at target. Not worth it!

I got my hair highlighted and she did an exceptional job, she was very friendly and got my hair done quickly and perfect...

Garbage. Screwed up my girlfriend and her daughters face before a wedding. Had to so somewhere else to get it fixed. They were pretty sure the lady was high or still drunk. Pupils like saucers and blabbing on about getting fd up last night at the clubAvoid.

Stephanie is very professional and made me feel comfortable right off the back when having to bare my natural face which was very dull, dry, and have hypopigmentation spots I didnt feel bad about having to strip my makeup down and with her recommendations of products I should use has helped my skin even after seeing her..Definetly recommend her work to anyone!! Ill definetly see her as often as I can 😍🤗

The service at these small salons is hideous.... But thats the whole southwest unfortunately. Groupon is a scam so what do you expect? You get what you pay for & you dont want to pay. Im surprised anyone still does vouchers.
