Long wait times in the lobby upon check in but, otherwise, everyone there was super nice. The person reviewing my prescription was really thorough in making sure my prescription was just right. The doctor was very nice, explained what he was looking for when examining my eyes.

Had special lenses implanted by the doctor in my eyes, he told my husband and I that if we got the PanOptix lenses I wouldn’t need to wear glasses, good news for me for I have the Ménière’s disease, glasses will make me very dizzy. But right after the surgery I knew that something was wrong, so we went online to check a little bit more about PanOpitx lens, we were told that a percentage of people are not candidate for this kind of lenses. It has been 3 months now, since my surgery was done, and I feel worse than I felt before surgery was done. He called me an unhappy woman, yes!!! Wouldn’t you be unhappy doctor? If I did that to you? Now they, the doctor and the office workers, refuse to listen to me, how bad my eyes are, we spend more than $5000.00 extra for these lenses, and the doctor forgets to tell me, there is a chance that these expensive lenses are not for you, and explain to us seniors, what could happen, no he didn’t. Do we have any rights? Or doctor’s can do whatever they want to, and get away with? If you are a patient of this doctor, you know that he doesn’t make time to talk with his patients, he and his nurse, are always mumbling, or whispering, it was like I wasn’t there, he had no sympathy for his patients, look at the reviews, are real bad, I didn’t choose him, my doctor gave me a referral to see him, I didn’t look at the reviews, big mistake!!! He never offered to give the money back, how sad!!! I could have disputed the charges with my credit card, but I didn’t want to put more burden on me, now I need to find a doctor we can trust, to remove this lenses, and replace, with a simple one, may God have mercy on us!! The doctor saw dollar signs, that’s all he sees!Very sad!!!!Five minutes with the patient, and then, next?

Horrible front office customer service experience. Didnt acknowledge my husband and I when we first walked in. Finally had to sign in we sat in the waiting room for over an hour without anyone telling us they are running behind. I finally went and asked what the holdup was and they said they were working on his insurance. I work for a medical office as well and usually authorizations and insurance are reviewed prior to scheduling. My husband was scheduled for cataract surgery and the tech said he was not having a procedure he was having a series of tests. That is not what the paperwork said that was sent to our home. I work took off early to bring my husband to this appt. Im also a manager at a medical facility and customer service at the fronr desk should be a priority for any office.

Love my doctor and his assistants. Front desk not so friendly but that is okay. Wait times are getting very really long, I can always anticipate waiting a min of 45 mins and never getting out before 2 hours. Going to try early morning appointments and see if it gets better.

Pretty good checking in; unfriendly when called back. Just did cataract surgery yesterday but at surgery follow-up here can’t take a lens out of a pair of glasses? Not only cannot/will not, but quite rude about it.

I had an 8:00 am appt. I had previously inputted my information online, so they would have all requested medical history, and personal information. I had already had quite a bit of problems with the office getting my email address correct, and my name spelling correct. It took 3 phone calls, and continual repetitions of each letter of my name. My name is very easy to spell. I waited 40 minutes and finally went to the desk and said I had to leave because I had a job and why was it taking so long. They said they were still inputting my information. Really? I pointed out that my appointment was at 8:00, not the time their office would e inputting in any information. Terrible office management. Will not be returning.
