Seriously one of the worst ran emergency room I have ever been too. The nurses talking too my daughter rudely and she is only 11 and this is supposed too be a childrens trauma center.. seems like the nurses here dont give a flying you know what about their patients . Theyre just there for the paycheck obviously And dont ask for directions cause when I asked the same question too 4 different nurses I got 4 different answers I mean the left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing in this establishment. I recommend going to the trauma 1 level center thats just a few more miles north. They are fantastic up there.

Funny all the banners in the waiting room say customer obsessed. Ya right. Don’t think the doc’s care, if they did they would check on the long wait to get in and treat the patients better.

Been sitting in a locked (covid) waiting room for over 7 hours with only 3 times being checked on. At 4am was told my room was being cleaned. Then at 5am was told housekeeper went home sick and another housekeeper was coming to clean room.3 hours has gone by and still sitting here and feeling worse than when I arrived as I have had no hydration in 7 hours. There is a camera I was told I could wave at to get someone attention from staff. I have been waving for 30 minutes and no one has come. This is ridiculous. I do not recommend this emergency dept. I should have gone to one of the stand alone locations with more personal attention.

The desk and appointment people are very unprofessional. I am having surgery on Monday, and this is now the Friday before my surgery. No one called me to tell me surgery times and prep for surgery. The intake person told me 3 weeks ago , that all surgery at banner south is not scheduled until the day of surgery. When l tried calling , the operator person repeatedly cut me off and told me that she had no idea one who called me from this main number, before l could tell her my physicians name and specialty. Bad idea whenThe patients have to get all pre operative information and time of surgery theirselves. What would have happened if l had not chased down all these people

I would put 0 stars if I could, my mother was in excruciating pain and waited in the waiting room for 7hrs, she complained of scalp pain and from 1-10 it was a 8 1/2. My mother also said there was someone waiting longer than her, and was in much worse pain. Trust me my mom would’ve gotten something over the counter. But there was nothing for what type of pain she was feeling. I do not recommend this hospital.

Brought my son in at 8pm. 6 hours later, still waiting on xray results. They do vitals checks every 2 hours...probably to see how stressed they can make you before deciding to take you back to see an actual provider. Not likely I will sleep before my other sons appointment this morning or before Ihave to go to work from 2-9. I see a sign reading RECOGNIZE A BANNER MEMBER TODAY. UUMMMMMM, not until I have a reason to and moving in on 7 hours does NOT qualify anyone to be recognized

The triage nurse in the emergency room uses no precautions. I saw him go from patient to patient without wiping down the vitals equipment. Ive seen the same behavior on the 4th floor. Wonder how covid spreads to patients who go in with non covid symptoms? This is how. The public respects your hard work, but this is unacceptable. You are partly responsible for spreading this virus.

If I could put negative stars I would. The staff at this hospital doesn’t care. This was through the emergency room mind you. They prescribed something that out insurance would not cover and when I called to ask them to change the prescription to something that our insurance would cover they were like that’s not our problem. I was told either pay the $211.00 for the prescription or make an appointment with a primary doctor to get them to change it. Way to go Banner Health we will go else where now on for service

The entire process at this hospital was disappointing to say the least. The intake desk is very unprofessional. I was told to be at the hospital at 9:30 am for an 11:30 am surgery. I was there early, but had to wait until 5 pm, yes, 5.5 hours later than the scheduled procedure. It is understandable that there can be delays, but throughout this period there was a total lack of communication about the status of my procedure and the intended process to proceed. The staff was also acting in a most unprofessional manner through actions, demeanor, and tone of voice. When I simply, and professionally, would ask about an update, the response provided was unacceptable. In addition, my spouse who was in the waiting area was told: “your husband is impatient and upset”. The entire stay will not allow us ever to use this facility for any reason period in the future.

I really like Banner University Medical Center and I would have given it five stars but the scheduling team dropped the ball when I was trying to schedule a procedure. I called three times trying to schedule my procedure with the telephone number provided by their clinic. After three times I emailed my physician who immediately had someone call me. Christy from Banner Medical University-South called and she turned out to be a superhero. She got me scheduled and gave her number in case I had any questions. Thank you Christy.Once I got scheduled I found the Endoscopy team at Banner Medical University -South to be professional and knowledgeable. I had a procedure on June 22, 2021 and the team was friendly and humorous, which made me feel at ease. The physician Kai Rou Tay, MD explained the procedure in detail. Angela Sierra, (RN), Gwynne Campbell, (Technician) and Eugene Verhovsky, MD. (Fellow) took care of me through the procedure and post-opt. I felt as if this team cared about me and my welfare; I felt safe and secure. Hey! scheduling team get it together and maybe Banner University Medical Center could get five stars.

My experience in the ER here in December 2020 was horrific and I’m left with nerve damage that has been attributed to the delayed and poor care that I received. I was in the worst pain of my life, I cried and begged for help for over 3 hours, trying to support an arm that was stuck above my head due to a severe dislocation. I was ready to lie on the dirty floor in the waiting area and told this to the rude people passing time behind their desks. One of them said “I wouldn’t do that” and went back to her reading or game playing. Unbelievable lack of compassion and no attempt to help me. When I was finally brought into an exam room, it was another hour before the doctor and resident made several attempts to get it into place. I required a huge dose of fentanyl to tolerate any movement. If they had accurately read the xrays, maybe they would have seen that it was a rare type of dislocation that needed a different approach.I’ve been an RN for over 35 years. Never have I observed such apathy. What an embarrassment to the medical world. On a better note, I ended up having surgery at this facility and I found the pre- and post-op care very good. However, if I ever need emergency care again, I will definitely go as far as necessary to avoid this place.

They are studying to be doctors. 2nd I was in the ER in severe pain with nausea and vomiting. Whatever they gave me didnt help one bit. I was still throwing up after the second dose of nausea medicine they gave me. The two doctors say nothing was wrong with me even though Im in severe pain throwing up bile. After 4ish hours I took out my IV and just left they were doing nothing for me ‼️ they refused to do any imaging because they felt like it wasnt necessary. I dont know how that could be when I was in the situation I was in. Another thing is they do not use HIPAA whatsoever. The RN’s quickly attended to his needs in their most efficient manner possible. Upon my arrival to the hospital, Elsa, RN demonstrated compassion and empathy, by taking time out of her busy schedule to escort me to see dad before his surgery. The surgeons took every step necessary to make us feel at ease. It was then when we knew dad was in good hands.Visiting the hospital can be stressful. Stressful for not only the patients, but for the staff as well. I’ll be forever grateful to Elsa, Sam and Briseida for their hard work and unconditional kind spirit. Thank you.

I saw three different people ignored by the triage who looked like they were about to pass out and one who was pregnant cramping and bleeding. I get that triage is to treat the more severe. Tucson, especially Banner, is a completely sub standard medical community. Im in physical crisis but there is no urgency on the part of Banner Internal Medicine. They promised a referral to a pain clinic 8 days ago. I spoke to the referral department on Monday to clarify I want to go to TMC Integrated Pain. Now its 4 days later. TMC has gotten no referral. TMC calls Banner and talks to a scheduler (because NOBODY is allowed to talk to the office or a triage nurse if you have an issue, only a scheduler who doesnt understand the issue) and TMC finds out that the referral is there at Banner but the doctor has not signed it.Thats interesting. Because I also spent Monday-Wednesday dealing with schedulers at Banner because my Rx for lidocaine patches was never sent through correctly. I ACTUALLY SPOKE TO THE DOCTOR TWICE YESTERDAY, miracle of miracles, to clear up the patch issue. (Which never happened, I never got the patch that they suggested I use, smh, because they couldnt work it out). He KNOWS that his office was sending this referral. He KNOWS that Im in arthritic crisis. And he still cant be bothered to simply sign the referral order. He made it clear that he does not like me because Im bold enough to be my own advocate. I should not call. They dont care. You cannot communicate with them. And there doesnt seem to be another choice. Welcome to Tucson. Where Banner is king and they dont care about the surfs. Ill be here suffering, waiting for the King to decide Im worthy of compassionate pain management.Maybe youll reply with a nice we want to help can we contact you? Sure. But you cant help. Your doctors, office staff and schedulers dont care even if the PR damage control person does.**EDIT** I never heard back from Banner. Within 3 weeks I was in the hospital for 5 days at TMC. If you need real help, real doctors, then go to TMC. They are the only REAL network in Tucson.

My fears were very soon alleviated once I saw the great care and thorough attention she received. Her physician was phenomenal. She checked on her several times and kept the family updated. Her nurse Loren RN was generally concerned about her well being and was extremely responsive to all family inquiries. I was very impressed with her and I am not impressed easily. One tech stands out in particular named Kelly. Very professional and yet able to communicate with a 20-year-old without making her feel uncomfortable. I have had Banner health care for almost ten years. Since moving to Tucson in 2015 I have had nothing but issues with the way things have been coded. I have spent way too much time on the phone on my days off trying to get it fixed and covered. Last year my kiddo had to have a tilt table test. It was supposed to be completely covered by my insurance with the exception of the copay. I deliberately picked the insurance with the high premiums to make sure stuff like this is covered. The test was not done in the hospital. In fact it was done in a doctors office at the north campus off of Allen. I receive a bill for just under $250 for the test claiming I owed a 20% co-insurance for an outpatient hospital test. After three hours going back and forth between Aetna and Banner and several days waiting they said it was how it was coded and then billed. I spent several months calling Aetna and Banner to get it re-coded appropriately. Instead of having it taking care of, I was sent to collections. I have had to pay fraudulent charges because of the way the office is coding and billing to my insurance. This isnt the first time either. If you are going to have a test make sure you investigate how it will be coded. That way you can choose to not have the test done there and have it done somewhere else where you will not be charged fraudulently and have to pay to keep your credit intact. I am reviewing this under the south campus as the billing originated in the cardiologists office there according to Aetna. It is so frustrating to pay $600 a month in premiums for good health insurance, do all the work to make sure it gets billed correctly and still get taken advantage of as a consumer and as a trusting patient. By the way, I work in healthcare. I understand that medical coding is important to the way Im billed. Banners coding practice, in this case and in other experiences I have had does not favor the patient/consumer. I have given Banner more than enough opportunities to fix the issue. I know how it supposed to be billed and this isnt OK. I was charged a co-insurance for a test that did NOT take place at the hospital. I personally have had similar tests conducted at the hospital and not been charged a co-insurance. Be aware and pay attention to your billing!!!

Banner Health discriminates against patients by not providing ANY type of pain medicine, for people truly in need, by uttering the words “primary caregiver”. If you dont have one, you just live with that pain. If you’re having trouble walking, no wheelchair, hurry up and follow, they act to busy to be concerned with issues like barely being able to walk. If you can’t sit, too bad, just stand there for 2 hours, they don’t at all seem concerned in that ER.

Waited an hour and a half in the waiting room with two others. I knew I made a mistake coming in after 20 minutes. They must have been getting a LOT of ambulances coming in cause I watched 10 patients walk out of the ER and not one was taken in from the waiting room. After waiting an hour and a half they took me back to a room and said theres your bed and left. I waited another half hour before seeing a nurse. Obviously, very understaffed or have a lot of lazy staff. I felt like they ignored half my complaints. I said I was often short on breath. Dr never examined me. After the nurse came and went I waited forever for an IV. The nurse was putting Zofran into my IV saying this is for your nausea. I never complained of nausea. Oops, turns outo they had the wrong patient. It was already in my IV a little. I start feeling worse after my IV is in but Im all alone and nobody tells me you can watch TV and nobody offers a drink or an extra blanket or tells me how to adjust the bed. The bed is uncomfortable so I shift position and when the nurse comes back in she yells at me for bending my elbow too much. Puts the blood pressure cuff and the oxygen pulse meter on me (they only decided to monitor that the last ten minutes I was there). She then put a pressure mechanism on the IV to speed it up. It goes fast. I had to move the thing to stop it after several large bubbles went into my vein. My chest starts to hurt a lot, my left arm hurts a lot. I feel pain in my lower lungs and the need to cough like crazy suddenly. At this point Im paging the nurse. No one is around. Very understaffed. While Im coughing and miserable they kick me out saying blood tests were normal.Five hours total with IV taking less than a half hour. I felt worse coming out than going in. If I could have I would have just gone straight to a lab for the blood tests and cut out the misery of dealing with the ER and a Dr that didnt do anything anyway. They always order the same blood tests in the ER anyway. I dont see why a Dr is necessary.

They told me it would be a long wait; however, not a wait that would last nearly 5 hours. Everyone left due to the wait time and many voiced going to another hospital. The registration personnel were extremely rude as well. They talked to you like you were not worth their time. I overheard them talking poorly about patients and even being relieved when certain ones left. This is the closest hospital to my home and Im more than happy to go to another one if that means I get better quality of service. I left after 4.5 hours and was seen by the military base immediately. Also, their infection control prevention is poor. For flu season, they didnt have signs for prevention for those that were coming through the doors. They didnt have hand sanitizer available either.

Not sure about the nurse Andrea but the rest of the staff and receptionist at the ER were very nice and professional. I didnt expect to give a good review but I was absolutely amazed by the staff. They deserve the 5 stars. Banner at Kino

If I could give you 0-Stars I would! This is without a doubt, the WORST Hospital I have ever been to!!!! And at 45 I have sadly been to a lot. The staff was RUDE!!! And the Doctor or should I say Resident was the worst type of doctor! He takes a Happy phone call in the middle of talking to me. Walks off and does God knows what for 3hrs! I could go on for a few pages about this Blond Curly Headed Nightmare of a Not yet a doctor! TO EVERYONE! STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOSPITAL!!!! Any other hospital is worth the drive to avoid the suffering and indignation!!!

Brought my mother to the emergency room late at night and there were 5 people waiting besides us. My mother was in great pain and could not sit down. There was a poor baby also crying and waiting with her mother to be seen. It took 30 minutes before one of us (the baby) were called to take their blood pressure and diagnosis. The receptionist was on her cell phone watching videos and the two nurses were also on their cell phone in the back room laughing. We could see them through the door window as they took their sweet time. People are hurting in the emergency room and these nurses did not seem to care for other people suffering. Go somewhere else but do not come to the South Banner campus.

I give Banner ER on Ajo 5 stars. I had been to 3 other ERs with the situation that I have going on and they are the only one that got me in a room and started treating me 15 minutes from the time I signed in. Plus they seemed like they were the only ER that cared and tried to cure my situation. They actually did something for me to help. I will highly recommend anyone to choose that ER over all others in Tucson

I had an appointment for minor in and out surgery, my appointment was at 9:45am but I was to get there at 7:45. For what I dont know. To check in I guess, had to wait a long time to get in. Was put back to wait from 8:30 to be taken to surgery at 10sum. I wasnt comfortable having dozens of people in the surgery room. I woke up from anaesthesia about 1pm to just be told that theyre going to get me ready for discharge without even seeing a doctor or give me any information. The next day my throat hurts from having a tube down my throat and a bruise on my chin. I wouldnt want to go back here for any procedures.

I have been to Banner Health ER twice and will never go back. Both times went in for kidney stone pain. After waiting for 12 hours they gave me pain meds and sent me home. They said kidney stone would pass which it did not and was referred to urologist who said the stone was so large it would never pass and should have been taken care of at ER. So after waiting 3 months and dealing with the stone I was back at ER again and the doctor on duty said he had to get me out of there because stone will pass. What a joke now have surgery set up for removal.

Taken quickly in and the young lady who helped me first..Im ashamed I forgot her name.... was just amazing. I was alone crying nervous and just really scared...she talked to me like a normal person didnt get irritated by me. She made me feel safe and Ill be OK. The whole staff was nice patient understanding helpful....the only name I remember was Jared. This ER experience was by far the best Ive seen in Calif and Arizona...thank you for everything.... the day off my visit was Sept 18, 2016 around 10am.

To anyone with a dietary restriction, do not go here. The staff will not listen to you about it, they will serve you food that you cannot eat, and when you tell them you cant eat it they will take it away and leave you hungry. Even if its made repeatedly clear to the staff they will completely ignore you.If this is how they approach something so simple, I pray for each and every patient there with a more complicated issue. In terms of actual care, its pitiful. Doctors are hardly available for more than minutes of the day, and the rest of the staff is always either busy, or simply dont care. When you talk to hospital management about these issues they will just ignore you and tell you Thank you for your concerns or We take every complaint seriously yet nothing ever will improve. To anyone responsible for this horrible system, I hope you end up in the care of somebody that treats you the same way you treat your patients.

This location is the best and one of the oldest. The staff are friendly and actually smile- everyone from EVS to the nurses look pleasant and are helpful. The gift shop is amazing in that it caters to the population this location serves. It has items in it that you would never imagine but that guests appreciate. The cafeteria is much smaller than the main campus (Banner UMC on Campbell near U of A) but it is okay because they make up with better food of an ethnic variety. You also have the choice of sitting outside in the patio enclosed by a beautiful mural of Tucson, AZ.

Terrible experience!!!! I’m never coming back or recommend this hospital!!July 24, 2019 around 6:00 pm I arrived to the Banner Hospital at 2800 W Ajo Way Tucson, AZ 85713 with severe abdominal pain. I explained that I had the pain for more than 2 weeks . They told me they have a long waiting list, but if something changed with my condition I would need to inform front desk. As I was waiting, a intoxicated male came in and he immediately got medical attention after he was triaged. He was clearly just drunk. Two hours later my pain became worse. I informed the front desk as instructed and asked how much longer the wait time would be. The receptionist did not know, adding two more people were before me.In this two hour time frame I was in tears and could hardly walk. I went to the front desk again and tried contact the receptionist. She was on the phone and ignored me until she hung up. I asked if she can take off my wrist bracelet. I needed medical attention because my pain is getting worse, she never inform the doctor that my condition changed. I told her to cut off my wrist bracelet so I could leave. I left to the Northwest ER by Vail where they triaged me immediately and I was diagnosed with gallbladder issues shortly after. Northwest staff transferred me to their main hospital via ambulance. Northwest medical staff soon determined I required surgery for gallbladder removal! I was lucky that I made it safely to Northwest ER location driving with the pain when I left Banner hospital. Also, the ER waiting room was filthy. To be honest, I’m Glad I left. You guys are providing the worse service I ever experienced. Two months ago when my gallbladder pain first began I was transported via ambulance to Banner South. Medical staff sent me home with omeprazol medication assuming that it was caused by stomach acid. I never got CT Scan or ultrasound (which immediately uncovered the source of my pain). I’m lucky I went to a professional hospital where I wasappropriately prioritized as a patient and received professional care and treatment.

Im in Tucson on vacation and was bothered by a very sore throat. The wait was a little shorter than the typical emergency room wait. I was diagnosed with strep throat relatively quickly and treated. I was even given the option of a one time shot over having to take pills. Overall, as pleasant as an emergency visit could be.

Over an hour later still no information. Only saw the doctor twice in over 5 and a half hours. Never got asked if we needed anything or how we were doing.

I get a call from some person asking to speak with me. Proceeds to hammer me with a thousand questions not once stating who she was or why she was calling. Then after she got what she wanted she tried hanging up on me and I said HEY, WELL WAIT A SECOND, who am I speaking to? Very bad attitude, very bad listening skills as I had to correct her multiple times after clearly explaining my situation. Very impatient; I tell her who my primary care dr. is for example, and literally the next second she is angrily asking me who my primary care doctor is. What the hell? What is wrong with this lady, is she on drugs, not trained or combination of the two? (By the way this lady called me about a referral my doctor gave me, and I was told I would be set up with an appointment; which I needed. I ended up so frustrated I told her to forget it. What is going on here, Banner, its not hard to be respectful and professional. Extremely distasteful behavior. I am not happy. I dont even write reviews for any reason; this is how displeased I am

My daughter came through the emergency room in April of 2017. She had a soccer injury. The emergency room staff was exceptional!! My dilemma is with billing. I was told by the emergency staff, I could come back through the emergency room to have the stitches remove and it would be a part of the original charge. I brought her back to have the stitches removed; assuming there would be no charge!! A month later I was charged for the visit. I have spoken to sooo many people in billing that have I have lost count. My health insurance has called twice and was told I was not being charged for the follow-up visit. However, almost a year later Im still getting billed. This is beyond ridiculous!! I wouldnt have gone 30 minutes out of my way on Easter Sunday to get charge for a visit. My daughter pediatrician is five minutes from my home and I could have gone there for a lot less.

I arrived at the ER this past Thursday night. The intake lady was amazing. There was some things going on and I had to wait to be seen. The intake nurse I originally spoke with was amazing as well. The whole purpose of my visit was to get a diagnosis for my team on what strain(s) of bacteria caused my abscesses. MY team comprises of medical staff and scientists, none of which live in Tucson. I had one that I popped and another one forming. When I was taken back, the nurse I ended up with was rude and had no personality. Not only that, she never took my vitals and relied on others to do her job. The doctor finally saw me after waiting several hours. I explained what was going on and expected tests to be ran. I needed a proper diagnosis not a treatment. She ordered and ultrasound to ensure this abscess wasnt going to my bone. After a few hours of waiting, it was finally completed. She stated, with no further testing, that I had a mrsa infection. She further advised me that the second abscess forming was simply swelling and would go away.... I am not happy with how she handled her job I contacted a friend in Phoenix and was able to meet up with him at the lab he works at so we could take proper swabs and find out what bacteria was attacking me. We found out that this doctor was completely incorrect AND there was more than one strain of bacteria inside the wounds. The first one is a Proteus bacteria and the second is in the ecoli family. I found the doctor more argumentative than helpful. Im beyond upset that I couldnt get simple tests ran and instead was told false information on my diagnosis. These people are going to Bill me. They are going to expect I pay for services done incorrectly or not at all. It is wrong. This is absolutely disgusting! I would not recommend this place to anyone and will never utilize them again. When I finally get my information pulled up online I will post again with whatever medical staff information I have. These people should not be working in their field. Her treatment for what I really have was incorrect as well.

Overdue review: Back in the early morning of June 5, 2014, I was bitten by a rattlesnake and was taken to Univ. Med. Ctr. South Campus. The ED staff was AMAZING. The RNs were caring and one could tell there was great teamwork amongst all. Poison control was brought in and I received timely treatment for my snakebite and for my pain and was able to return home and had a clear follow-up plan (blood work check the next day, 3rd day and 7th) to ensure everything was back to good. As it is a teaching hospital, I was asked for permission for the students to listen in a couple of times for discussion of treatments and symptoms, which I allowed happily. I am very happy and grateful for the care I received and have no medical issues as a result.

The injuries I sustained during this visit due to my fall Ive had ongoing issues till this day. The saddest part is I even spoke to risk management at the campus and she could care less about what happen her words were pretty much like oh well things like this happen all the time and oh well. I came into this hospital yesterday via ambulance because I physically could not sit up because of the amount of pelvic pain I was in. I should mention that Im 23 weeks pregnant and have a history of swollen kidneys. The pain was so bad I was throwing up. once I got to the hospital and brought in by ambulance the hospital staff directed the ambulance crew to the waiting room. I was never evaluated by a doctor. they placed my in a wheel chair and I advised them that sitting up caused me a lot of pain. that I needed to lay down. they said they would find me a bed. crying in pain they took me to triage and asked me a serious of questions. Informed them of the pain I was in tears rolling down my face I explained I needed to lay down that I was pregnant that I needed a doctor. the nurse proceeded to tell me that they had no beds available. threw the back of the triage their was a exam chair not being occupied. I know they lay flat and asked if I could lay their. the woman proceeded to tell me I could not lay their and will give me a blanket to lay down on the waiting room floor. so thats thats were she had me lay on their nasty dirty floor in the er waiting room. I laid their for about 20 min and security came up and said I couldnt lay close to the entrance and I needed to move crying in pain still I told them that the nurse said for me to lay their I couldnt sit up because of the pain. they proceeded to help me up and move me to another spot on the floor across from the check in desk. the floor was even dirtier their. as the pain started to progress and Im crouched in the beetle position from the pain and my eyes blurry because of the crying I started throwing up again all over my self and the floor. I can here a nurse arguing in front of me with a woman in regards to her husbands chest pain who is sitting in the ER waiting room as well. people are being called back but their clearly in no pain and are up walking fine. a man sitting in a chair calls for a nurse saying this woman needs help gesturing towards me. I am still throwing up. very weak still crouched in the beetle position. a nurse comes over about 15 min later throws a puke bucket at my head and says to me you have a bag behind your head to throw up in. I ask her for help and she walks away. all I can think is this hospital is gonna kill me or my unborn child. I used all my strength to grab my phone and call my husband for help. grabbed the bucket and proceeded to throw up in it. my husband and 2 kids show up about 40 minutes later. and ask him to take me to a different hospital. he picks me up and puts me in a wheel chair and the nurse says sir were getting her a bed right now. I had been on that floor for nearly 3 hours in pain. my husband says he is taking me to hospital thatll help me. this has been the worst experience iv ever had at a hospital. I came for help and was neglected.

What is that? Call one ?
