All of their physicians were very helpful, listened to what I had to say, my concerns. Always prompt. Staff was very friendly. I had to have daily visits to the infusion center on site and the doctors were very quick to respond to the needs of the patients in there as well.

You will need a thick skin to deal with these doctors staff. The majority are rude, and act like high schoolers around each other. If I cant stand paying for their poor service, I will find a new physician. The physician Ive seen is nice, intelligent, and does not stare into his computer the whole visit. There is also a problem with the office phone system where it automatically calls the answering service, instead of giving you the option after hours. The answering service employees are very frustrated about this and will hang up on you.

Staff can be a bit of a challenge at first but lightens up after a bit and are great to work with. Docs and PAs are terrific.

This is in reference to the infectious disease clinic staff. The exception would be the pharmacist who was pleasant and patient. The clinic staff were the most abrasive and rude medical professionals I have ever encountered. My husband was suffering terminal cancer with the accompanying treatments, surgery, and a subsequent infection which necessitated copious amounts of antibiotics, hence his visits to this practice. I would often accompany him, and being terrified at the situation myself, would begin to ask a question, which would rudely be shot down with a barking order to basically just shut up and wait until they felt like answering. And no, my questions were never interrupting a delicate procedure or anything of the kind. They were just shockingly insensitive people. My husband was a prominent member of the local culinary community and an active and revered culinary instructor until the day he died. Due to the disease, treatments, antibiotics et al his cognitive functions reduced for a time. At this clinic the staff would condescend to him and call him buddy as if he were mentally disabled. Later when he rebounded and his full functions returned he told me that never had he been treated as abruptly and abrasively as he had at that clinic. He has now been deceased for about 5 months and I feel I must posthumously honor him by expressing my frustrations at how a very sick man was made to feel uncomfortable and not treated compassionately, as one would expect at a medical practice.

In a word, UNPROFESSIONAL. They have new staff who it seems thrives on being rude and unhelpful. My 1st contact with the office manager Shawn (sp) seemed to resolve most issues however the exact same issues have popped up again and Shawn (sp) no longer had the empathy as before. I am tired of having to chase staff to get medications refilled properly. This place is going downhill quickly.
