Great surgeon, hopefully it lasts a lifetime. If you are having problems and need a surgery I would highly recommend him and his staff. I needed reconstructive surgery on my bulbar urethra. After previous failed procedures I was referred to Dr. Gretzer by my urologists. Friendly doctor with an emphasis on success.

Two qualities everyone looks for in a Urologist: knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Spends ample amounts of time, unlike too many doctors. The review that blasts his practice with one star based on an address discrepancy isn’t fair. The office sends out texts, calls and even postal service mail with explicit directions about address, parking and exact location.

If I could give him a high than 5 star rating I would. My level of satisfaction with Banner health and Dr. Gretzer`s staff has all been extremely positive. From on time appointments to compassionate understanding of patient sensitivity the whole experience is amazing.I highly recommend Dr. Gretzer to anyone who has an issue that falls in an area that is beyond the reach of the traditional urologist.

He is a wonderful doctor.. Very supportive. When I first moved to Arizona he had to perform two 14 hour surgeries with two years. He always made himself readily available. I felt safe with him

He was a very good surgeon, very knowledgeable about my particular health issue. He was also responsive, appeared to listen, direct, (not a great sense of humor, unfortunately ) but, gentle and professional. A great combination. I feel grateful to have had him as my surgeon.

Hello and thank you for allowing me to post my positive experience with this facility and Doctor Gretzer. I am a retired veteran and was injured several times in my life and suffered from numerous Urological problems. Dr Grezer and his nurse Felicia listened to all of my issues and performed several evaluations and procedural steps to help me live a more pleasant fulfilling life. Before and after surgery Dr Gretzer and his team ensured complete effort to make sure I was satisfied, comfortable, and cured. I know that many men have real hesitation in regards to urinary and sexual consultation and unfortunately dont get the help they need. I did, and I am forever grateful to this doctor and his professional staff. Thank you all!

Office staff and phone staff tell you different stories. Website address is incorrect. We called due to being in the wrong place and were told we would not be seen if we were 15 minutes late. We were 10 minutes late due to the incorrect website address. When we checked in they refused to see us due to being 10 minutes late. When we saw the Dr. for the first appointment we waited in the exam room for 45 minutes. The service is absolutely horrible. You can never interfere with the Dr.s time but they do not treat the patients as if their time is valuable, absolutely appalling. I would lose my job if I treated customers in this manner.

Dr. Gretzer has been my doctor for about two years. He explains things in an easy to understand manner and has time to answer any questions I might have. i trust him completely and would recommend him highly.

Dr Gretzer is an AMAZING Physician. My urethra was severely damaged which only a specialist could even attempt to repair. Thankfully Doctor Gretzer was recommended as the urinary tract Physician of lost causes. After multiple tests & a thorough exam a surgery was quickly scheduled & accomplished. Very soon, after having multiple catathers for over a year, I finally was able to relieve myself normally. One final operation is scheduled & thank God I will be be back to normal as I was several years ago. Doctor Gretzer is a miracle worker! There are not enough superlatives to describe his expertise. His staff is great & I have never waited for an appointment, often been seen earlier than the scheduled appointment. He actually listens to his patients & takes his time explaining your condition, treatments available & what he recommends. Thank you Doctor Gretzer!

Had a penioe implant in Feb 2015. Dr Matthew Gretzer did an amazing job that assured me of his complicency . His patience with me throughout the process was off the chart! Even when I had doubt about swelling he & his assistant came in to ER to assure me!!! That was something I never expected! His caring for his patients is above all other doctors I have Ever had! Wish I could rate him a 20! So, 5x what is allowed here! Kiddos to Dr .Gretzer .I have had absolutely no problems! Thank you, sir!
