Dr Patel is very professional and listens. I highly recommend Dr Patel. I have several friends that use Dr Patel and they are pleased as well.

My husband and I had our first appointment with Dr. Nisha Patel and we were so impressed!! We’ve had a difficult time finding a PCP we like but Dr. Patel went above and beyond. She was very thorough and personable. The rest of the staff was great and my visit and labs were completed in a timely manner—hardly had to wait. We’re excited to continue our care here.

Dr. Patel is great. Very thorough, listens to patients and answers questions. Front desk were nice. Fast efficient with check in. Dr.Patel’s assistant also professional and courteous, however, I was suppose to get a call back 24 hours after my lab results, did not get a call. I understand things get busy,. I called left a message to please call. Still have not received a call and because its Friday, their phones do not have an option to leave a message. Also the labs are not posted in my portal. Why I gave 4 stars. It is aggravating. And need results before weekend.

Some of the worst service. The front desk staff are rude, slow, and lazy. They are incompetent, and will speak about you when you leave (privacy violation?). Do not go here if you want to wait hours to be seen, even with an appointment. Do not recommend.

I felt like I needed to post a review on Dr. Suriano after reading the 1 star review on her. Dr. Suriano is my prime care physician, and I have never had a problem with her. I find her to always be upbeat, attentive, and takes the time to listen. She is a very caring person and I was astounded to read the review on her because I feel like she takes the time to really listen, something some doctors dont do. I couldnt be happier to have her as my doctor.

Dr. Patel and her peeps are awesome - but the front office staff is WHACK. Very rude! :( even to people who are nice!

Dr Suriano is the worst and this practice doesn’t know how to take complaints and make them right. The “manager” I spoke to was the most uneducated, numbskull I have ever encountered. Both of these “professionals” don’t deserve that title. If you want quality care go elsewhere. A big fat thumbs down.

Dr. I saw was great. Seen him way back for an estimate on a procedure. Staff on the other hand need work, not saying all, but they need to get with it. Was recieving emails on a procedure, I was gonna have done in a few days. A procedure I was never seen or schedule for. Called the office and informed them know about it. Good thing patient info. and name werent sent out as well.

They dont take Medicaid. Phone staff was short and rude with me about it. I know this insurance doesnt pay well and most places dont accept it but Im a human just trying to find good health care. Be respectful.

One of the doctors here is my Primary Care Physician, and another is my wifes. Both are extremely knowledgeable and pay attention to their patients. -- The facility itself is large with a comfortable waiting room, and offers routine testing there so you dont have a separate trip to a lab. The best Ive found in the Tucson metro area, and weve been here over 12 years.

I love Doctor Ruben. She takes time to listen to her patients, and truly cares about their well being. Most doctors rush, she is not like that. She makes you feel important. All other staff are professional, prompt, and knowledgeable.

So many different doctors in this group it’s a shame the bad reviews get lumped into the good. That said Dr Algazi is awesome. If you can get in with her it’s worth the wait.

Dr. Suriano and her medical staff are top notch. Clerical staff sucks. Twice this month I was told I didnt have an appointment when I did. The first time, it took an entire day for them to figure out it was the staff who-first scheduled me with the WRONG doctor, then they cancelled it. Staff is rude and incompetent. If you make an appointment get written confirmation otherwise, they will blame you when they fail to record it.

This doctors office has you set up an appointment just so that they can check you in 15 minutes later and then have you wait another hour just to see the doctor again. On top of this they ask to see you on a follow up for something that could be done over the phone. Its just their way to get more money out of your insurance company. Dont recommend this place at all.

One of the most unpleasant experiences of my long life occurred in the office of James Major, M.D. at Camp Lowell Medical several months ago, and that lifespan encapsulates 3.5 years of active military duty as well. Dr. Major had done a great job of looking after me for over 10 years; I was one of his first patients when he relocated to Tucson years ago. He is a physician that cares a lot about his patients....I had seen him through years of turmoil at Northwest Allied Physicians prior to his transfer to ACP and tried to do so constructively. I could go into detail on that lengthy episode but it isnt germane to the instant event. I had always characterized our relationship and professional and close. I encouraged my wife to consult with him, as well. When he moved to ACP Camp Lowell I turned up as one of his first patients despite a much longer drive from our home....he told me that patients deserted him because of the geography of his new office. So I continued to recommend him to others. At this appointment in August, 2017, he advised me that he was terminating me as a patient and would follow that decision up with a letter. He did send a confirmation letter subsequently. In our face to face session, he stated that 1) he was terminating me because I no longer trusted him 2) he would continue the coverage of the 15 or so prescriptions I relied upon heretofore for 6 months hereafter 3) that effective at once prescriptions for a hormone that I had used for 20+ years would be discontinued by him as it was bad for my heart 4) that effective at once prescriptions for a medicine used to treat ADHD (inattentive subtype) that I had taken for 15+ years would be discontinued by him as it was bad for my heart. In addition to immediately withdrawing two critical medications from me, Dr. James Major did NOT follow through on his commitment (verbal) to support my many prescriptions for 6 months....I learned that the hard way.At this point in our session Dr. Major came across to me as somewhat petulant and vindictive-not sure why. Assuredly, his gain from terminating me was far less than my loss in losing him as my primary care physician, I would surmise.Physicians surely have the authority to pick and choose their patients and I am in agreement with that. I suppose they have the singular opportunity to function as judge and jury in that regard, although I dont know that.Upon leaving I had some cordial words to Dr. Major and to Shirley, Dr. Majors Medical Assistant, of whom he said to me many times Shirley and I are joined at the hip.A very ugly development in my life and, in my view, undeserved & unjustified. Large downside for the patient. Not sure about the upside for Dr. Major in exercising this prerogative

Beware - poor appointment scheduling and cancellation procedures. Talked to receptionists three (3) times to cancel an appointment well ahead of time. That never seemed to get recorded. Received a letter indicating failure to keep the appointment. No office accountability; its all the clients fault.
