Nice staff, they always keep you informed about whats going on, and they do their best to make you comfortable! I hate dealing with dentist, but this place has been great!

Dr. Wheeler and his staff are beyond incredible in every way. I cant say enough about how positive my and my wifes experience there has been. If your looking for an honest dentist that will makes sure you end up with the smile you always wanted and make you feel good about the entire process this is the place! I dont usually write reviews but because of our experience here compared to other dentists in town I wanted to let everyone know what a great group of professional and caring people work here.

The staff at Artistic Dentistry are amazing! Karen has been especially kind with each visit. They worked hard to be sure my insurance was accurate and up-to-date. We so appreciate their kindness, care and attention to detail!

I had put off going to the dentist because of anxiety, but they made me feel so comfortable! They even pulled my teeth that had been bothering me for years the same day! The procedure was FAST (less than 5 minutes to pull 2 erupted broken wisdom teeth) and painless. My recovery has been a breeze! Dr. Wheeler is amazing!

I just started with Artistic Dentistry this summer and have been satisfied. I just want to comment on two of the negative reviews. My wife also went to Dr Wheeler for many years. When he retired and she continued with Dr. Martin, she found she needed major work. Dr Wheeler had left major problems in her mouth that he hadnt addressed as they got worse over the years. (I was shocked at the x-rays.) They were very expensive to fix but now my wife doesnt have tooth problems anymore. She is very pleased about it. Based on her present care, I have switched to Artistic Dentistry.

Had regular appointment with hygienist today as did my wife. As always we got the royal treatment and excellent service. It’s a bit of a drive for us but well worth it. Since Dr. Wheeler retired there have been a couple of new dentists come on board. I’ve only seen Dr. Martin and he did a filling for me in a very difficult spot. Thankfully it worked and and eliminated the need for more drastic measures.The staff is always friendly and courteous and really appreciate our business.

Dr. Wheeler is a awesome dentist. All employees are fantastic! I have had various dentists tell me this or that could not be done however, Dr. Wheeler has proven them wrong! I feel so blessed to be their patient.

Donelle does a great job helping me take care of my teeth. Every time I get I check up they have improved. They are the best theyve been in 10 years.

This is by far the best experience I have had with any dental office. From the receptionists, to the dental hygienists, to the doctors... all were extremely professional, very knowledgeable, and totally committed to providing me with as pleasant and pain-free experience as possible.

This practice leaves very much to be desired. I had been a patient of Dr. Wheelers for over 10 years. During my last visit, I was handed a treatment plan the estimated cost for which was between $7,500 to $8,000. I told the receptionist that I wanted to review the plan before signing it. Two days later, Artistic Dentistry sent me a letter advising that my services were being terminated because I failed to agree to the terms of the very costly treatment plan. I asked for my records. I never received them. Medical records are the property of the patient.There were unprofessional practices even before then. Upon arrival you are seated in a room. Shortly afterward a staff member assesses your needs. Then you wait. And wait. And wait. On at least two occasions, my appointment was at 3:00 and I didnt get done until 6:00. Double-booking? Neither of these appointments involved oral surgery just fixing crowns. Before Dr. Wheeler retired, the receptionists maintained a measure of professional decorum. In my most recent experience that seems no longer the case . I rated the practice with a score of 1. Artistic Dentistry deserves far less than that. Perhaps you should consider another dental practice. There seems to be one on every block.

I have had extensive work done at various times since 1982 and the staff at Artistic Dentistry are very professional,compassionate and put their patients at ease.The staff are eager to have you leave with a good experience.

Now that Dr Wheeler is leaving this place has gone down hill quickly.They gave my appointment away after I couldnt answer my cell phone at work to confirm my appointment. Very odd?? I guess my 15 year track record of never missing an appointment with them was not good enough?Before this, a few months back they overcharged me for a previously quoted procedure and never offered me pain meds for the resulting dry socket.After 15 years of my business its very upsetting to treated this way, Im done with this place.

This was a great place when Doctor Larry Wheeler was still there. He was an excellent dentist and a fine man. When The Corporation took over, everything went downhill. The remodeling left the office with ugly art on the walls, no live plants, no charm. Almost all the old staff was 86ed. Most importantly, the emphasis is now on money, not client satisfaction. When I was growing up the saying was The customer is always right.. I was unable to get simple answers to simple questions about billing for future work, being sent a two page spread sheet that would have made the IRS proud. Beware.

Came across a groupon for a teeth cleaning and new patient exam at Dr. Wheelers office, upon arrival the staff was very pleasant and professional. After I filled out paperwork it wasnt but 5 minutes later and I was called back. Dr. Wheeler was thorough with the exam but painlessly quick, gave me recommendations and sent me off to the dental hygienist. Dawnelle did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. I am one of those people who love getting my teeth cleaned and I must say it was fantastic. She took time to clean them correctly and even ask/ answer any questions I may have had. Overall, I give this dental office five stars! Clean, friendly, professional will definitely go back.
