Great customer service! Alejandra was super helpful and very knowledgeable. She was able to answer all my questions but most importantly she was extremely pleasant. I genuinely felt like she was happy to help. I’ve had nothing but great service at this location. Dr. Rodriguez and his entire staff are amazing. 10/10 would recommend.

I just paid a visit here for my 4 year old son to get a painful tooth extracted and WOW! I was so pleased with how comfortable Dr. Whiting and his Assistant Ana G made my son (and us mommies) feel! If there were 0 stars, that would be more appropriate than 1. I am 48 y/I, and have NEVER had a more horrifying experience at a dental office; I felt like I was bait at a used car lot. Usually you get X-rays, teeth cleaned and the Dr comes in for an exam. Not here, its the exact opposite, and I felt scammed. The tech, Daymar reviewed my treatment plan, in the excess of thousands of dollars, after insurance, but not a $12.50 deep cleaning. The Dr is at best able to speak English and the staff is incompetent, as evidenced by poor communication and was unable to spell my name properly. I have contacted my insurance company to file a grievance; I will definitely get to a competent dental office. I will tell the hundreds of associates where I have been employed in two states by the same company.... Stay away from Risas

I am always so scared of the dentist, however, being with the employees and Mr. Whiting was truly an amazing experience. They where kind,general, understanding, and absolutely talented in their field of work. Whatever you need, will be concluded.

Dr. Timpanaro is the best!! I have been his patient for a couple of years. He is a great doctor. Highly recommend him for your next cleaning & exam! He works gently on my teeth and gums and always gives me great advice.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR BRACES! Im having major regrets. If you do, make sure you have atleast 2 hours to spend for every brace adjustment... I believe they double book appointments. I came in one day for a 4pm brace adjustment and I overheard another appointment for the same time!! also, the orthodontist wanted to see me every month but the office only schedules me every 2 months because they are fully booked... this is probably why the price for braces are cheaper than the rest... you have to pay them monthly but only get serviced every other month or even longer. They schedule you an appointment 2 months later and a few days before then, theyll call and say the orthodontist is not in office and have to reschedule... Also the people who take care of your braces are students. I dont think I saw this info on their website. The dentist side is great though. Dr. Whiting has been super nice to me. Staff is also friendly! I highly recommend if you need dental care but do not go here for braces :

Highly recommend. Dr. Rodriguez was amazing. I brought my husband in as a walkin emergency tooth extraction. He was taken back quickly. Dr Rodriguez took his time and showed compassion and care. All the staff was great and they all are kind. My husband was in so much pain and Dr. Rodriguez really took his time with him. I came to Risas for braces for my 12 year old son. Angela was amazing from the moment we walked in the door! She was very kind and welcoming and warm. She explained the process so clearly I had no questions! Anahi the dental assistant was incredible as well. She made my 12 year old feel very comfortable during the entire visit. She also explained the procedures and everything so well too! Can I have her every time!? The dentist Dr Timpanaro was a dream! He went over the X-rays and explained some things about my sons teeth as well. You CAN NOT beat their payment plan either. That was my biggest fear not being able to afford this and they kicked that fear right in the butt! I loved my visit here and will def be a patient for life!! Thank you!!

This clinic is amazing! when you walk through the doors you are automatically greeted by happy faces and great attitudes. The doctors here are top notch, Dr. Rodriguez helped me with my excessive teeth grinding issue and suggested a nice mouth guard! Assistants Zelenna and Daymar made my experience so much better by easing my nerves and making sure i was comfortable. Prices are more than reasonable (they are always upfront about them too) and they make sure you are always comfortable as soon as you walk in to the moment you leave. This office is super clean and well kept up with, as it should be due to covid. I 100% recommend treatment here to anyone who needs quality care and treatment

I drive several miles to see Dr Whiting because I am normally afraid of dental procedures and he goes out of his way to make me comfortable. Doctor Rodriguez, Is an amazing individual. This man actually adds a human being touch to his work! What I mean by that is he actually CARES about his patients. He is KIND, DOWN TO EARTH, and shows genuine COMPASSION. He takes his time and definitely knows what he is doing. I came in today 4-3-2021 for an emergency tooth extraction. Dr. Rodriguez, was swift, gental and precise with the surgical molar extraction. Did not feel any pain, or discomfort. He guided me step by step through the process on what he was doing. I have had 2 other teeth extracted from another dental office before and it was painful, however here at Risas with Dr. Rodriguez absolutely NO PAIN. Most importantly as I said earlier the human touch he adds to his services says a million things about this man, which know a days is hard to find. Save your self pain, headache, and go with someone who truly cares,DR. RODRIGUEZ....... Thank you my friend, god bless you!

Amazing place! Had a couple root canals a few years ago at another dentist and had horrible experience, never wanted to do it again. Went to Risas met Dr. Rodriguez and his assistant Cristian both very professional, kind, personable, and just awesome! Had to have another root canal and had almost no pain during or after definitely made me less scared of going to dentists for sure! Dr Rodriguez and Cristian know what they are doing and always made me feel comfortable as well as all staff very nice and welcoming.

Ive been to Risas twice now and both times have been good experiences. This location is very clean and the staff is really nice. Ive had Dr. Rodriguez on both occasions and Zelenna this last visit. They were both great, very professional and polite.

I love the atmosphere of Risa’s. It’s warm and inviting, and the Dr.’s are great. I’ve had work done by Dr. Whiting, and he is great. He has a calming presence, and is very thorough which helps the patient feel at ease with what’s taking place as well as knowing where they are at when it comes to your dental health.Risa’s is the place to go!

Super clean, friendly, and affordable. I received a free exam xrays and a filling for a small hole in my front tooth and a gift card toward my next visit. Very grateful for labor of love which encouraged me to take that first step into the dentist office after 6 years.

Risas is very customer service oriented! They are very welcoming since you walk though that door. My Dental Assistant Crystal is awesome! Very sweet and attentive. She makes you feel completely comfortable while putting on your braces and doing band adjustments. It’s like I’m talking with an old friend with her. Totally 100% recommend this place. Be sure to never miss an appointment because you wont get another one for another 2 months. My poor daughter had braces put on in September and has yet to be seen since then. Getting through to them on the phone is a nightmare & you have to go through a support center or the phone just hangs up. Not to mention I signed a contract with them for my daughters braces & Im stuck going to them unless I pay $500 to go somewhere else. Sad. I thought this place was going to be a lot better than what it is.

Wait times are ridiculous !!! My sons braces schedule appointment was at 2pm and waited one hour and half to be seen. Front desk told me that the doctor was late and they were short handed... Very unprofessional !!!

The staff at Risas Dental, Midvale, are always friendly and helpful. Dr. Martinez and Damian were efficient in their work and made us laugh through the whole process. They do a great job making the patients and family feel at ease with any work being done. They make sure you fully understand what needs to be done and why. I wouldnt want to give my business to anyone else.

I’ve been to the Dentist multiple times, haven’t found the one for me and my family until i had my first appointment here. Friendly staff, felt comfortable as soon and i showed up. Martinez, Mayra, Erica and Crystal were amazing. Didnt catch the others names but everyone i walked passed or encountered welcomed me with a warm greeting. time to start handing out raises, i’d say. 🤷🏽‍♂️
