My absolute FAVORITE dispensary in Tucson! I’ve tried just about all the dispensaries in the area when I first moved here a couple years ago, and earths healing definitely takes the cake. Always really potent bud and super nice workers. And I get my stuff delivered, which I feel like not a lot of dispensaries do (ridiculous because not everyone has a car). Thank you for making my dialysis treatments that much easier to get through!

The young staff, ( I say young because I’m a senior +) are patient, courteous, and knowledgeable.My bud tender, Brianna was a young lady who was sincere and Helpful. Much appreciated especially during these edgy times. I used the chat and phone link to get suggestions the evening before going to the dispensary. Again, the same qualities over the phone. Goodbye prescription medication with side effects and more prescriptions for side effects. Hello medical marijuana!!

I love visiting this store. The woman who owns it is so nice. The one time I met her she introduced herself to every person in line, and offered a free preroll to everyone. The prices arent bad, and they do have great quality product. Its definitely my favorite dispensary in the area.

Stopped in 10/18/21 to pick up my monthly order which is usually a large order. Alexa helped me with my order and she was outstanding! She took the time to go over my order and to double check that everything was there. There was one item missing so she quickly went back and grabbed the missing item. She was kind, courteous, and had a smile the whole time. Thank you Alexa!

All of the employees here are always super friendly and good at what they do. My latest budtender was Abraham and he was awesome. He couldnt have been more quick and courteous. This place always has an awesome selection as well.

I was extremely impressed with Alex the woman who greeted me at the door today as well as checked my ID. Very genuine but professional. She gave outstanding and clear direction as to which line I should stand in since there are many to choose from. Unfortunately, I did not get the sweet girl who helped me with my transaction. She had beautiful curly reddish hair and glasses. It was quick, smooth and I felt welcome.

The staff is INCREDIBLY friendly, the bud tender I had last was Ella! I want to give them a huge shout out. They have incredible service and have you leaving with a huge smile on your face. Would for sure recommend. Earths healing is the only dispensary I go to and trust these days! Never a bad product, never a bad time!

Always friendly and as prompt and courteous as possible. Even through COVID (and complaints about the wait times/outdoor lines) they did a great job at helping their patients.

I adore this location. On slow days and fast days alike the staff is personable and nice. Everybody has a smile behind the masks and you can tell theyre genuine. Especially Abraham! And Leslie ! Every time I go i seem to get Leslie and this go round I got Abraham ! He was so personable and friendly. I definitely left with a smile even though I didnt want to smile today!The security team works nice and quickly as well. Solving every conflict or issue with efficiency and has made this a very safe and comfortable location to travel to.

This use to be my dispensary of choice, i loved this place. Customer Service today was impeccable. Been going here for over 2 years now. As a medical customer I have recently started to patronize other dispensaries. The prices here have gone up tremendously. No more specials for med customers. We use to have ounces, and now Im paying the same price for a 1/4. Now I resort to more street weed due to dispensary pricing. Doesnt make sense to have a medical card anymore, theirs no difference other than the taxes.

Everything was fine until i had a simple problem I forgot to add something to my order and she gave me an attitude for trying to add it at the time. It was ok just decided to leave and come back at a later time with some one different.

I bought 14-0.5g prerolls and when I got home, I noticed they were really small. I brought out the prerolls I bought from them a couple days ago, and I could tell the difference for sure. I am not sure what happened to these, but they are definitely not 0.5g per roll. I buy these often and know what they look like. Kinda disappointed

Yesterday was my first time visiting Earths Healing North & I had a great experience Cameron was very helpful, kind, personable, professional as well as knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them. The only down side is that the online prices dont show the tax that is included. I got spoiled to the dispensaries on the Eastside of town that the price thats shown online is the actual price.

I love everything about this facility from the employees to the security guards everybody makes you feel very welcome unjudgmental totally a great place.. Only place I shop for reasonably priced....

Since 2018 this has been the dispensary I go to the most in town. The staff is always great, I’ve made a couple friends over the years. Compared to pretty everywhere else in town their prices are the most reasonable too. They have still gone up since recreational passed significantly though. Almost the entire flower menu is $50+ eighths, compared to mostly $20-$40 eighths just last year. It’s not unique to Earths Healing though, this has happened across the entire state. It’s really sad honestly, recreational has ended up hurting many patient’s ability to access to affordable medicine. Hopefully in time things even out, I’ll still be coming to the best dispensary in town.

Ive been coming here for years. Lately, Ive been very disappointed in their price hikes since becoming a recreational dispensary. However, thats not the bud-tenders doing. David is friendly and accommodating. Remember, theyre providing a service; if youre able, tip your bud-tender.

This is the ONLY dispensary I go to only because I get treated so well by everyone! The one that stands out to me is Bri Flores. She has such a caring and bubbly personality and always makes my experience when I go to her one to remember. I refer Earths Healing to anyone that’s looking to go to a dispensary! Definitely my one and ONLY favorite!

Avoid this place if you shop medical. Youll have to deal with the recreational lines, not worth the wait. And the best part, absolutely no compassion for the patient. Expected to wait 2.5+ hours for medicine? Great idea. Oh wait, it gets even better. Do you want delivery? Well they cant give a time or a window, but theyll get there sometime before they stop delivering at 8pm. I just placed an order at 122pm. 6.5 hour delivery window, just relating the facts.
