Amazing how fast this lab is! Took the covid-19 PCR test at 9:00 AM and around 2 PM the result was already out!. Fantastic! The customer service is also great. I needed help retrieving the paper report and the staff was wonderful. I definitely recommend.

I took my 11 year old son here to be tested for Covid and it was such an easy experience for him. He was so afraid of having a swab put up his nose but Progressive provided the PCR saliva tests which made it quick and painless. I am not sure why other people said they had issues with test results. I received my results within 48 hours on their portal. Great experience!!

Everyone at the Bridgeport Facility is just great and wonderful to work with -- had special attention from Jordan, a tech, and Tiffany, a Phlebotomist --- they are very reassuring and patient and they all made this testing experience very comfortable

They have the worst timeline for COVID test, please avoid going to them if you have any other option available. They claim to give results in 2-3 business days but they don’t and May take upto a week to give you results.
