I survived a massive ischemic stroke a few years ago resulting in paralysis of the entire left side of my body. I brought my 13 year old daughter here because she was having shoulder pain from a pinched nerve. She also has scoliosis. Dr. Kramer has helped her tremendously. After the first adjustment, which is so gentle it hardly looks like she is doing anything, the range of motion was better in her neck. After the second, I noticed she stopped rotating her shoulder from discomfort. My daughter stands straight and no longer looks or feels uncomfortable. Its also helped her with anxiety over school. When I first came to precise chiropractic I had been plagued by neck, back, and pain in my right arm for years. I believed these to all be separate issues but after visiting here I learned the issue was as simple as a neck misalignment. After sticking with Precise Chiropractic and Dr Cramer my chronic back pain is gone and it no longer feels like a wedge is being shoved into the back of my shoulder. My posture has improved as well and I no longer constantly lean to one side, which is not normal despite doctors telling me so over the years when asking about it. My right arm is still healing cause the pinched nerves take more time to heal but healing is a process and compared to where I was before I can finallyStart enjoying life again without constant pain. I have never been to a more WELL ORGANIZED doctors office in my life! Yeah, there are days where things get busy and a small wait is necessary but for the most part, our wait time at Precise Chiropractic in Troy is less than five minutes. The staff work superbly well together. But I havent even touched on the fact that Ive taken HUGE strides (leaps and bounds) in my overall health since receiving care from Dr. Cramer. I have seen many chiropractors over the years because I know the importance of being in alignment and how it affects your overall health. After having Neurosurgery, we found that my Atlas bone had a long history of damage prior to, and including my surgery. I woke up and couldn’t stand the pain I was experiencing every morning , pain in my neck, shoulders, back, stomach, and numbness in my arms and legs. I decided I would try nucca chiropractic . That day I got an appointment with Dr. Fox , he did a thorough examination with x rays . The x ray showed 2 disc in my neck were deteriorating .Dr. Fox has explained how your neck pinches your brain stem and blocks the communication to your body parts. There is no pain when Dr. Fox adjusts my neck and I find it very relaxing. My pain is almost completely gone and the numbness has completely disappeared. I cannot say enough good things about this office! I have been under care here for about a month, and have noticed the neck and shoulder tension I’ve had for years completely release when I’m in alignment. Not only that, but various health complaints I’ve had for years are beginning to resolve! The entire staff is so cheerful, and I know I’m well taken care of in their hands.

My experience at Precise has resulted in less lower back pain and improved neck flexibility. What I didn’t expect is that my blood pressure has lowered about 20 points. I have had somewhat elevated blood pressure for about 50 years and have monitored it, daily, for many years, but I have never been on medication. When it got unexplainable lower I contacted my cardiologist, as I was worried. He said he had no explanation, particularly for a 73-year-old with a 50 year history of somewhat elevated blood pressure, but that it was a good thing. Finally, by happenstance, I learned that it is not unusual for Precise Chiropractic treatments to lower blood pressure by an average of 17 points. That alone, makes the treatments worth the money!

Everyone is always very helpful and kind at Precise Chiropractic. They explain everything well and accommodate you the best they can. Dr. Cramer has taken the tight muscles in my shoulders away almost completely. I honestly have not had my shoulder muscles feel this good since I was little! I have broken some bad habits as a result of chiropractic care as well. It is a commitment, but it is worth the 50 minute drive down from Metamora! Like many others I’ve endured hours upon hours of testing, physical therapy, and prescription drug treatments none of which provided any relief. To be truthful, standard medicine failed me completely. Instead of any of the approved treatments helping me, they left me in constant pain, with little to no energy resulting in lack of physical activity which led to a great deal of weight gain. I saw an ad regarding NUCCA on Facebook and had to try it. The NUCCA treatments provided by Dr. Fox have me feeling the best I’ve felt in years. Just recently I was able to participate in a 3 ½ hour kayak trip at Pictured Rocks. Five years ago that NEVER would have been possible.
