Dr. Lindsey Feldman and her team are a great asset to the industry. While providing excellent care, they are attentive, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Communication is a priority - and making sure everyone understands and is on the same page is a necessity these folks understand. Id recommend them to anyone looking for more personalized care!

Tell the Doctors you have a serious issue and they look at you and move on. They are not addressing issues. I saw how they did my fiancee and it mad me so mad. Quacks. A real doctor sees what is wrong with you. Getting him a real doctor. No call backs and cannot talk to people on the phone... There complete service is horrible.

The staff working there is okay but the doctor assigned to parent is not competent. After leaving several messages, the doctor will not call back and follow up on the patient. It is time such doctors should be reported who do not care about the welfare of the patient.

Good luck getting a live person on the phone to make an actual appointment, and if you do, be prepared to set aside 30-45 minutes and speak to three different people to make a simple doctor appointment. This organization has severe organizational issues.

Horrible office staff, total run around and lack of empathy. Don’t bother calling if you need a visiting Dr, they can’t even tell you when they will call you back. Rude and lazy ✌🏼

Worst service from any doctors office I have dealt with. They took care of my father, being his court ordered guardian I was required to submit reports, VPA would not release records even after I filed paperwork, after multiple calls and personally going to 500 Kirts Blvd. They said they would note the issues. Also save your time if you need to speak to someone in person you cannot, they dont have an office you can go to at that location. The VPA doctor put my dad into hospice, when it came to his time the VPA doctor refused to follow the treatment from Hospice. I was forced to remove VPA so Hospice could carry out the proper treatment plan. Once they were removed it seemed as though it was taken personally, no call backs, supervisors refused to take calls etc. If you love your family members dont use this group
