My family of 5, as well as a parent and a close personal friend have been long time customers of Dr Libby/Constantine and team. Both of the doctors as well as the staff have always been nice. A few years ago I received a letter stating that Dr Libby was not longer going to be accepting our Dental provider in network. We have had the same Dental Insurance for nearly 20 years and I can assure you it is a premium plan and provider. The letter said, in so many words, that our provider was limiting how much they can charge so they were no longer going to accept them. Everyone knows this is a very expensive dental office, but I never noticed because our insurance always paid most of it. But once they stopped accepting our insurance I was told I would receive the amount in the mail that our insurance approved for each procedure. This is when I realized just how expensive this office is. I would go for a filling, and I would receive a check for $90 and the office would charge us $250, X-rays received $90, billed $250, etc. Next thing you know I had a balance of$ 800 and my insurance only sent me 2 checks for a total of $190. I feel bad but its the principal.

I’ve been a patient since I was a child and highly recommend both Dr. Libby and Dr. Constantine. They truly care - not only for your teeth, but for your well-being. Once, Dr. Libby kindly rearranged his schedule last-minute so I could have an earlier dental appointment and be able to attend a friend’s funeral. The front office staff are friendly and accommodating. As a long-time patient, everyone knows my name (and how to pronounce it correctly!) and they care about how I’m doing.Dr. Constantine is extremely gentle, which is wonderful for patients who may be nervous about going to the dentist. They always take the time to explain any treatments or procedures you may need and answer your questions. I always feel respected and cared for.This is an excellent practice. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dr. Constantine was informative and knowledgeable about dental implants. Additionally, he took the time to clearly explain the problems with my tooth. Dr. Constantine was honest in letting me know his limitations and referred me to specialist .Staff was polite and patient.

I have been with the practice and it’s predecessor for over 40 years. Always excellent, attentive care, knowledgeable and up to date professionals.

I transferred my dental care to this practice about a year ago based on a family members referral and Im very glad I did! They are both modern and classic in their delivery of professional dentistry. All the latest technology and advanced training one likes to see delivered in the manner of a family dentist of old. I have since referred others and highly recommend both doctors and their team! (They are also following strict safety protocols during the pandemic which made me very comfortable going in for a routine cleaning recently.)

Dr. Constantine is a very caring, gentle, and thorough dentist. While I’ve only been his patient for about six months, he has seen me through a couple of problems (including a cracked tooth) and I’m happy to have found him when we moved back to Baltimore. His staff is also excellent. I highly recommend Dr Constantine without reservations.

I actually relax when I see them because they are gentle with their work, unlike the dentist I grew up with. My oral health is in excellent shape due to this practice.😁😁

When I most recently came back to Dr. Libby after a period of geographical absence my gums and teeth were a mess! Today I smile gladly with a full tooth smile. Dr. Libby the elder was my familys childhood dentist from the start and when he passed away his son left the US Navy to take over what was a successful family practice.Dr. Libby the younger is the original founding dentist of Osler Dental Professionals along with Dr. Chris Constantine (or just Chris as he like to say) along with a host of wonderful folks in various capacities.I wish every professional medical office, regardless of specialty, was run as professionally and as family comfortable as Osler Dental Professionals. I believe their advice because I think they only advise a course of treatment they themselves would take.If youre looking for a dental practice where you can be treated courteously and professionally, and where you can truly relax in the chair then this is the place you should go. and by the way, I said I started with the elder Dr. Libby when I was a child - I have been retired from my work life for more the 18 years now. Life is good ... and so is my smile!

Great professional team in every way

A colleague referred me to Dr. Libby about 10 years ago. Im forever grateful! My mouth was a mess. Not so today. Everyone is so professional and caring here. I wont go to anyone else but Nora for cleanings. I had a dental implant completed by Dr. Constantine last year and it was the best decision. I just cant say enough great things about the entire staff. Thanks to you all!

Everyone thinks they go to a great dentist, but the two dentists at Osler Dental Professionals AND their hygienists and staff are the BEST of the best. Drs.Libby and Constantine are exactly alike when it comes to skill, confidence and caring. Both have good hands and a gentle spirit. Nothing is too much for either of them. They provide great care with reassuring confidence. The staff is over-the-top. Going to the dentist was never one of my favorite places to go, but now I’m relaxed and comfortable knowing I will be completely taken card of.

Dr. Constantine is the best and most thorough dentist I have ever had. He explains the entire process in layman’s terms and he has the most presice and skilled left hand in the business. He is super personable and keeps everything as light as possible. I highly recommend him for anyone of any age. Plus, he showed me a picture of his dog so I knew right then he was my kind of dentist and he could be trusted...

I just had three dental implants completed today by Dr. Constantine and the whole process was easy and painless. I appreciate the attention to detail, expertise, and service that I experienced. I always compile a list of options and get estimates before embarking on any major project or service. Price is not the only factor I consider but the quality of service and value as well. I found the cost for my implants to be extremely reasonable compared to 2 other estimates I had received and I liked that the cost was inclusive of everything from start to finish and did not deviate. There were no extras or hidden fees- the whole process was very upfront. Dr. Constantine is probably the most diligent and detail oriented dentist I have encountered. It is evident he takes pride in his work. The staff are wonderful. Sue at the front desk does collect payment- in response to the previous review- because that is her job to do so. This is a business with considerable operating expenses and fully staffed. Collecting payment in advance is customary and absolutely necessary. The implant parts and crowns have to be ordered and they have to cover those costs in advance of treatment. I did have to reschedule and miss a few appointments during the course of my treatment and I found Sue and the staff to be very understanding. This is a practice that I would, and have, recommended to neighbors and friends without reservation.

Our whole family has been going to this practice for over 30 years. My children and now grandchildren all go regularly for cleaning and to care for whatever crops up. They are conservative in providing care options (i.e. don’t just try to sell you something). They are great in caring for my mother who has dementia and for grandkids to build comfort from their first tooth. My children and their children have no cavities and great smiles. My husband and I have healthy teeth and gums for a lifetime. They are up to date with the latest techniques and are fantastic with care. I can call anytime and they follow up after every procedure. I cannot say enough about the friendly, patient, helpful practice. This is the practice for your lifetime of dental care.

I went to another dentist office prior to this one and I did not have a good experience. When I went to this one. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist, assistant and Dr. Constantine. Dr. Constantine consulted with me. Gave me several different options instead of demanding I just do one of them. I highly recommend this office.

My extended family has been seeing Dr Libby for decades and i do mean decades! they would not go anywhere else. My husband started seeing as a child years ago. He travels by plane, from Montana, just to see Dr Libby. He is the most sensitive, kind, caring, devoted dentist in Baltimore, and i felt absolutely no pain whatsoever, during or after during my procedure. He gives every patient a phone call at night from his home to check on them, after he works on them. He even sent me a follow up card in the mail, to let me know he is there; should i need him. I highly recommend Dr. Chris Constantine and Dr. Lewis Libby. My daughter, chipped her front tooth on a Saturday night. We reached out to Chris. on a Sunday morning, to see what we could do. Not only did he come to our house and help, but had us come into his office and he gave our daughter first hand treatment. He is an excellent dentist and overly cares about his patients. I highly recommend him and Dr. Libby to anyone that is looking for a great dentist.

Dr. Libby was kind, knowledgable, and patient. Even being an hr away, I decided to go with his office for Invisalign treatment.Sue, at the front desk, is the reason I will take my business elsewhere. She is rude, condescending, and impatient. She required $3000 (total treatment cost) paid 30days before my fitting appointment! Most places charge $25-50 for cancelled appointments. Herrationale was that if I dont show up, theyve wasted an hour and a half time slot. Thats not $3K!! When I told her I didnt appreciate her tone, her response was, do you want the appointment not?? Hopefully, shes not related to an owner. It would stink to have a family member killing your business like that. I WONT be going back there.

Dr. Libby is great! I feel at ease when I come for a office visit, and he is generally concerned with my total health wellbeing and not just my dental posture.
