Great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Brought my 75 year old mother for neck & back pain. Everyone is very welcoming and efficient. There wasn’t a moment while waiting that I felt like I didn’t know what was going on. The staff made my visit very comfortable and I felt fully informed before I even saw Dr. Loder. Once I saw the doctor, you could see it’s his personality that permeates to his staff. He took the time to let me know what to expect for my condition and eased any concerns I had about my progression. Great people form top to bottom in this office.

Establishment was very clean and covid compliant. Ample parking along with friendly staff. Front door was a little hard to find but it was like one of the speakeasy’s hahaha. Anyways once inside took literally 3 minutes for someone to bring me to my room while continuing to fill out my paperwork. Usually im use to office staff rushing me or letting people infront of me further delaying my appointment time. Not the case here. After being greated by a very kind a knowledgeable man who made me feel alot better about a procedure that im dreading. Honestly looking forward to my surgery and getting back to work

Dr. Loder is great! Very knowledgeable and always a pleasure to meet with. He made an uneasy situation very comfortable for me and he was the first doctor who could explain exactly what was going on with me....for that I’ll always be grateful.
